Highly recommended hotel We had a very pleasant stay The staff were very friendly and attentive, the location of the hotel is unbeatable, it is in front of the beach and you can walk there without any problem
If you really zahochetsa animation and slides-this hotel chain provides this capability. Nearby there are places for Hiking. The promenade in front of the hotel and walking the stairs around the Bay
A most enjoyable stay at the Rosamar Maritim Hotel which was very clean throughout. Our room on the 6th floor had lovely sea views and a south facing balcony
food was very good and the girls in the pool bar were lovely. the pool is a great height for my little boy who uses a wheelchair and he could walk up and down it on his own and theres a we seat in the pool to rest
we upgraded to a Seaview room and it was worth every penny ,the view was fabulous and the room itself was more like an apartment with a separate bedroom and loads of space
We had half board with a big choice of food and the staff were very efficient. Would definitely stay at this hotel if we come to this area again

Unique and great camping site with many different housing options (wood cabibs, tents, apartments, etc. ) Very close to the beach with a breathtaking view on the Mediterranean Sea and its blue water
very nice camping near lloret de mar with supermarket, beach and beautiful view on the sea. the toilets and beach were clean and the reception was friendly
A huge campsite, but we came after peak season so it was cheaper and not too busy. Great for tents as you can have one of the terraced pitches, surrounded by trees, with views down to the sea below
The supermarket is especially great with good variety of products and well below average prices!
Loads of facilities here too like a supermarket, wifi and bars
a minus is the high price compared to other campings in this area

The staff are very friendly and speak a good level of English. Beach right opposite the hotel and is literally like 30 seconds away. Local shops and supermarkets are also right outside the hotel
my flight was delayed by bad weather in Barcelona and I just managed to catch the last train from Barcelona Sants which was late & arrived at Malgrat station around 00
hotel at centre of activity with kiosks selling boat & bus trips (including Girona & BCN airports), information centre for Malgrat in building, bus stop right outside front door
I phoned reception mid afternoon and again late evening to confirm reception would be open (actually 24/7) and a helpful clerk checked me in & showed me to my room
When I woke I had a full sea view from the balcony, room was adequate but no T&C or fridge. comfy bed, bath tub! plenty of HW and storage space
public spaces decorated & furnished like a 4* hotel and the food was of very high quality- better than many 5*’s I have stayed in. nice pool, sheltered from breezes, always plenty of sunbeds

A perfect place for tourist to be.
Things are cheap in the area compared to other places.
Good hotel service and staff
Lively
Free access to the beach.
My wife and I had a wonderful time at HTOP PLANAMA
The location is good as it’s close to the beach and shops , staff in the hotel are lovely but the hotel itself is rundown. From the outside it’s gorgeous but the rooms need updated
We booked for 1 night 2 adults and a baby and were giving 2 single beds pushed together with a 3rd single bed against the wall - we struggled to get in the room with our suitcase and pram
We have absolutely loved our stay here the rooms are clean and comfortable, the food has been very good with a wide selection at all meal times. The staff have been friendly and very helpful
Excellent service, attentive to us at all times. The reception service was the best.

Some meals were tasteless, selection of chips daily and very few signs with identifying the dish- chicken paella changed into pork mid-service without a change of tag- which we were very unhappy with! On occasion there was a queue to even get into the restaurant- we gave up 10 mins later and ate out
The hotel was decent — clean, tidy, tasty food, large territory, and located right on the beach. However, the rooms didn’t have doors to the bathroom, which made the layout absurd
We are staying here now (3rd August 2025) and have been here since Friday
I’ve not encountered one even remotely miserable staff member, not even cleaning staff, and a big big mention to the bar man at Harry’s Bar and the lovely hostess in the restaurant
The pool is very small for the size of the hotel and whilst mostly fine, there was a day when all the beds were taken by 10am (one off). The all inclusive restaurant- definitely not the best I’ve been to
Rooms were cleaned daily, too, by lovely housekeeping staff. The hotel is right on a promenade but the town itself is not as busy as we expected (few restaurants, no taxi)

The apartment has no thrills but it's comfortable and has a terrace overlooking the pool and BBQ area and most importantly the beach. I find this property very relaxing and because you have a kitchen you can cook too
Located directly at the beach, but the kitchen is very outdated and doesn't work properly. Really good if you just want affordable housing close to the beach.
The apartments are located just on the first line in the city centrum. Very clean. The staff was friendly. They provided us electrical kettle by request and allowed us to stay a couple of hours more on the very last day.

