Hotels on first line in Lloret de Mar

Went to report concerns over the safety of floor round pool. Got told to go away as they were busy booking a group of people in and would get someone to look at it. The 4 days we were there it didnt get looked at

The bar staff were polite and friendly. When we asked why pool bar wasnt open which it as been on previous trips told it was shut for good. Also roof top bar not open even though weather was lovely

Great food, cleanliness at a high level. The only complaint is the occasional noise made by the excursions.

The first room we was given had one plug socket which we couldnt reach and no balcony. The food was same choice every day although the food was nice. Before when we stayed they used to mix it up every other day

The hotel was advertised as 4* but it definitely was not, we had to pay an additional €300 to have a family room as the standard rooms were surrounded by young, rude children running around knocking on doors and playing loud music, along with spitting over the balcony

They have a roof top bar, which is brilliant and Joel who runs that bar is the most kind and friendly member of staff but unfortunately it doesn’t open on the days advertised

Food was also good, we ate 3 plates every time, lot of fish, vegetables, good drinks, pizza every time. Staff in the restaurant very very helpful and nice! The hotel is not in the centre but close to beach

Every age group, from teenagers to families, old people. Overall, we had a very nice week, if you are looking for an affordable all inclusive option it is for you! Thank you ✨☀️

Hotel was very clean inside, pool was small but nice, Room was basic but beds comfortable, food was good drink a little to strong for me but being all inclusive that was a good thing you can taste the alcohol as i’ve found this not be the case in other hotels, staff friendly & welcoming

The hotel was OK up the hill from the main area of the beach. Wouldn't recommend for anyone who may use a wheelchair or walking frame. If your looking for a comfortable base for your holiday you could do worse

Second visit to this hotel. Love it close to shops and resturants. Staff very helpfull. My partner and I will look forward to returning.

The pool was nice but you have to be quick to get a sun lounger as they get "reserved" quickly. The beach is just 5 mins away and the shops are right there. All in all, we both enjoyed our stay and would go back again

Stayed in october for a little break, the hotel was good value for money and very clean. The rooms could do with updating and the food needs more variety but other than that we enjoyed our stay and would go again

The cover is torn and has holes. Still have a yellow spot on my chest. The bathroom is also worn out. The tub, chrome taps and railings are already been blur. The shower curtain should be put in the trash

Great location for a quiet family holiday. Kids pool with a slide and large pool with a big area where little ones can play (about 0. Food was good, small pre-made plates helped reduce food waste

Towels were changed every day. The inside of the water bottle was dirty in the restaurant. :( But the food is sufficient, tasty and varied. The beach is a few minutes' walk away

The hotel is old. 4* do not pull on the interior. The kitchen is good. Normal pool.

Stayed here years ago and decided to come back. It's not as cheap as it was but then what is ? The food has improved, can't really fault it, lots of choice and plenty of meat options

About 15 mins walk to the lively side bars/ restaurants 5 min walk to the beach Costal walks good

We were considering a score of 4 but have downgrade to 3 upon final review. The hotel overall is a nice family hotel sited away from but not far from the beach. We experienced undisturbed sleep

Things I would improve is leaving non slippery mats next to the pools as many kids slipped over and bumped the heads (even whilst walking so it wasn't the case of children running)

The bathroom lacked space to store our toiletries (just a minor point really). We tried the indoor pool which was free and very nice indeed

Enjoyed every moment of our stay. Staff were cheerful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Especially the breakfast was excellent with variety of cheese bread biscuits fruit and English breakfast

Recently returned from 11 nights at this hotel. It's a lovely hotel and the staff are very friendly. The rooms we had were clean and the beds made daily

We were half board and, for me, there was something to eat everyday, however my dad struggled just a little bit as he's a very plain eater and quite fussy. Despite that, he praised the restaurant and the staff

Plenty of sunbeds as there is a roof top area that has different types of sunbeds and also tables and chairs Super friendly staff including one guy in the restaurant (didn't get his name) who kept me supplied with watermelon (even after I'd left the restaurant, he bought me some to a side door

Great food from the poolside bar Generous sized rooms (and balconies) which have a kettle and fridge. Shower was amazing, and didn't drop temperature which can sometimes happen

Couldn’t fault anything about it. Rooms spacious, pool surroundings are clean and quiet with a bar. The only fault would be no light entertainment (apart from a man on a keyboard)

The hotel is spotless breakfast cold thou and if y single guys they put you at back looking across to another apartment which was very noise young ones plenty to eat at Lorient and plenty pubs weather great to pool ok overall holiday ok mabey next time go to another hotel in lorient to me it’s a 3 star because of apartment

From people going from beach back to hotel and straight into the water. As the beach close by is a horrible blended stone, it's not a normal sand beach. Rooms were tiny for 2 kids, 2 adults, but clean and tidy

