The hotel's location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Our suite was huge, with ceilings over three meters high, including the entrance, dining area, kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The entrance faced an atrium with beautiful glasswork. Both the living room and bedrooms had small balconies offering street views, making our New Year's Eve celebration very cozy. Casa Milà and Casa Batlló are within walking distance, and Sagrada Família is just a short taxi ride away. As it's a 1906 heritage building, there's a 1000 Euro deposit. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, but there are tons of dining options close by. The room lighting controls took some getting used to. Being street-facing, there was some traffic noise, but it didn't bother me much even though I'm usually sensitive to noise.

The room was very large and luxuriously decorated. The elevator was unique, an old-fashioned push-button elevator. Located on Thanksgiving Avenue, it's close to Casa Milà and many other attractions, and there are many delicious tapas restaurants nearby. The only downside was the noise from the nearby subway station; you could feel the train vibrating at night, and the streets were also very lively and noisy at night.

Loved it. Only downside as subway below the location but we got used to it. Amazing space. Beautiful and high end. Would stay there again!!!

The room was beautiful and spacious, and the service was excellent. I would definitely book again next time I'm in Barcelona. The breakfast was also plentiful, making it perfect for family trips. The location is also great. The only downside is that there's road construction in front of the hotel, which slightly affects taxis and parking.

This is one of the most amazing places I’ve ever stayed. The staff was beyond amazing during our stay, the food from room service was absolutely delicious and the spa services were much needed and so relaxing. Everything was a 20/10. Already planning my next trip back to Barcelona just to come back and stay here.

Less than 48 hours before our wedding, El Palauet unilaterally cancelled the event booking, leaving us in an extreme situation. All of this happened while my husband’s father was hospitalized and in an induced coma. El Palauet was fully aware of our family situation and still chose to proceed with the cancellation, causing us indescribable emotional stress. Although the money was refunded and they covered part of the alternative plan’s expenses, we were never offered any real compensation for the immense emotional damage caused. What we went through with El Palauet is beyond words. We would not recommend them to anyone seeking professionalism, empathy, and genuine commitment during such a meaningful moment.

Great hotel with a great location! The staff is great, we really liked it! Upon arrival they gave us a bottle of sparkling wine, a good wine cabinet, a fully equipped kitchen (it was important for us and the kids to cook porridge), high-quality cleaning. Next time, when visiting Barcelona, ​​we will definitely try to get here!

The hotel I was most looking forward to on this trip, it really didn't disappoint!
The room is very big, the best hotel should be a suite, each room type has two rooms and two to three beds
There is champagne and snacks in the welcome package, the decoration style is very suitable for taking pictures and enjoying a leisurely vacation in the room, the only drawback is that the heating is a little bit behind, and the water flow in the shower is too small and too cold
