The staff genuinely made this stay unforgettable. I felt so welcomed and cared for from start to finish. I will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.
Overall, the staff are responsive and friendly. The cafe in the hotel is okay, and the staff will reluctantly assist with warming up food.
The room was terrible. Windows to indoor courtyard - looks like an apartment block that was made to a hotel at a later date. Definitely no stars given here!
