Where to stay with kids in Lloret de Mar

Part of a family vacation. The all-inclusive part (dinner) left more to wish for. Pool area got quite crowded, but still very nice with professional service personnel.

The children’s entertainment was fantastic especially since this was the last week of trade for the hotel. Cesar and all the animation team were exceptional

The food was good and the kids and the bonus of hot dogs/ burgers/ chips and rolls to name but a few during the day. Fully recommend this hotel for children the age of mine

The hotel was an excellent choice! Food was lovely with lots of choices throughout the day all freshly cooked and prepared. The chefs and staff were amazing. Every request was acted upon instantly which was appreciated

There were so many activities for the kids that they were entertained from morning to night, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time as well. The resort is perfect for families looking for a fun, worry-free vacation

There was activities during the day at kids club that they liked and also activities for the adults like water polo, darts, archery and table tennis. There is a mini park on site and crazy golf course

lively and lots of groups but give them some credit what do you expect for the price cheaper than any hostel with booze and food chucked in was cleaned daily and pool area perfect

Rooms so so, no air conditioning TV not working, even if paid. Cleaned every day, but cleaning it to call difficult. Yes, change towels, assure toilet paper, soap. But at the expense of washing floors as it is difficult

Many people know Russian, will always help if that. Drinks are not watered down, all at altitude. The food is always fresh, diverse, fruit, pastries all very tasty. To sea to go about 10 minutes -15

2 weeks never and not washed under the bed. But if you don't pay attention to it, you can live. Was in June, no idea what's going on in July or August. The staff is very friendly, smiling

Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3. 5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days)

However: the water is hot always and immediately, bathroom rules, there is even a bidet, bed sheets changed every day, fed for slaughter

Pools - these can get busy, but there are so many to chose from, the main pool (chlorine) has loads of room and the animation staff work hard to keep the guests entertained

The heated salt water pool is a little quieter (not much though) the slides are a nice touch

The lady wouldn’t listen to me when I was telling her there my children and we have come together as a family

F 59, M38, M12, F10 What's not to like here Rooms are great, enough room for a family of 4, (2 x double beds) with a sofa, they are cleaned daily with fresh towels

The older lady was every rude to my two children and embarrassed we and my wife in from of the whole restaurant, trying to imply that my children had snuck into the restaurant, both had all inclusive bands on, the waitress who was showing us to our table at the time couldn’t apologise enough

Food okay, room nice, staff efficient but not very friendly, so busy in August. I got yelled by a woman because I used the Olympic pool when I wasn’t supposed to (didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to)

Very comfortable. We slept very well and enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant.

Not a bad hotel, few little issues with the food, always check chicken is cooked properly before eating, couple of times we went in for lunch and dinner, chicken wasn't cooked through, slightly under cooked, I prefer chicken well done

Pool and slides area really good however limited space when busy, you'd struggle to get a sunbed with a good spot. Big problem is the bloody pigeons, even inside the bar area

Good hotel with many facilities to enjoy, with parking option. Only thing that I am not very happy is the shower in the single room (seems ok for double and beyond)

I couldn’t praise this hotel enough, plenty of pools to chill around and the food was incredible especially at lunch. The rooms are average for a family hotel

Lovely family room, plenty of space for 2 adults, toddler and baby (cot provided). Toddler had a sofa bed in a separate room divided by a sliding door and blackout curtain. Shower/ bath was warm and powerful

Kids pool in one of the other hotels and at first we thought it was far away but there are plenty of shortcuts around the hotels making it so easy to get around the 4 separate buildings

€10 cash deposit needed for towels, €1 to change them. Staff very friendly, 15mins walk to the beach without children

No active air suction in the bathroom, so everything is damp. No warmed mirror in the same room so just fog. We booked for 3 persons, and only 2 plastic chairs on the balcony

We used the kids club daily (we had to stay with our daughter due to age) soft play, trampoline, colouring on everyday with extra activities such as nail painting, tattoos etc

Entertainment has been amazing and this hotel is very close to a lot of things bars, beach etc

In general It was a nice experience, the hotel is well located, the rooms are well fine with good views and the meals were fine too

Outdated rooms in the Palace part. Everything is old, the bathroom has toilets with chalk stains, you have to stand in the tub to use a very old school small shower head. The water changes temperature

