I booked a twin room, but they gave me a double bed. After waiting two days, I was given a suite, but the price was the same, so the room type is very random. The room was fairly clean and quite spacious. They provided various water options, but the prices weren't listed. Overall, I would still recommend it.

Clean and comfort, very very big! It even has a living room which is separate from the bedroom. There is a fresh rose in the room. Only one bothering thing is that our room is near the street, so it’s a bit noisy at night cause there is a restaurant nearby.

Staff are really helpful, we were staying at floor with stairs to access, staff helped us to carry up and down heavy luggages and pushchair, they all are very polite and nice. Hotel itself looks like a museum, if you are staying in this hotel, they will give to a free pass to visit this hotel group museum, just sadly we don’t have time to visit.

One room was extremely small, and the mattress kept sliding down, making it difficult to turn over. Check-in was only possible at the adjacent 62 Hotel, and the apartment was completely empty. I recommend not booking an apartment.

The unit is a two-bedroom apartment. The building's elevator is quite basic and small, only fitting two or three people at a time. However, the apartment itself was very clean and tidy. It comes well-equipped with a kitchen, a washing machine, and a dryer. Both the living room and balcony were quite comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the smaller bedroom felt a bit compact.

The property is a little hidden away and does not really have a lobby. Its main hotel which is new has a better ambience. The room size was big and our room had a beautiful view. The gym and breakfast area is all in their sister property which is a few minutes walk. Very close to the gothic quarter and the Barceloneta area.

Our apartment was fantastic. It had all new appliances. The place was spotless. The view from the 4th floor balcony of the cathedral, the playground, and the street life was wonderful. The location is very good for touring in any direction of the gothic quarter.

I would definitely come back here as it is very walkable and near everything. We enjoyed our stay here as it was very clean and with complete ameneties. The place was spacious. It included kitchen and laundry which is a huge plus. Only thing is that communication needs some improvement.

Great location literally just off La Rambla Good beds and large rooms. Dated kitchen and bathroom but it does the job. Overlooked the tapas bar which is loud at night until 11. The best thing about this place is location. 10min by feet to Sagrada Familia, 15min to Gothic quarter and 5-10min for metro station. It took an hour to get to the airport by metro.

Great option when staying in Barcelona! Very close to La Sagrada Familia and other must see places. Very spacious and nice looking loft style apartment with a balcony. After receiving the email with instructions it turned out to be a fairly easy arrival. The apartment itself was clean and had everything it promised. The place was okay overall. A little weird that when we arrived we were given a room that had not been cleaned and had to be switched to another room, which took about an hour of back and forth. We stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment. It was huge with 3 toilets 2 showers. 3 of the bedrooms led onto large balcony. We stayed at BCN Montjuic because of its location for a football match, and we needed a quick departure for airport. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and helpful staff. Luggage storage was handy. Our room was on the main floor, right beside reception, and it was so quiet!