Half-board, should entitle guests to at least one free drink of their choosing with every evening meal. ALL these things should be standard provision for a 4* hotel, therefore I would say this hotel is a 3* Plus
Everyday was french fries, meat, fruits, vegetables, eggs, yoghurts, ice"s, etc
However small rectifiable details took away its 4* rating. There is no iron in any of the rooms in this entire hotel. There is no kettle in the room either and there is a charge to use the safe
They have a fridge in the room, but it does not keep anything cold. There is a 10 euro refundable deposit required for a beach / pool towel
The bed was comfortable, and the room was made-up daily with fresh towels too
Great location and for 21 euros you can by a train pass for the month (one day return is 12 euros) that enables you to go into Barcelona or other destinations as frequently as you like, hoping on and off

The hotel was advertised as 4* but it definitely was not, we had to pay an additional €300 to have a family room as the standard rooms were surrounded by young, rude children running around knocking on doors and playing loud music, along with spitting over the balcony
The staff were helpful and polite but the maids wouldn’t make the sofa bed for my daughter and we had to do this ourselves and never provided enough towels so we just kept asking
Went to report concerns over the safety of floor round pool. Got told to go away as they were busy booking a group of people in and would get someone to look at it. The 4 days we were there it didnt get looked at
The bar staff were polite and friendly. When we asked why pool bar wasnt open which it as been on previous trips told it was shut for good. Also roof top bar not open even though weather was lovely
We had breakfast included in our price but we didn’t eat there because it was so disorganised and the food hot food was cold, so we then had to pay more money to eat out for breakfast
They have a roof top bar, which is brilliant and Joel who runs that bar is the most kind and friendly member of staff but unfortunately it doesn’t open on the days advertised

Stayed in october for a little break, the hotel was good value for money and very clean. The rooms could do with updating and the food needs more variety but other than that we enjoyed our stay and would go again
The cover is torn and has holes. Still have a yellow spot on my chest. The bathroom is also worn out. The tub, chrome taps and railings are already been blur. The shower curtain should be put in the trash
Towels were changed every day. The inside of the water bottle was dirty in the restaurant. :(
But the food is sufficient, tasty and varied. The beach is a few minutes' walk away
Although the hotel is quite dated it is perfectly clean and the staff were amazing. The all inclusive food offered plenty of variety at every meal time and the drinks package was brilliant
We were checked in by a lovely male member of the reception team who went above and beyond to tell us what we could enjoy in the resort and what to do if we had any problems
His fluency in 3 languages amazed every time but made for a really inclusive atmosphere at all activities. His smile and enthusiasm should be applauded

The hotel was an excellent choice!
Food was lovely with lots of choices throughout the day all freshly cooked and prepared. The chefs and staff were amazing. Every request was acted upon instantly which was appreciated
The apartments were cleaned dally without any exceptions and extra towels were always available when needed. Thank you for a wonderful experience at the hotel. We will be back again someday soon !!
There was activities during the day at kids club that they liked and also activities for the adults like water polo, darts, archery and table tennis. There is a mini park on site and crazy golf course
The food was good and the kids and the bonus of hot dogs/ burgers/ chips and rolls to name but a few during the day. Fully recommend this hotel for children the age of mine
The children’s entertainment was fantastic especially since this was the last week of trade for the hotel. Cesar and all the animation team were exceptional
They kept everyone motivated even throughout the rainy days - thank you. The reception staff were wonderful too and always ready to help

We were considering a score of 4 but have downgrade to 3 upon final review. The hotel overall is a nice family hotel sited away from but not far from the beach. We experienced undisturbed sleep
Separately want to mention high-quality reception. Well, with the food all is quite on the level. While all of you will try - already stuffed
Everything was very nice. Except we had a room with a smelly toilet. Location, food perfect, all staff trying for their best, can't say anything bad.
Staff would take photos of sunbeds with towels to keep an eye on people hogging the sunbeds all day without being there. The buffet was great, the family were very happy. There was so much to choose from with every meal
We booked this hotel based on good reviews and seeking to avoid Lloret de Mar. At just under £1000 for 6 nights for the three of us, half board, it was a good deal
About 15 mins walk to the lively side bars/ restaurants 5 min walk to the beach Costal walks good

The nightlife and atmosphere is great with dancing, karaoke and games! The hotel is on top of a hill but is close to local shops and amenities and around a 10 minute walk to the beachfront
I had an absolute blast playing bingo and ended up winning three times – all thanks to the incredible energy and vibe Miguel brought to the table! This guy knows exactly how to get the crowd hyped and make every round feel like a party
we loved being at this hotel the staff were absolutely lovely so friendly. The atmosphere was great the entertainment for children was so good the women were so nice and friendly and great with kids
The security guard don’t know his name really big guy was fantastic he put up with so much from the uni kids if the hotel didn’t allow the immature , drinking stupid kids we would of given 5 🌟 the beach unfortunately was not sand it was stoned and caused me a reaction
Thanks to her enthusiasm and positive energy, every activity was even more enjoyable. She makes everyone feel welcome and goes above and beyond. An absolute star who brightens up the whole team and the guests!