Evening entertainment included small concerts and animations for children, which added a nice touch. The pools were fantastic – large, clean water, and the slides were absolutely great fun for both kids and adults

Stayed here many times, food is great, rooms tidy and well kept, it's close to the beach, and town, but still quiet at night, pools well maintained, good entertainment and bar staff very nice

We stayed here for 1 week as part of a half board package that included seeing the Spanish GP over three days, we had a hire car, normally we prefer airbnb stays, overall we found it very good, and surprised at the value provided, decent sized terrace, everything worked, rooms are slightly dated, but clean, bathroom was great, shower was superb, towels changed very day, We arrived late, but suitable...

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Gran Garbi in Lloret de Mar! The rooms are a bit tired and definitely not up to a true 4-star standard, but still functional – with air conditioning, a fridge, a safe, a balcony with clothes-drying lines, and Wi-Fi

Also, the biggest minus was arriving at 1 AM and finding that there was no drinking water available anywhere – not even a bottle waiting in the room, and no shop or vending machine open

Housekeeping was done daily and very well. The restaurant was excellent – a large variety of food, everything fresh and tasty. The bar was also good with a wide selection of drinks

Just got back from Hotel Julimar in Lloret de Mar, and I had an amazing time! 🌊✨ The check-in was super smooth, and the place was spotless. The only minor thing was the Wi-Fi, which was decent but could be a bit faster

Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was really perfect, reflecting a high standard of maintenance. Location was very good with easy parking and close to the beach and coast

The check-in process was efficient and seamless, allowing me to settle in without any delays. I found the bed to be extremely comfortable, contributing to a restful atmosphere

My recent experience at Hotel Julimar in Lloret de Mar was so great. The quality of the WiFi was super good, providing a reliable connection throughout my stay

Very well maintained in all areas by all members of staff. We were a party of 8 including grandparents & grandchildren. The younger ones had a brilliant time & couldn’t stay out of the pools

Superb hotel with great staff! Spent 7 days here and was very impressed. Pool is cold in October as thought. But great splash park! Well worth it. Kids club is amazing, all day long, with numerous activities

First time travelling with my four children as a single mum. The resort was perfect for families

My kids played in the indoor and outdoor pools all day long and although disco was around 8pm, they were too tired to take part. Breakfast was a fantastic mix of sweet, savoury and fruits

Over the past four years, we have consistently found the Costa Encantada to be a beautiful, clean and very friendly family hotel

The All Inclusive package works brilliantly for us, especially with three children who love being able to help themselves to hot snacks, ice creams and drinks (such as milkshakes and ice slushies) throughout the day

The facilities are more than you could ask for, big outdoor pool, a water slide that is bigger and better than it looks on the pictures, a kids pool that my toddler loved! alongside good tennis courts, volleyball area, 5 aside football pitches and crazy golf

Btw Gym is also very well equipped

Fantastic resort, has a little acuatic park, and pools, the apartments are really nice and with beautiful views of the beach, and the bar is good

All these things would be expected on a holiday, but it is the staff at Pola Giverola that really make the place shine. Kind friendly and helpful regardless of what is needed 👍

I was tempted to score this place down, just so as not to draw the crowds in, but then I realised nobody knows me, or is in the slightest bit interested in my opinion! For anyone reading, give this place a go, you will be amazed

One of the most charmimg and undersold elements i found, was the funicular that transports you from the sports facilities to the upper reaches of the site

Only complaint is that the pool water was freezing cold so my son ended up with a cough

I been with kids and we are happy

My super picky, very particular autistic child aways found something he would happily eat every mealtime. Pool area was nice, plenty of sun loungers

Room cleaned every day, food was good, personel always nice with smile, kids loved entertainment, only ones what I didn’t like is bar near pool, needed wait long time for drinks and after 20 min my waiting they closed so lost my time and didn’t have drink

That’s no fault of the hotel, just worth mentioning to any inexperienced holiday goers. Our child loved the kids pool and this area was also kept very clean

My girls had an amazing time here and this is everything that counts. Food was amazing ,pools amazing. The only "bad" thing ,I would say was the queue at the bar. Apart from that nothing to complaint

Hotel - perfect pool, 2 parts also for children but the one of them working just a few minutes a day and think its a shame, animation program was cool for all the people who would like to participate

The dining staff also treated my son and my family so well he felts like a prince. Especially Noelia and Luis in the dinning we’re extra kind! Completely recommend!

