Where to stay with kids in Lloret de Mar

We vacationed as a family with children this summer. The cuisine is simply gorgeous, everything is very tasty, including seafood and ripe fruit. In rainy and cool weather, you can take refuge in the SPA area

Kids loved the slides and mini golf.was a very relaxing holiday.Reception staff where all lovely.

We went with my 5 and 9 year old children and we all absolutely loved it

There was activities during the day at kids club that they liked and also activities for the adults like water polo, darts, archery and table tennis. There is a mini park on site and crazy golf course

Part of a family vacation. The all-inclusive part (dinner) left more to wish for. Pool area got quite crowded, but still very nice with professional service personnel.

The children’s entertainment was fantastic especially since this was the last week of trade for the hotel. Cesar and all the animation team were exceptional

lively and lots of groups but give them some credit what do you expect for the price cheaper than any hostel with booze and food chucked in was cleaned daily and pool area perfect

Rooms so so, no air conditioning TV not working, even if paid. Cleaned every day, but cleaning it to call difficult. Yes, change towels, assure toilet paper, soap. But at the expense of washing floors as it is difficult

Many people know Russian, will always help if that. Drinks are not watered down, all at altitude. The food is always fresh, diverse, fruit, pastries all very tasty. To sea to go about 10 minutes -15

2 weeks never and not washed under the bed. But if you don't pay attention to it, you can live. Was in June, no idea what's going on in July or August. The staff is very friendly, smiling

Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3. 5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days)

However: the water is hot always and immediately, bathroom rules, there is even a bidet, bed sheets changed every day, fed for slaughter

Pool and slides area really good however limited space when busy, you'd struggle to get a sunbed with a good spot. Big problem is the bloody pigeons, even inside the bar area

This hotel is very interesting. The evening entertainment was superb -- Las Vegas quality without crowds

The public areas are decorated with art and antiques you would see at a large show and you can spend hours just touring the many large public areas and getting a good look at the collections

Great hotel, clean and spacious,Value for money! Glimrende kjempestort og lekkert hotell! Men det manglet alle opplysninger om hvor de enkelte tilbud befant seg! Hvor var baren, frokostsalen, lekerom og salonger, aftenopptreden etc! 9 etasjer med forskjellige heiser og enorme flater i hver etasje gjorde det vanskelig å orientere se

Food, especially diner was very good. Lots of facilities, lively town, wish I could have stayed longer.

Not a bad hotel, few little issues with the food, always check chicken is cooked properly before eating, couple of times we went in for lunch and dinner, chicken wasn't cooked through, slightly under cooked, I prefer chicken well done

This is a beautiful place to be with the family. We had a lovely time at this hotel for our 7days stay. Great staff in Coral restaurant, very welcoming ( Delicious food and lots of variety to choose from)

Older staff prefer to serve Spanish, so prepare to wait at the bar. Facilities good, lots of pools and separate kids pool.

Very nice and good hotel! Nice for families with (small) children. Multiple swimming Pools due to Palace being in of the hotels in the resort.

Clean sheet, clean room and fresh towel supplied daily. Great time at the pool side with plenty to eat at the snack bar. The beach is also about 10mins walk from this hotel

Gabriel at the reception (Olympic palace hotel )was very helpful through out our stay. Joy at the mini club ensured our kids enjoyed their play any time they are at the club. Cleaning staff are excellent with their job

Was loads of entertainment, amazing staff and food wasn't bad either! Book direct with hotel to get the best out of all inclusive with free magnums, slush puppies and some branded drinks

I couldn’t praise this hotel enough, plenty of pools to chill around and the food was incredible especially at lunch. The rooms are average for a family hotel

No active air suction in the bathroom, so everything is damp. No warmed mirror in the same room so just fog. We booked for 3 persons, and only 2 plastic chairs on the balcony

Entertainment has been amazing and this hotel is very close to a lot of things bars, beach etc

In general It was a nice experience, the hotel is well located, the rooms are well fine with good views and the meals were fine too

