Staying at Barcelona Hotel Colonial is one of the best decisions we have made during our trip to Barcelona. We received an excellent service from the front desk during check-in and check-out processes, attending to our questions and requests promptly. The hotel is very clean, from the lobby, to hallways, and most especially the rooms we stayed at. The buffer breakfast is also excellent.

The hotel's location is excellent, making travel super convenient! The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding. The facilities were complete and all in good working order. The staff were warm and attentive, responding promptly. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

This is a great hotel in a great location… Not the biggest room, but they make up for with a very courteous and helpful staff… I will surely stay there again

great hotel customer service was good. We got there early for check in and they held our bags same with check out. They offer breakfast and have a small bar on property. This hotel was close to everything we needed to visit while we were there, the picture is the view from our room couldn't see much but great seating area

Me and my bestfriend sgayed the weekend here ! We had the most amazing time ever ! The room was exactly as we expected it to be and we had a beautiful view with a balcony. As well as this the customer service was 10/10 the loveliest people ever ! They helped us find places to eat, ordered us taxis and we just very kind and helpful. Because we loved it so much we will be returning as soon as we can ! Thank you so much to the receptionists for making our holiday the best !

This was our second visit to this hotel. We checked out of here this morning (28/10/24) and all I can say the service is amazing. The hotel is in a great location. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Barcelona.

When we checked into our hotel we were given a very nice room with a separate sitting room, walk-in closet, and bathroom with ample counter space. However the room was stuffy and the air conditioning wasn't working. Maintenance arrived quickly and fixed it. That night I realized that the air conditioner wouldn't turn off. In the morning the power went out in our room. The manager knocked on our door and told us that she would move us to another room that was exactly the same room that we were in. There was absolutely no apology for the inconvenience. Ugh, I had to pack up everything, move to another room, only to find out that the room was not the same! It was nothing like the room we had just left and was in need of a remodel. I didn't want to call the manager and switch to another room because we had a tour scheduled and didn't want to deal with the hassle. We went and talked to the same manager about making reservations at Park Guell. She told us that we didn't need reservations, that the park is open to the public and that the reservations were only for the tour. We taxied over to the park only to find out that since 2020 everyone needs to make a reservation to enter the park. Tickets were sold out, ugh! We mentioned that to the reception desk, saying that the employees might need to be updated with that information. We received a very cold response. We were just trying to help. If we didn't have these issues I would have given the hotel 5 stars. We just felt that the issue of changing rooms was handled badly. The location can't be beat and the view of the Cathedral from the rooftop bar is amazing.