Room - clean, big beds (4 people/family = 2 double beds), balcony, very big bathroom, minus - room is small. There is no possibility to ask for non clean the room

We have asked in a reception but they still clean a room every day. I am not sure if its necesarry. They are proud to be eco hotel, but changing towels everyday its not part of it

But everyone can choose, a lots of sweet version of food, eggs, salami, ham, cheese… dinner - everyday a special night, meat and veggies every day. Beach - few minutes by walk, very close

The daily entertainment program is vast and the animation team are brilliant. This is also a great hotel for a family with disability challenges. Thank you for making us feel like part of the Papi family

The rooms are good but there a bit small and i dont very like that. The service is very good. And the location is also very good its very close to the beach. The only thing i hate is the pool is a bit to cold.

Lovely place to stay the rooms are very basic but comfortable! No tea or coffee making facilities however coffee downstairs is cheap and open quite early to quite late. The reception and poop area is lovely

There is a wide range of food in the buffet and it is full of flavour. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. They are quick to clear tables during meal times so your table doesn't become cluttered

The hotel was okay—you get what you see in the pictures. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. However, breakfast could use some variety; it was the same every day

Plus, the 3-star rooms actually offer a better view and sturdier furniture! That said, the food was good, and the reception staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming, which really made a difference

Good stay overall – but stick to the 3-star option! Our stay at Papi Hotels was generally enjoyable, but if you’re choosing between the 3-star and 4-star options, I’d recommend booking the 3-star

(Kids water play area was closed during our visit, but our kids enjoyed outdoor swimming pool) They have sun terrace available for all guest at 7th and 8th floor, which was great

Big shout to the manager (Alexis) ,reception staff (Sandra and her colleagues) ,bar staff(Edgar & colleagues) and the animation team! The hotel is family orientated, and it is quiet! The only minus for us was the food( not too much variation) and the cleanliness, especially the glass cups!

So we even utilised our day in the hotel even after checkout till our train time. Lots of daily activities for kids, daily show and clean swimming pool

(We came in the evening and left at 5pm, although we checked out at 10am) They provided locker room and shower room to take shower and change our cloth

Beach is cross the road and not far from train station. Slightly small rooms than expected but it's ok for us as we use it for sleep only

They don't focus on making money, they even gave us lunch after checkout and drinks until we leave hotel, as we came late while check in

Went to report concerns over the safety of floor round pool. Got told to go away as they were busy booking a group of people in and would get someone to look at it. The 4 days we were there it didnt get looked at

The bar staff were polite and friendly. When we asked why pool bar wasnt open which it as been on previous trips told it was shut for good. Also roof top bar not open even though weather was lovely

Me and the wife stayed 7th Sept for a week. In a superior room looking over the Adult pool. The rooms are small but adequate for the two of us. I wouldn't want to stay in them with any more people

The location is good rooms are basic but clean. This hotel is advertised as 5 star. We have been here a few times and only thing thats changed is new sun loungers and from 4 star to 5 star

The hotel was advertised as 4* but it definitely was not, we had to pay an additional €300 to have a family room as the standard rooms were surrounded by young, rude children running around knocking on doors and playing loud music, along with spitting over the balcony

They have a roof top bar, which is brilliant and Joel who runs that bar is the most kind and friendly member of staff but unfortunately it doesn’t open on the days advertised

We had a great stay here, rooms & hotel were very clean and spacious, staff friendly. The water slides were a great hit with the kids and adults!! Hotel well located to beach and town with lots of shops

Food was okay breakfast there was eggs bacon pastries cereal fruit pancakes etc there was always something to eat at lunch and dinner pasta meat pizza burgers salad fish etc iv been to many hotels in different locations and this hotel by far was the best for location cleanliness pools food and staff

Good hotel. Well priced for the services of the hotel. Foods are variated, enough choices in drinks. Personel is friendly and willing to help.

Sometimes there is little messy around the restaurant area because some people are leaving their dirty dishes around, but other than that around here is very clean! The aminities around here is good food, waterslides and the pool! Children enjoy it very much
