Facilities: Quite comprehensive. Just remember to bring your own travel adapter.

Service: Generally good, and communication with the front desk was very smooth.
The room door was a bit tricky. After swiping the key card, you needed to push it quite firmly to open it. I struggled to open it a couple of times, thinking it was faulty. I eventually called the front desk, and they clarified that I simply wasn't pushing hard enough.
Guests can go up to the rooftop terrace without a reservation to take photos, offering fantastic views of the Sagrada Familia. The hotel's close proximity to Sagrada Familia also means you can easily visit in the morning to capture its reflection.
