Hotel Oasis in Barcelona

I booked this hotel mainly because of its great location and the pool facilities. However, two days after making a non-refundable booking, I got an email informing me that the pool and outdoor areas would be closed for the entire month, which significantly affected my stay. I paid €630 for five nights an Double superior exterior room, expecting a nicer experience based on the photos advertised, but the room did not match those images and felt no different from the cheaper interior room with beds pushed together. Overall, the room we got and unavailable facilities did not reflect the price I paid or what was promised at the time of booking, we complained but the hotel had no other rooms available to switch our room, the lady at the desk who greeted us was was nice to us but would not come back for the price when there is better options in the area and we didn’t even stay there the last two days we went to another hotel with said facilities.