Outdated rooms in the Palace part. Everything is old, the bathroom has toilets with chalk stains, you have to stand in the tub to use a very old school small shower head. The water changes temperature

Only 20 mins from beach, a pool view is better, less noise than a city view, there was only two spare points for charging, so bear this in mind, there is a well stocked big supermarket close

Very pleasant stay in Fenals gardens-pool view rooms have evening sun-great food selection-comfortable beds

I have a child and sorry but no way she would be doing these things out of respect for others. sadly whoever was also in room next door decided it was party time at 2. 20am this morning which went on till around 4 am

We stayed here for 1 week as part of a half board package that included seeing the Spanish GP over three days, we had a hire car, normally we prefer airbnb stays, overall we found it very good, and surprised at the value provided, decent sized terrace, everything worked, rooms are slightly dated, but clean, bathroom was great, shower was superb, towels changed very day, We arrived late, but suitable...

Reception staff tried to help as much as possible.

The food is really not up to standard, the rooms are ok Edit : for whatever reason, the food was delicious after my 3rd day there , something changed, may be they got fresh supplies

Very well maintained in all areas by all members of staff. We were a party of 8 including grandparents & grandchildren. The younger ones had a brilliant time & couldn’t stay out of the pools

Superb hotel with great staff! Spent 7 days here and was very impressed. Pool is cold in October as thought. But great splash park! Well worth it. Kids club is amazing, all day long, with numerous activities

First time travelling with my four children as a single mum. The resort was perfect for families

My kids played in the indoor and outdoor pools all day long and although disco was around 8pm, they were too tired to take part. Breakfast was a fantastic mix of sweet, savoury and fruits

Over the past four years, we have consistently found the Costa Encantada to be a beautiful, clean and very friendly family hotel

The All Inclusive package works brilliantly for us, especially with three children who love being able to help themselves to hot snacks, ice creams and drinks (such as milkshakes and ice slushies) throughout the day

The facilities are more than you could ask for, big outdoor pool, a water slide that is bigger and better than it looks on the pictures, a kids pool that my toddler loved! alongside good tennis courts, volleyball area, 5 aside football pitches and crazy golf

Btw Gym is also very well equipped

Fantastic resort, has a little acuatic park, and pools, the apartments are really nice and with beautiful views of the beach, and the bar is good

All these things would be expected on a holiday, but it is the staff at Pola Giverola that really make the place shine. Kind friendly and helpful regardless of what is needed 👍

I was tempted to score this place down, just so as not to draw the crowds in, but then I realised nobody knows me, or is in the slightest bit interested in my opinion! For anyone reading, give this place a go, you will be amazed

One of the most charmimg and undersold elements i found, was the funicular that transports you from the sports facilities to the upper reaches of the site

Entertainment at night was cheesy but enjoyable our youngest loved it

I been with kids and we are happy

All inclusive just about hits the standard, very impractical that you again must que to get drinks with only 1 person to serve over 100+ guests, if your child doesn't drink fizzy drinks then they will have to servive on just water, lucky to get a slush at the pool

Room cleaned every day, food was good, personel always nice with smile, kids loved entertainment, only ones what I didn’t like is bar near pool, needed wait long time for drinks and after 20 min my waiting they closed so lost my time and didn’t have drink

My girls had an amazing time here and this is everything that counts. Food was amazing ,pools amazing. The only "bad" thing ,I would say was the queue at the bar. Apart from that nothing to complaint

I saw some nasty reviews about this hotel and untill coming here ,I was still contemplating if I should change the hotel or not. This hotel has all the facilities for a super family holiday

Hotel - perfect pool, 2 parts also for children but the one of them working just a few minutes a day and think its a shame, animation program was cool for all the people who would like to participate

The daily entertainment program is vast and the animation team are brilliant. This is also a great hotel for a family with disability challenges. Thank you for making us feel like part of the Papi family

For us the hotel facilities are great, the pools are large and clean with lifeguards and plenty of areas to enjoy the sun, the hotel has a central location for excursions, the food is freshly cooked each day, plentiful and caters for all diets and tastes, the staff are universally helpful and the management go out of their way to resolve any problems

Room - clean, big beds (4 people/family = 2 double beds), balcony, very big bathroom, minus - room is small. There is no possibility to ask for non clean the room

Beach is good for children and strollers :)

But everyone can choose, a lots of sweet version of food, eggs, salami, ham, cheese… dinner - everyday a special night, meat and veggies every day. Beach - few minutes by walk, very close

The rooms are good but there a bit small and i dont very like that. The service is very good. And the location is also very good its very close to the beach. The only thing i hate is the pool is a bit to cold.

