Superb hotel with great staff! Spent 7 days here and was very impressed. Pool is cold in October as thought. But great splash park! Well worth it. Kids club is amazing, all day long, with numerous activities. All in all a fantastic hotel.

Fantastic experience. Family friendly hotel. First time travelling with my four children as a single mum. The resort was perfect for families. My kids played in the indoor and outdoor pools all day long and although disco was around 8pm, they were too tired to take part. Breakfast was a fantastic mix of sweet, savoury and fruits. Family holiday in October half term, all inclusive. We had a great time and would certainly consider returning. The food was varied and quality was from ok to very good. Our room had comfortable beds/sofa beds for everyone. Bar service was generally good, a little slow just before dinner. The staff at the hotel were fantastic. We don’t normally write reviews, but after seeing some of the more negative comments recently, we felt compelled to share our own experience. We really enjoyed our 7 night stay, originally just booked bed and breakfast but upgraded to half board when we got there for really reasonable prices. Excellent facilities, friendly staff and decent buffet food with plenty of options. The room was pretty basic and it’s a bit of a walk from the centre but we knew that when we booked and there are options for newer rooms. Entertainment was a bit lacking...

I travel whit my husband and kids rooms is old and we are have problem whit air-conditioning one of my child is autism and no respect on hotel disability persons this make me sick

Had the best time, great apartment, great location and great staff, food was good, went above and beyond for us at the end of the season when they were closing down to go and get more beer in for us which they didn’t need to do definitely be back

I’ve just returned to the UK from a 4 night stay here on my hen do. The rooms are modern (more up to date than some of the website pics) Staff are friendly and helpful. Snack bar is really well priced and good food for a quick bite to eat. The pool is a total sun trap! Over all we got what we paid for :) and just a short walk to the main strip :)

The apartment room is very clean, shower had a nice pressure 👌🏽 everything you could ask for in a room. Food was very tasty from the bar downstairs, smashed burger in particular. Alejandro the bar man is so pleasant and makes a beautiful sangeria. Couldn’t recommend enough for a nice holiday 😎☀️

Amazing wee holiday we were here last June and liked it that much decided come again me and my son having great time again so far, place is clean rooms nice shower is good too , staff are all friendly and welcoming ,the hotel is out the way but not too far a walk too shops 5 mins down road so nice peaceful here, pool isn’t too cold unlike some hotels I’ve been too recently pitty weather not been too...

Rooms have nice decor especially the refurbished bathroom and great power shower. Great air conditioning. Checked in late and it was no problem also checked out early and that was fine too! Lovely food and drinks available too! Kids loved the selection of ice creams! We had noisy neighbours coming back from the club one or two nights but it was sorted out when we complained to staff so was ok!

Verry good central of lloret clean & great staff beach a stones throw away kfc lots of bars to eat.we are planning on returning oct.

Lovely apartment,one or two burn marks in the kitchen when we arrived but apart from that very tidy. The beds are singles and not couple friendly lol. Laura the receptionist is very friendly and helpful,she couldn't do enough for us. Would have been nice to have a sea view but the location for us was superb, right on the beach and near the restaurants. Would defiantly come back again, but perhaps a...

Wonderful sea views if you get one at the front. Kitchen utensils basic. Could have done with a couple of sachets of coffee/tea/milk when I arrived at 1.30 in the morning. Plenty of wardrobe space in bedroom.with a safe. Beds in bedroom very comfortable. Couch a bit basic and uncomfortable. Great shower.

The apartments are very clean and modern. No swimming pool unfortunately, hence the four stars. Everything else is excellent!

First class apartments right on the sea front Reception staff brilliant Very good standard & hard to beat

Good value, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Nice little Spa that you book by the hour, hammam, sauna, hydromassage shower, gym machines, hot tub and pretty little pool.

the food is very good, hotel is near the beach and the main shopping street as well as a bunch of good restaurants which are nearby... we suprisingly got the room which had access to the rooftop instead of a regular balcony so this was fantastic for spending the spare time, wifi on the lower floors could be improved but we didn't have a lot of conectivity problems speed could be updated...

Super kind people, fantastic staff in the hotel, very clean rooms, new towels every day, delicious food. Hotel is just 2 minutes walking distance to beach.

Reception is really nice and helpful, took my luggage to store 3 hours before i was even supposed to check in. Rooms are clean and nice. The gym is small and have to pay for it, that's the only bad thing apart from having other buildings blocking any sort of view. Overall, good.

The family that run Hotel Acacias are so lovely. So smiley. So happy to help with everything we could possibly need, including making lots of vegan food for my partner and I during our stay.
