Reviews
Update. The hotel is also now run by people who do not tell truths. They have informed us that they showed us three rooms as alternatives but this is simply not what happened. They showed us one and it was in equally poor state.
So just really research who you are dealing with here. Not only is this not as described and false advertising but the leaders are liars. Think about the implications of this to ANY STAY. Please contact me for photos and also screenshots of correspondence.
The hotel team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs throughout the event: from coordinating group check-ins to helping with last-minute logistics. Everything felt effortless thanks to their professionalism and kindness.
Highly recommended for business groups and company gatherings, we’d happily return!
Rooms were cleans & modern with possibly the softest sheets I’ve ever slept on 😂
The pool area is adequate for hotel size & location and is beautifully lined with tropical plants and loungers. Towels are provided.
We don’t have breakfast in the hotel but did have a quick look in & it looked standard continental style buffet.
We were able to store our luggage & use the pool area after check out too which is nice.
The hotel refuses to refund the ruined first night and even tried to justify the situation as being “normal for Barcelona’s climate, especially in historic buildings.” Completely unacceptable excuse. A hotel at this level should guarantee clean, healthy rooms from the start.
Nice and clean hotel. The hotel missed a coffee and tea corner downstairs which you find in various hotels. Good location as well, next to the Arenas mall and also quite some decent restaurants and bars in the area.
Pool on the rooftop is very nice and in the sun in the afternoon but pool itself not heated.
But overall, a pleasant stay at a nice hotel.