Lovely place to stay the rooms are very basic but comfortable! No tea or coffee making facilities however coffee downstairs is cheap and open quite early to quite late. The reception and poop area is lovely

There is a wide range of food in the buffet and it is full of flavour. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. They are quick to clear tables during meal times so your table doesn't become cluttered

The hotel was okay—you get what you see in the pictures. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. However, breakfast could use some variety; it was the same every day

Plus, the 3-star rooms actually offer a better view and sturdier furniture! That said, the food was good, and the reception staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming, which really made a difference

Good stay overall – but stick to the 3-star option! Our stay at Papi Hotels was generally enjoyable, but if you’re choosing between the 3-star and 4-star options, I’d recommend booking the 3-star

It is a good place to stay for families with children. The food provided by the hotel is good and the staff is friendly.

Most of the staff were friendly and attentive one of the receptionist (a male) I had named him Mr excuses and our first full day one of my nephews was very unwell and my sister in law had asked I see how we went about getting one he advised that we should wait as the child would of likely eaten to much ice cream and sweets? He has been throwing up since the moment he woke up and hadn't touched a single...

Only one issue we wanted to upgrade to all inclusive but they wouldn’t allow us cause we were only staying for two days which I couldn’t understand as it’s based on per day rate

I'm no stranger to spanish all inclusive and know what to expect, we always ensure we have funds to eat out a few times however by day 2 we had decided we absolutely weren't eating st the hotel again

Went to report concerns over the safety of floor round pool. Got told to go away as they were busy booking a group of people in and would get someone to look at it. The 4 days we were there it didnt get looked at

The bar staff were polite and friendly. When we asked why pool bar wasnt open which it as been on previous trips told it was shut for good. Also roof top bar not open even though weather was lovely

You can see the staff are fed up with the groups of kids and it could be a nice place if they stopped the football kids but still not 4* Our experience wasn’t as bad because the family rooms are out of the way

The first room we was given had one plug socket which we couldnt reach and no balcony. The food was same choice every day although the food was nice. Before when we stayed they used to mix it up every other day

The hotel was advertised as 4* but it definitely was not, we had to pay an additional €300 to have a family room as the standard rooms were surrounded by young, rude children running around knocking on doors and playing loud music, along with spitting over the balcony

The family pool is over run by the groups of kids that are unsupervised so younger kids cannot use it or they will be at risk of injury as they was hitting each other and trying to drown each other

The slides are very great. My childrin love it. The food was good and d tasty. The water was a litle bit cold in the pool. The staff is very frendly and helpful

Absolutely amazing hotel, all staff are friendly and welcoming, spotlessly clean and great location, the water park within the hotel is great for all ages my family had so-much fun on all the slides, the variety of food is unbelievable and a very good selection for all, the snack bar is an amazing hit for all ages, would highly recommend this hotel and I’m booking to return on September 2026!

First time away with my 6 year old. Absolutely loved everything about it. Loved the pool and slides ,loved the choice and standard of food,really easy for families and great location to get to beach etc

Great hotel, friendly staff, very clean. Had no problems with my stay there. Plenty of food to choose from. My kids loves the pool which was watched all the time. Would definitely go again and recommend.

We had a great stay here, rooms & hotel were very clean and spacious, staff friendly. The water slides were a great hit with the kids and adults!! Hotel well located to beach and town with lots of shops

Lovely hotel with friendly hard working staff. Loads to do for children up to about age 10, but I wouldn’t recommend it for older children or teenagers as there is just not enough to keep them entertained
