Hotel Àmbit Barcelona in Barcelona

I stayed here for three nights and four days in August. The room seemed to have been recently renovated and was very clean. It was close to the airport bus stop and the city center, making it convenient for getting around. If I got sweaty, I could go back to my room for a shower or a nap, which was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, even a little chilly. There was a balcony, so laundry dried quickly. (I don't think there was a washing machine. The sink in the room didn't have a plug, so hand washing might be a bit difficult.) My plan didn't include breakfast, but I was able to add it for 10 euros per meal, so I tried it for just one day. I enjoyed Iberico ham and sparkling wine in the morning, which I thought was worth it. I also appreciated the 24-hour coffee service. While it wasn't as luxurious as a five-star hotel, it was a simple, comfortable, and lovely stay. I'm glad I stayed there.

Brilliant location...fantastic and friendly service...beautiful and well appointed room. So grateful to have been able to stay here and made my visit to Barcelona a memorable one. Thank you Ambit Hotel.

Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location in the centre of the city.. easy to get to from metro. Don’t the miss the buffet breakfast in a lovely room on 1st floor opening out onto a great terrace. Staff are brilliant. Highly recommend

Excellent location, never took the subway. Everything was walkable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly.

Lovely hotel, very modern and clean! Location is really good! Very close to Plaça de Catalunya.

Also a metro station very close to connect you to the rest of the city as it is very big.

Staff are lovely and really helpful and gave us some really good tips about enjoying and making the most of our stay.

There is a city tax there at the end of your visit.

The room was very spacious and was plenty of room, it was very modern.

Rooms have a mini bar which you can use at a cost but prices seemed reasonable although we did not use the service.

We had a room with a balcony which overlooked the street which was very nice.

Rooms have got air con which was good.

Overall really pleased with stay. Myself and my other half will happily go back there next time we visit!

We got back from a wonderful trip a couple of weeks ago and spent a portion of the trip at Ambit. This is a boutique hotel with a super cozy and comfortable atmosphere and is kept in great shape by wonderful staff. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is incredibly diverse and delicious and a great start to your morning! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Barcelona.
