Vicci Consulado de Bilbao has a fantastic location—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s perfect for exploring Bilbao on foot.
The room itself was stylish and clean, though quite compact. If you’re traveling light, it’s fine, but space is definitely tight. One funny (and slightly painful) moment: I actually fell off the bed! It’s positioned close to the wall and a bit narrow, so maybe not ideal if you toss and turn at night.
Despite that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. I’d recommend it for solo travelers or couples who don’t mind a snug space and want to be in the middle of the action.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice view from hotel room and breakfast is also fantastic. Will definitely stay in Vincci Hoteles if I visit Bilbao again!

Hotel was minutes away from Guggenheim Museum Bilbao which was our planned at Bilbao. There is hotel parking with a fee available during booking. The breakfast was good. The hotel and resturant staff were friendly and kind.
My room was modern and clean, it comes with a streets view. There is room available with the museum view too.

Hotel Vincci Consulado de Bilbao exceeded our expectations with their outstanding staff attention. They surprised me on my birthday with a bottle of cava and a chocolate cake in the room. From the perspective of staff attentiveness, this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The sunny side up eggs at breakfast were exceptional—kudos to the chef! The hotel is also conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city. The only thing we missed was a spa, but that might be why it’s a 4-star hotel rather than 5. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Great hotel comfortable beds choice of 5 pillows - super food in restaurant - breakfast Great choice well presented and fresh- would recommend highly- looking forward to going back again . Car parking in lift below the hotel- windscreen cleaned when I picked up my car on day of leaving a nice surprise.

The food is simply delicious! The best paellas in Bilbao.

Excellent food with a very good and cozy ambient. I've been here 4 times and the food was always excellent. The waiters are friendly and warns you when you are ordering more food than people usually eat. It is located near the Ria de Bilbao area and it is very easy to reach by tram.
