The service was great! They arranged a low-floor room for us, and even had chocolates and marshmallows for Valentine's Day. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back!

Would not recommend.
1. The shower was a bathtub, but they didn't proactively offer a non-slip mat. My boyfriend slipped in the tub and hurt his knee, which bothered him for several days. We asked for a non-slip mat afterward, and the front desk begrudgingly gave us one, but with a very impatient attitude and no concern whatsoever. My boyfriend is a marathon runner, so if something serious had happened, it would have been more than just a bad review. Plus, the bathtub exit is directly facing a square counter, which poses a significant safety hazard.
2. The decor is dated, and they don't even have a capsule coffee machine. The trash can was also particularly difficult to use. It seems like most European bathroom trash cans have lids that open by stepping on a pedal, but at this hotel, when you stepped on it, the entire trash can would tip over. The base must be too light or something; I haven't encountered this issue at any other hotel, so I'm guessing they bought a cheap one. Imagine trying to use a delicate touch to open the lid after doing your business without the whole trash can tipping over – it really interrupted my wiping process.
3. The water was problematic; it felt greasy and didn't rinse off properly. On top of that, the water temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold, and the pressure was erratic – truly bizarre. Even budget hotels in China like Hanting don't have these issues. Who is even recommending this hotel?
I suggest people not trust recommendations from influencers. It feels like anyone recommending this hotel hasn't stayed in many good hotels. When traveling, it's always better to choose large, branded chain hotels for more reliability.

The location is not far from the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. The room was clean, equipped with a mini-fridge and a safe. The bed was large enough, though the mattress was a bit soft. There was plenty of space in the room for luggage. A supermarket and McDonald's are nearby. Overall, the experience was great, I was very satisfied, and all three nights were excellent.

This was my favorite hotel. The guy at the front desk was so charming and incredibly nice. Communication in English was seamless. We booked breakfast for two mornings and even got a discount.
The room was very well insulated and clean. Our corner room was very quiet, and the breakfast was delicious – I loved it. The bathroom was also very well designed for space utilization, and they even showed us how to use the faucet. We stayed on the eighth floor and had a great view. The water pressure was a bit low, but still fine for showering.
Overall, I really, really liked it!

Arrived at the hotel being told that water is out and expected to be restored at 5pm. But it was delayed for several more hours. The water is finally back nearly midnight with no hot water. It was exhausting to not shower and sleep after 20-hour travel.

Room was comfy, wish I was staying more days! Did not go to the bar nor tried the breakfast but in general, the hotel looks upscale and is clean. The location is superb, near to a lot of local joints, cafes and 5 min walk from the train station!

The front desk staff were very impatient. The room size was quite large, but the water temperature was incredibly difficult to adjust, and the water pressure was low, making showering inconvenient. The facilities were also very old.

The hotel lobby was decent, and the room size was okay, but the bathroom floor looked quite dirty. The biggest issue was the shower. The shower stall and sink faucets were completely covered in white limescale, so much so that it looked like stalactites. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low, and the hot and cold water controls were separate, so the water kept fluctuating between hot and cold, requiring constant adjustment. I had seen many reviews mentioning this problem, but I booked it anyway because the photos made the hotel environment look good. As a result, the water pressure was so low that it was really hard for a woman to wash her hair. The stalactites on the faucet probably indicate very poor water quality, as I felt very slippery when showering and couldn't get clean. I had emailed in advance asking not to have a corner room, and instead requesting a lower floor and a balcony. The hotel replied by email that they would arrange it, but upon arrival, none of my requests were met. So, if you have specific requests, you'll need to make them in person.

Everything was good, this is an old hotel but renovated,  four minutes away from the station, easy to get around. but don’t know why the water seems so greasy.
