When we reported this to the reception staff, they dismissed it as if it wasn’t a big deal, saying that since nothing was stolen and the key card had been replaced, there was no problem. They didn’t even offer a single word of apology.
This left us with the worst memory of our honeymoon.
Found front desk staff very corporate, business like and a little dismissive, they need to relax a little more and be more attentive to the guest they are serving.
Room: relatively large, with windows, tidy
Service: Shangtai is enthusiastic and has a good attitude
Travel: Convenient, 5 minutes’ walk from the subway station
Catering: There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby
