I'm a history buff! Don't look for a modern hotel with all the luxuries, but if you're looking for a hotel with all the historical and luxurious amenities, this is it. It's very sanitized. I really liked that you have your own tweezers for handling food, and that everything is handled very carefully.

A charming paradise, I really loved its four cloisters and patios. It's worth strolling or getting lost in this old hospital; you'll discover a wealth of art and beautiful nooks. The staff is friendly and the cuisine is excellent. A visit is highly recommended.

A cozy and comfortable environment for those who finish the journey having given their all. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Extremely concerned about the pandemic, everything is sanitized and sealed to ensure everyone's safety. Breakfast is by reservation so that the number of people in the dining room is controlled. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms have a jacuzzi that helps with muscle recovery. I will certainly return. A big thank you to all the staff.

Incredible hotel with an unbeatable location in Praza do Obradoiro. 100% recommendable.

The hotel room is spacious and warm, the bedding is comfortable, the faucet in the bathroom has plenty of water, and the bathroom is large with four faucets, which can accommodate two people to take a bath at the same time! The breakfast is rich and the coffee is very good! It's a pity that the facade was under repair when I went there, so I couldn't take pictures of the beautiful scenery.

The hotel is very big, like a maze. The service is good, but don't rush the waiter during breakfast, hahahaha

This hotel is a gem. The location, the friendly staff, the room, the historical added bonus of staying in this place. We loved here. My bed was incredible. Overall it was a remarkable staying. I want to thank the hotel staff for helping us. We had many suitcases and wheelchair. The helped us since the moment we arrived to the hotel. The food from the restaurant is outstanding and there are many choices. We will definitely stay there again. Gracias

Stayed here for two nights at the end of December. Absolutely beautiful building and so much attention been given to maintaining the character of the building and furniture.

You can stroll around the numerous beautiful courtyards and appreciate this amazing old building.

A few things missing in my opinion for a five star hotel - bathrobes, a modern hairdryer, a coffee machine.

There were only standard rooms left when we booked and I have to say it was very standard, it felt quite basic. If we go back, which is likely as the location and building are amazing, we would definitely book a superior room.

We opted for room service breakfast both days which was delightful and definitely worth the five euros supplement per head.

For parking you can turn up at the front of the hotel and park in the main square then ask at reception if they have space, it seems like there is quite a good capacity, if there is space the valet will take your car for you. It's 22 euros a day and we parked with our SUV with a box on top, so the parking can accommodate vehicles up to at least 2.30m.

We had a great time here and it's a must-stay hotel when you atheist Santiago, especially when you are walking the Camino！
