I had an absolutely exceptional stay at Hotel Oasis.. The room was great, super clean and comfortable. I stayed for my birthday and got the warmest welcome from Raul, he really made the trip. They even decorated my room with balloons which was such a lovely touch. Every time I saw Raul in the hotel he was friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Amy in the café was also so kind and helpful, and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had.

The staff genuinely made this stay unforgettable. I felt so welcomed and cared for from start to finish. I will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

It was a great stay, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and the location was perfect. Close to all the busy spots and near the water too. The only thing is it would be nice if the pool and outside area was open all year round not just summer, they could put heaters and heat the pool that would have made it a perfect stay, nonetheless it was great.

I booked this hotel mainly because of its great location and the pool facilities. However, two days after making a non-refundable booking, I got an email informing me that the pool and outdoor areas would be closed for the entire month, which significantly affected my stay. I paid €630 for five nights an Double superior exterior room, expecting a nicer experience based on the photos advertised, but the room did not match those images and felt no different from the cheaper interior room with beds pushed together. Overall, the room we got and unavailable facilities did not reflect the price I paid or what was promised at the time of booking, we complained but the hotel had no other rooms available to switch our room, the lady at the desk who greeted us was was nice to us but would not come back for the price when there is better options in the area and we didn’t even stay there the last two days we went to another hotel with said facilities.

We stayed there 3 days and we loved it. Nice location and service was very friendly. We did day trip to Girona and we were able to leave our bags there for 1 1/2 days and then continue our journey. That helps us a lot. Definitely I will be back in Barcelona and of course by Hotel Oasis

very good value. smaller rooms but we didn't mind that at all, especially at the price point. service and staff was also great. very happy with our stay here and would stay again! awesome location as well very easy walk to some great tourist spots

The hotel is located in a fantastic walking area close to all the tourist attractions. The only points to keep in mind are that there is a tourist/resort fee, the hotel rooms are not the highest quality, the beds are soft (personal preference), and be cautious about being assigned rooms beside the elevator (if you’re a light sleeper, you will hear the elevator opening and closing constantly).

Overall, the staff are responsive and friendly. The cafe in the hotel is okay, and the staff will reluctantly assist with warming up food.

The location was good and the pool (though small ) and roof garden was nice. Bathroom had cockroaches and wasn’t the cleanest. Probably wouldn’t stay again given the price.

Disappointed that was not informed the terrace was closed. Regardless of it being out of season having a quiet area to take phone calls have a coffee in the sunshine or at least in outside hotel space with a view would have been nice.

The room was terrible. Windows to indoor courtyard - looks like an apartment block that was made to a hotel at a later date. Definitely no stars given here!

The room itself was quite basic, with a broken shower and no window which was disappointing. However the location is fantastic, and the rooftop is a real highlight. What truly saved my experience was Luca at the front desk. His professionalism and attentiveness made all the difference. Without his excellent service, I would have rated this place much lower. Luca deserves a promotion for the way he manages everything - he’s the reason I’m giving a positive review!