From people going from beach back to hotel and straight into the water. As the beach close by is a horrible blended stone, it's not a normal sand beach. Rooms were tiny for 2 kids, 2 adults, but clean and tidy
And if you rotate the sign on the outside of the handle to let the cleaners know you need clean sheets and towels, etc. By the time you come back, they would have changed them, and they were brilliant
There were 2 adults and 2 children. The food was relatively okay, but we planned to eat out anyway, so we were not stuck inside the hotel all day. Sun loungers like most holiday places
If you want a spot, get up nice and early! The big pool was clean, and the small pool was okay. Most of the time, it was empty or very little people in. Sharp parts on the bottom of the pool, though, so be careful
I can understand why some people might give this negative review. You are not told they will have 80% german students there getting drunk shouting and screaming
Maybe they should really choose to just cater this hotel to students only and the other hotels they own to families. But we personally didn't have any problem with the hotel, the staff was nice to us

Big hotel in an excellent location on a quiet street but close to nightlife and the long beach. Lots of choice at meals with fresh fruit particularly plentiful. Indoor pool was a not very warm
Stayed here many times, food is great, rooms tidy and well kept, it's close to the beach, and town, but still quiet at night, pools well maintained, good entertainment and bar staff very nice
We were especially pleased that the kitchen staff met our dietary needs by offering Halal Food, they even prepared a birthday cake free of charge for my daughter during breakfast, making the start of her birthday very special
I also love the fact that the hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants shops etc. Besides the two swimming pools within the hotel, there is also Aqua splash Park, where the kids had fun throughout our stay

Nice all day breakfast with incredible choice.
Great friendly staff..😊
tent was close to the beach and served an amazing free breakfast brunch all morning! The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The corridors were noisy at night, but it didn’t bother us
30 very clean rooms comfortable beds and lovely helpful cleaning staff
Unfortunately the walls are paper thin you could hear everything in the next room and if you happen to get young people beside you it can be really loud so we ended up getting ear plugs which did the trick you can’t really swim in the pool as it’s not quite 5ft at the deep end but it’s great place to get cool
Location was great...
You could also borrow beach or pool towels for a €15 deposit, which you got back at check-out. Overall, we think the hotel offered good value for the money, and we’d happily recommend it
The staff is friendly, communicates well in English, and especially, breakfast is served from 8:00 to 1:30!
Check-in and check-out procedures are simple. It's a new hotel, so it's clean and cute

This hotel is very interesting. The evening entertainment was superb -- Las Vegas quality without crowds
The public areas are decorated with art and antiques you would see at a large show and you can spend hours just touring the many large public areas and getting a good look at the collections
Great hotel, clean and spacious,Value for money!

The rooms were ok, slightly small and the mini fridge wasn’t very cold but that’s being really picky and the air con was very much appreciated! Adults only was great- there was a really chilled vice in the hotel and it was only 5 minutes walk from the old town
All the staff are great, the rooms are clean, and the pool is refreshing in the 27-degree heat. We were especially happy with having a balcony despite booking the best value room
Also happy that the room was twin so we got a bed each. Looking forward to trying out the free yoga classes and to booking some time in the spa

The spa area for sauna etc , is additionally charged. You can pay a deposit for pool beach towels which is refundable. This is a central location hotel in a busy area. I stayed Oct 8th/15th 2025
The location is In the main area with Bars cafes on the street. It is excellent for the Bus Station + to walk to the shops and the beach. It is approx 40 mins from Girona Airport
Leave room in your bag or suitcase for shopping!! There is also a huge market on a Tuesday on the road going out of L'lorett I'm not sure if this goes on in the winter but, I imagine it would as it's very busy
One of Monty Don's Gardens of Spain is a bus ride away from L'oret but, it' has quite a lot of steps. L'lorett The town has a lot of streets and many shops and is really worth exploring if you like shopping

We have just come back from this hotel and we would definitely return. Bearing in mind we went at the end of the season. It was very quiet in the hotel, no loud groups. We literally didn’t hear at noice at night

We had a small issue with the air con and maintenance sorted it within the hour. Blankets and extra pillows when asked for. The food was what you expect from a 3-star all-inclusive
We found options for every breakfast and dinner. Ours wasn't cold! The rooms can be noisy but that's more the loud guests and not the hotel's fault
Some behaviour from guests after a few drinks was appalling, felt sorry for the staff. Small supermarket, tobacco shop, restaurants and launderette all within a stone's throw from the hotel

50€ for breakfast and 15€ for lunch/ dinner per person if they aren't included in your reservation. I really missed the scrambled eggs during the breakfast. Despite of these small nuances, still giving 5 stars

I spent a week at this hotel and, as a hospitality professional in Paris, I can confirm it is among the best I have experienced. Cleanliness was flawless across all areas: pool, reception, corridors, and rooms
