Close to station and metro. Rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

Back in Barcelona from Madrid, and I stayed here for another three days. The hotel is right above the train and metro stations, so there's no stress about catching trains, and it's super convenient for getting into the city or going on excursions. The space-themed design of the hotel is really unique, and it was a very comfortable stay!

Exiting the train station, you'll see the entrance shown in picture 1, which isn't very large. The front desk is on the ground floor. The front desk staff wasn't particularly friendly; they were very by-the-book. The hotel has a space theme and seems to host many conferences. The room provides toiletries, but no slippers or tissues (though there's toilet paper in the bathroom). There are two bottles of water. The soundproofing is almost nonexistent; I kept thinking the corridor doors opening and closing were actually someone opening my door.

Staffs were not so responsive, lined up for long time when checked-in. Booked a 2persons stay room, but all amenities were just single in room. One day morning, electric stopped , talked to the staff but took long time to come fixing until I used Skype-paid calling to reception. Amenities were not adding day by day until we ask.

Fee is HIDDEN, we booked this hotel because it has a gym but the staff told us it required 15euro per visit upon check-in, which was not stated on the booking website. City tax was also not shown in our booking, but we got charged when check-in. I couldn’t understand why all these fee is not showing on anywhere while booking on website. Feel being trapped.

Location is good if you are taking train, but no supermarket nearby. For a decent restaurants, you will need to take 15-20 mins walk.

I love the space theme!! The staff have been very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very sleek and simple. Rooms feature a large bed which dominates the room with clever use of an otherwise small space for a comfortable feel. In case you miss it, the blind is mechanical and the switch is on the side of the bed closer to the window.

Had a fantastic four-day stay at this hotel! The space-themed design is unique and creative, and the service was warm and attentive. The facilities are excellent and well-maintained, the room was spotless, and the location is very convenient. Overall, it exceeded my expectations – highly recommend it!

Location, location, location, that's the great thing about this hotel. Well connected to the airport and other major attractions. You can also catch a train to Madrid from the station located just below the hotel. Space themed hotel. Well maintained. Neat rooms. Customer service was good but could be better specially with regards to the house keeping department. Credit cards accepted including Amex. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable, good breakfast and more options right downstairs. Convenient as it is right over the metro station. Though on second thoughts one could stay in the city centre and avoid the hassle of taking public transport and simply walk. The tour red bus stop right across the road. The spanish omelette at the cafe downstairs is looovely. Good place, very clean, not far from all the major attractions, loved it.

Great hotel literally connected to the Sants station so you can go pretty much everywhere from here. Even you have access to the AVE (high speed train). Hotel is nice with a space (like outer space) theme going throughout. It was nice. Rooms are comfy but they control the AC from a central location so it got too hot one night and we have to call to get it “released”. Other than that everything was great
