Okay,just. Hotel is extremely busy with teenage summer camps. Breakfast was good but very busy. Some staff nice but some are very abrupt,we struggled to get any boiled water for babies bottles, it proved very difficult and staff were not very accommodating.

I stayed at this hotel with our dogs and had a pleasant experience. The best part was that they warmly welcome pets, which made traveling with my dog so much easier. The location was okay, but still convenient enough for getting around. Overall, I really appreciated how pet-friendly the place was, and I’d definitely consider staying again because of that. It was a very clean well located Hotel in the Heart of Lloret de Mar. Food was very good .rooms cleaned almost Daily. I had to send cleaners away 4 Tim's as I am a tidy person and to save the staff time and money. We came during October half term and was very worried as read all the reviews. Upon arrival reception staff was lovely and told where rooms was. If you look for cheap option to stay, it is ok. But apartments itself requires refreshment, needs to invest a bit. We were very pleased with our hotel stay for the week we visited Llorotte de Mar. It is well centerised beside everything. Staff are always very friendly & helpful. Food was nice. Bar was lively in the evenings. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

I was quite impressed with this hotel. I did see a few negative reviews, so I wasn't sure what to expect! It is a 3 star. It's value for money. Breakfast was decent. I really like the chocolate pastry thing. Staff were friendly and hotel is a less than a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Staff very helpful when you arrive and when leaving

As a visually impaired individual, I found this venue to be exceptionally accessible. The staff were not only friendly but also very understanding of my needs. Service was efficient—our dishes were promptly cleared after we finished our meal, and the overall customer service was outstanding. This place could be 5star if it wasn’t for the walls. The owner was really nice, caring. The rooms were clean and newly renovated, and the price is perfect. We even got a free upgrade (soo grateful for that). It’s just that the walls were thin and you could hear everything they were saying. But other than that I would go back again.

I stayed at Bolero Park and found it to be a decent, budget-friendly option. The rooms were basic but clean, and the pool was a nice feature. However, the food was disappointing and lacked variety. A good stay if you don't mind eating elsewhere.

We stayed for only one night. It was super cheap as not in season. Amazing views from the balcony. Super friendly staff. Good location. Easy access from/to bus station. Luggage lockers on site. The apartment was clean, with a few minor flaws, but otherwise nothing really to complain about. By Lloret standards, this is a really nice apartment. The Wi-Fi was good, and the stovetop worked perfectly. The hallways, however, weren't always clean. Within walking distance of all the clubs and restaurants in the area, so there was always something to do. Highly recommended for a clubbing holiday.

I’ve just returned to the UK from a 4 night stay here on my hen do. The rooms are modern (more up to date than some of the website pics) Staff are friendly and helpful. Snack bar is really well priced and good food for a quick bite to eat. The pool is a total sun trap! Over all we got what we paid for :) and just a short walk to the main strip :)

Rooms have nice decor especially the refurbished bathroom and great power shower. Great air conditioning. Checked in late and it was no problem also checked out early and that was fine too! Lovely food and drinks available too! Kids loved the selection of ice creams! We had noisy neighbours coming back from the club one or two nights but it was sorted out when we complained to staff so was ok!

Very well located, the beach is right across the street, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. When we arrived, there was quite a bit of dust on the floor, so the cleaning wasn't great. The apartment was the perfect size for our family (2 adults and 3 children). It's a shame there wasn't a balcony.

Overall satisfaction was good, except for the noise at night. Good reception, but noisy tenants once at 2 a.m. and again at midnight; I had to intervene. There was an unannounced security guard at reception. I only found out about it when I was leaving and had reported the problem!
