I have just completed a two-day stay at the Eurostars Grand Marina Hotel in Barcelona, and I am genuinely lost for words at how exceptional the entire experience was.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such warmth and professionalism that I immediately felt at home. Mariona, at the Concierge Desk, deserves the highest praise. Her gracious welcome, attention to detail, and genuine desire to ensure my stay was perfect set the tone for the entire visit. She is a true asset to the hotel.
Special acknowledgement must also go to Mr David Mesa, whose oversight and care ensured everything ran flawlessly. His dedication to guest satisfaction is remarkable, and it was evident in every interaction. Thanks to him, every element of my stay exceeded expectations.

The suite had a marble bathroom with the bathtub and a separate shower.
The living room had a table with chairs and a sofa.
It was all very opulent while modern.
The location is great, we loved that it was a bit away but there is a walk from there although only 10 min to Rambla/Columbus monument.
The breakfast was incredible with a huge variety of choices plus you can order omelet for free.
It was at times very crowded and people talk too loud.
There is an underground garage but we used the valet parking as the cost is almost the same.
The service in general is excellent with occasional slips which is not surprising in such a huge hotel. But overall it was very good.
Since then we stayed there a couple of times, it is certainly our go-to hotel in Barcelona. We stayed in a superior room with Seaview which was also excellent. I recommend only Seaview rooms as in the courtyard it could be noisy.
It was a fabulous time for us there, highly recommended!
