Very clean and quiet, and the location is great—close to the airport shuttle and subway station.

Staff are hospital and friendly
Room is very tidy and with everyday cleaning
The only small concern could be hotel external under renovation and unable to use the balcony.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations. The location is outstanding, making it extremely convenient for meetings and easy access to key areas of the city. Whether you need quick transportation or want to explore nearby restaurants after work, everything is within reach.
The staff is truly exceptional. From check-in to check-out, they were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Their warm attitude creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel valued as a guest, which is especially important when traveling for work.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. After a long day of meetings, having a quiet and well-maintained space to relax is priceless. The bed was great, the layout practical, and the amenities provided everything I needed for a productive stay. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, which added to the overall comfort.

We stayed at Catalonia Passeig de Gràcia in Barcelona for two nights prior to a nine day cruise. The hotel is beautiful. The staff are terrific and the room was especially nice. We had breakfast both mornings and it was wonderful well priced and it is a perfect location for anything you want to do in Barcelona. On our return from the cruise, our shipped docked at 5:30 in the morning and we have to leave the ship by 8 AM. We decided we would go and drop our bags off at the hotel but to our amazement they said our room was ready and we could go ahead straight to our room. This has never happened in any hotel we’ve ever stayed in, which makes it one of our top choices around the world. We will definitely come back to Catalonia Passeig de Gracia in our future trips

Really enjoyed our stay at Passeig de Gracia. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well decorated. The beds are comfortable. Although we didn't use either, the hotel restaurant and bar appeared to have robust menus for dinner and happy hour. The location is hard to beat with multiple exciting neighborhoods just a short walk in any direction.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! The service was spot on. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating.

When we first arrived, they checked us in earlier than the 3pm check in time, which was so great for us after being so tired with travelling.

The pool terrace area is fantastic. We were served deliciously tasty sandwiches along with their famous paella special (on Thursday's) while lounging about and relaxing. The room was updated, clean and had a great layout. Breakfast was served every morning (super worth paying for). A gorgeous buffet spread with selections of fresh breads, meats, omelette station, frittatas, pastries, homemade granola, cereals, fruit, freshly squeezed juices, cappuccino machine... you name it and it was there. They even had vegan options and everything was so fresh.

We will 100% be returning the next time we visit Barcelona (which we plan on doing). It is perfectly situated in the heart of where you want to be. Everything is of walking distance.

I loved everything about this hotel. We stayed for two wonderful nights and could not have been treated better! Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and just plain lovely. The room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast which was included was amazing!
We also found the location to be perfect for our needs. Highly recommend and cannot thank the staff enough for all of their assistance with reservations, suggestions and more!!!

The staff at the reception is superb and the room cleaning staff as well but the actual hotel grounds is lacking as far as common spaces. The lobby is tiny and the bar also very small. I wish they would have hangout rooms or a terrace to wind down after a busy day walking around the city. It’s a good place for a comfortable nights sleep, though
