Outside the hotel there is pub and restaurant in front of hotel, in the night time, it was super noisy and not recommended for business trip.

This was the best hotel of our trip to Spain! The location is fantastic. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the metro, but only 2 minutes to Diagonal Avenue, 8 minutes to Passeig de Gràcia, and 10 minutes to Casa Milà. This area felt very safe; we walked around past 10 PM without any concerns. There are plenty of supermarkets and breakfast spots nearby, making everything convenient. All the front desk staff were very nice. The only downside was that I tried to contact the hotel multiple times before check-in but couldn't get through. The room was large and very clean, much bigger than the hotel we stayed at later in Madrid. Our family room had three beds and felt very spacious.

Very deceived by my visit to this hotel. I booked a suite room for 300€/night that was rather spacious, but the actual quality of the space was far from what we can expect from a 4-star hotel in Barcelona. Decoration was low quality and old, the TVs were so small that they were unusable, and I was really not impressed by it. We had a few requests for the reception, and were badly treated multiple times. The breakfast is the least you can expect, in a cut-out room with no windows. I believe it was rated four stars decades ago, when norms must have been way lower. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, and definitely won't be coming back.

The hotel is in the perfect location, right in the city center and close to major attractions and various transportation options. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and the staff are very kind and welcoming.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. The hotel was extremely dirty — the rooms were filthy, and the cleaning staff never actually cleaned them. We even found blood on the pillows, which was absolutely disgusting. The reception staff were rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend staying at this hotel. I honestly don’t understand how it has a rating of 4; it doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I believe most of the positive reviews are fake.

I recently stayed at Hotel Guitart Grand Passage in Barcelona for nearly a week with a friend, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve encountered.
From the moment we arrived, the service was disappointing. There was no staff available to assist with our luggage from the taxi, and when we asked for help carrying our bags to the room, no assistance was provided. This lack of basic hospitality was unexpected and unacceptable.
The issues continued throughout our stay. The room was either never cleaned or barely . Each day we returned hoping to relax, only to find the room exactly as we had left it. This showed a clear lack of attention to guest comfort and cleanliness.
The bathroom facilities were also problematic. The shower temperature was extremely inconsistent, swinging between scalding hot and freezing cold with no way to regulate it properly. This made what should be a simple daily routine unnecessarily stressful.
To make matters worse, several members of the reception staff were noticeably unhelpful and unfriendly. There was a consistent lack of professionalism and courtesy, which further contributed to the overall negative experience.
In conclusion, Hotel Guitart Grand Passage failed to meet even the most basic expectations for service, cleanliness, and guest care. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Fantastic accommodation in a great part of the city. Just off Diagonal, but easy access to bus and Metro into central Barcelona. In my opinion, this part of town is far preferable to the rather dirty town centre and Rambla? You won’t lack for great drinking and dining options around the Guitart. The rooms are impeccable and well priced. The staff are extremely pleasant. And the location is faultless.
