The hotel has great vibes and looks very chic, and at first glance it really feels like a high-end place. Breakfast is superb, the staff are extremely kind, and housekeeping was very good. We also appreciated the large TV that allows you to stream your own content: a nice touch.
However, one of the most important aspects of a hotel stay completely missed the mark: the beds.
We booked a room with two twin beds, but the beds were very small, wobbly, and uncomfortably hard. We were also given two identical pillows, both very thin, offering little to no support. The bedding itself was also disappointing and not what you would expect from a hotel positioning itself as upscale.
I have stayed in many different types of hotels, ranging from Four Seasons to hostels, and this was honestly one of the worst sleep experiences I’ve had. We came to Barcelona specifically to get some rest, but instead had very poor nights of sleep. I even developed back pain, something I have never experienced before.
It’s such a shame, because apart from the beds, everything else was outstanding. Unfortunately, for €300 per night, good sleep is non-negotiable, and for that reason alone, this stay was not worth the price.

I doubt if there is a better buffet breakfast in Barcelona. It was absolutely superb! The hotel itself is ideally located between the Marina and the Gothic quarter. There are bus / tube links nearby that serve the rest of the city. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful with any enquiry I might have. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The room was clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. We stayed here while sightseeing, and it made our trip easy and very enjoyable. 👍

Front desk staff were great. Marta was amazing at check in and the others were always friendly and ready to answer any question. Room was clean and room attendants were friendly. Breakfast was good missed my morning cappuccino as they just had a Nespresso type machine with the pods. They did have a nice array of items for breakfast. Would totally stay here again as it was a fabulous location as well! Highly recommend.

Fantastic find!
This hotel was gorgeous with an amazing central location right on the waterfront in Barcelona. Big, quiet room, with beautiful large bathroom. The staff was great and the breakfast A+. Will definitely recommend and hope to return.

We stayed six nights at this hotel and loved it. The room was comfortable and cleaned every day. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They had live music and a free wine tasting while we were there. The rooftop bar is lovely. Also it was easy to walk to La Rambla, the Born neighborhood and Sagrada Familia. Highly recommend.

The location was ideal for access to the gothic quarter, el born, and harbor. Karim made the stay one to remember with his service and amazing food recommendations. If you are foodies like ourselves, make sure to chat with Karim!!

I have no complaints. Great staff. Clean room. I think they could have made the bathrooms smaller and the room bigger, but it worked for our brief stay in Barcelona. Great location. Great value.
