The four-star room was exactly as pictured, with the sink right in the middle of the room. After showering, you have to walk out naked to grab your towel and clothes because the toilet and shower are separate, and there's nowhere in the shower to hang anything. You pretty much have to strea-k.
There's just a thin wall between rooms, so when the neighbors open or close their door, it's incredibly loud and you can feel the vibration.
After Ctrip customer service helped us communicate, we got a slightly brighter room. And then the fun began: you could hear the subway rumbling every five minutes, making it feel like we were sleeping inside a subway station!

The location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get everywhere; all the main attractions are within walking distance. The hotel itself has a charming, compact, and refined style. The breakfast is quite good, with a decent variety, and everything tastes delicious.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the facilities are comprehensive. It's a very short walk to Casa Batlló and Casa Milà, and shopping nearby is convenient. You can even rent a scooter in the lobby! The breakfast was delicious. Thank you.

Absolutely stunning room with a view! The floor-to-ceiling windows look right out onto a beautiful church. The breakfast was excellent too, with so much ham I couldn't eat anymore. They provide free bottled water daily, and there's water, candy, and even champagne in the stylish lobby. The location is super convenient, right in the city center. We could walk to sights like Casa Milà and Sagrada Familia in about ten minutes, and the metro and bus stops are right nearby. The only downside was feeling vibrations when the subway passed by, which might be because our second-floor room was a bit low.

This is, without a doubt, the stingiest and worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Spain:
1. Instead of a tissue box, they give you individual mini-packs, as shown in the picture. Each pack only has three tissues, and when I asked for three more, the staff gave me a very questioning look.
2. The showerhead broke twice, so I had to shower using only the tap. Luckily, I managed to negotiate a room change in the end.
3. The bathroom layout is a bit strange, and the toilet and shower areas are completely sealed off. You either suffocate or get overwhelmed by the smell.

The location is super convenient! It's easy to walk to Gaudi's three masterpieces and the Sagrada Familia. The hotel facilities are very new, and the room is spacious. Plus, the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet area, which is a nice touch. Highly recommend!

The hotel was beautiful, from the complimentary cava, stunning rooftop views and the ideal location. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Excellent service and a fantastic location! Right outside the metro station, and close to major attractions like Sagrada Familia and Casa Milà. The front desk staff were very friendly, and there was daily housekeeping. They even upgraded my room for free! Highly recommend!

Downstairs, you'll find a bustling commercial area, and within walking distance are upscale shopping centers (like L'Illa Diagonal), numerous designer brand stores, banks, and supermarkets, making daily life incredibly convenient.
· Quiet Amidst the Bustle: Although it's on a main thoroughfare, the hotel rooms boast excellent soundproofing. Once the doors and windows are closed, the city's noise is completely shut out, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

This is my second time staying here. First time I stayed on the hostel side with my friends and had a great experience. We met so many great people and the staff was awesome. This time I stayed on the hotel side with my partner. Nico, Pame, and Umberto were absolutely amazing. We will definitively be staying here every time we come back to Barcelona.

Arrived later than expected which ultimately was my fault for not knowing the exact location. The staff were very welcoming and couldn't have been nicer to help me. Pamela is a legend and was extremely courteous in explaining how to get to my room and where all the amenities are, I would definitely recommend Generator for anyone looking to stay in Barcelona.

Good with a mix of older and younger people. I was on the top floor which was fairly quiet. Only complaint was the shower facilities which were often grimy but expected when they’re communal. I wish there were more private changing spaces. The location is perfect for central Barcelona and only a short walk to the nearest metro line. Overall I had a really good experience here. This is a great hostel! The staff are great, especially Jose and Guido! Jose was so helpful when I sprained my ankle, always making sure I had ice for it. The staff also made sure that I had extra pillows to elevate it. A great community of people who work here! Just wish the beds had surrounding curtains but otherwise great.
