Staff was very nice! Beds were like sleeping on mattress' on cots! Very uncomfortable. Hotel was very dated and the area around it seemed dirty...

The room I had the first night had a very strong smell which was hard to withstand. Management switched my room which was nice. Bedding was clean in both rooms. The room decor was a little old, but ok for the price paid. The hotel is one block away from a main city street and metro station, so Barcelona was at my fingertips.

There was no water for over half our stay and the employees did not care. Not a great stay.

It wasn’t great. And I don’t even care that the room is small. I expect that in Europe. But you’re in the hospitality business, provide some hospitality. There were no tissues in the room, I had no control over the temperature in the room other than a ceiling fan. Even though there is air conditioning, I couldn’t control it. They didn’t provide any shampoo, and the packets of liquid soap they provided wasn’t even enough for one person to fully bathe themselves. Most importantly, I think they overcharged me which I will figure out when I get back to the states. According to ******* I was to pre-pay for the stay and only pay city taxes when I got to the hotel, approximately €40. But in actuality I was charged for the second of my two nights AND the city taxes. Location is great with easy access to Metro, which is very easy to use in Barcelona.

Really convenient and central. It was good for a short, quick, stay. The room didn't smell so great, smoky. Staff were great and the area was close to most everything. You can even walk to Placa Catalunya.

Spacious room, comfortable beds and good facilities. Cleaning wasn’t spotless but was generally clean throughout. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Would stay again.

The staff is very professional and helpful, they are open 24h so you don’t have to be inside within a specific time. A bit loudly because if you catch people doing showers late night and you hear the water passing by but I had my earplugs so it was ok. Of course in the weekend outside is lively. Well located near metro and several supermarkets and restaurants where to eat. Good price and good comfort.

Good hotel at a good price. Nothing fancy. Twenty minute walk to La Rambla. Some nice tapas bars within a few minute walk. The area looks a bit rundown/graffiti-ed but many people of all ages out at night and seemed very safe.