There were 2 adults and 2 children. The food was relatively okay, but we planned to eat out anyway, so we were not stuck inside the hotel all day. Sun loungers like most holiday places

If you want a spot, get up nice and early! The big pool was clean, and the small pool was okay. Most of the time, it was empty or very little people in. Sharp parts on the bottom of the pool, though, so be careful

I can understand why some people might give this negative review. You are not told they will have 80% german students there getting drunk shouting and screaming

Maybe they should really choose to just cater this hotel to students only and the other hotels they own to families. But we personally didn't have any problem with the hotel, the staff was nice to us

Part of a family vacation. The all-inclusive part (dinner) left more to wish for. Pool area got quite crowded, but still very nice with professional service personnel.

The hotel was an excellent choice! Food was lovely with lots of choices throughout the day all freshly cooked and prepared. The chefs and staff were amazing. Every request was acted upon instantly which was appreciated

There was activities during the day at kids club that they liked and also activities for the adults like water polo, darts, archery and table tennis. There is a mini park on site and crazy golf course

The food was good and the kids and the bonus of hot dogs/ burgers/ chips and rolls to name but a few during the day. Fully recommend this hotel for children the age of mine

Big hotel in an excellent location on a quiet street but close to nightlife and the long beach. Lots of choice at meals with fresh fruit particularly plentiful. Indoor pool was a not very warm

Stayed here many times, food is great, rooms tidy and well kept, it's close to the beach, and town, but still quiet at night, pools well maintained, good entertainment and bar staff very nice

Outdoor pools were cold! Sea was warmer

I also love the fact that the hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants shops etc. Besides the two swimming pools within the hotel, there is also Aqua splash Park,where the kids had fun throughout our stay

Great hotel just 300 m from Llorret de Mar beach. Room serviced everyday on our stay. We went for half board, very happy with the staff, restaurant manager and staffs also good shout out to the Animation team

We were especially pleased that the kitchen staff met our dietary needs by offering Halal Food, they even prepared a birthday cake free of charge for my daughter during breakfast, making the start of her birthday very special

Toilet was microscopic with thin sliding doors giving no privacy. There was also no hair dryer, you need to bring yours or rent it from the reception for the deposit of €20

For city-centered sightseeing, the perfect location! Cons: It gets noisy if someone is talking on the balcony. There is no kettle or hair dryer in the room

30 very clean rooms comfortable beds and lovely helpful cleaning staff Unfortunately the walls are paper thin you could hear everything in the next room and if you happen to get young people beside you it can be really loud so we ended up getting ear plugs which did the trick you can’t really swim in the pool as it’s not quite 5ft at the deep end but it’s great place to get cool Location was great...

We would rate it 10/10 if the walls wouldn’t be so ridiculously thin as we could hear all the conversations, TVs from the other rooms as well as noises from the street even when using ear plugs

Not a bad hotel, few little issues with the food, always check chicken is cooked properly before eating, couple of times we went in for lunch and dinner, chicken wasn't cooked through, slightly under cooked, I prefer chicken well done

Pool and slides area really good however limited space when busy, you'd struggle to get a sunbed with a good spot. Big problem is the bloody pigeons, even inside the bar area

All the staff are great, the rooms are clean, and the pool is refreshing in the 27-degree heat. We were especially happy with having a balcony despite booking the best value room

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff and excellent food service. The only minor gripe that I had was the towels were washed out grey and the bedding was not the best. The room was also a little tired but clean.

The location is In the main area with Bars cafes on the street. It is excellent for the Bus Station + to walk to the shops and the beach. It is approx 40 mins from Girona Airport

The rooms are very clean, breakfast is very good and the staff are very helpful, the let down for this hotel is the swimming pool, it’s dated and with the roof closed it’s too hot.

The only flag I want to see flown in Spain is their own flag. The Spanish gov and business councils need to put an end to this crap. It was way worse in Barcelona but we were sad to experience in in Lloret De Mar

On the second floor, the water really smells. The room, mine at least on the second floor, was in perfect condition. The view and the location is very good (for the rooms which has a sea view)

The only downside is the artificial grass in pool area which was dirty and unpleasant To walk on. The sun loungers need replacement as well. My son loved the kids club tho

There's an exterior small pool for relaxing, and the most important part is its location: it's 200 meters away from the center and clubs, and 300 meters away from the beach

I spent a week at this hotel and, as a hospitality professional in Paris, I can confirm it is among the best I have experienced. Cleanliness was flawless across all areas: pool, reception, corridors, and rooms

The property has three pools with plenty of space for everyone, and the rooms were very comfortable as well

The only weak point was the check-in process, limited by the PMS system in use, which reduces flexibility. The location is excellent, close to everything. We came by car but barely needed it
