Very nice hotel, conveniently located between train/bus station and the historical city center. Good breakfast and good options for a dinner. Very friendly and attentive service from the staff. Rooms are spacious, comfortable beds. If I would make a remark, it would only be about the safe that was not working in my room. Everything else was very good. Air conditioning functioning well. I could see a beautiful sunset from the balcony in my room

Uff. Day 1: they waited until we sat for an hour and a half drinking to kill time and ordered food at 8:00 p.m. to tell us at 8:20 that the entire kitchen was closed. This was a Sunday and nothing was open we ended up eating Burger King at 9:00 pm
Day 3: after tricking the electric system by adding our own card to keep everything on while we were gone with the are set at 15° and blowing as hard as it would blow I would imagine 23 was as low as it would go. There's no extra sheeting only a very heavy duvet so we were sweating all night long.
TV is without Smart features and on an old-time cable system that only comes out with everything dubbed in Spanish.
Pool is open all day but zero service for anything until 4pm. And that is drinks with maybe olives peanuts or a croissant.
We were trying to take a few low key days mid trip and chose this for proximity to the train but basically every reason we chose this hotel was not as it appeared online or at least there was not clear information....

If the hotel has tours there individual guests will not be served. No dinner service available. No bar service. No announcement of these omissions. Nothing. Really exasperating that they sent an almost 80 year old female alone out to find a mere dinner. What kind of people are these?

Good quality hotel, excellent pool area with nicely kept terraces with sun loungers. Room bit dated and bathroom smelled like it had been smoked in, but otherwise bathroom good sized and shower good. Breakfast was good, buffet style. Room a bit tired and air-conditioning bit noisy but worked well to keep room cool. Bed was comfy but no kettle/coffee maker in Room. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Nice room, good aircon, nice balcony and adequate bed. Breakfast was nice enough. Garden and swimming pool were very nice during this hot weekend. Downside: no water cooker/coffee on room.

I could not be more grateful of this hotel spent 4 nights and enjoyed my stay, is walkable distance to the main city center. Breakfast is good. Dinner also good. Front desk associates are really helpful. Our room had an awesome overview of the city and university campus

It was 1.5km from the Cathedral of Santiago, a quiet 20-minute walk away. The breakfast was excellent, and while eating, I could see the beautiful pool next to me. The view from the embankment was great, with a view of the entire city of Santiago.

Well located if you want to leave your car or arrive by bus or train, 20 minutes from Plaza de Galicia. The room is spacious and bright. The bathroom is renovated (spacious, but lacks utensils; if you need a toothbrush or something else, just ask at reception and they'll give you the temperature).
The temperature is very good (it was very cold outside, but the entire hotel was warm).
The minibar needs a coffee maker or kettle to be perfect. The decor and furniture could use some updating (the bedside table had cracked Formica).
