Fab hotel. Well worth the all inclusive as the food and drinks selection was great. The snack bar at the pool put on more than you'd expect in between meals to a point where you could get a full breakfast after 10am!
4 themed restaurants on site that you can use twice per weekly stay.
Perfect family retreat for those with younger children.
Zero entertainment there for anyone over the age of 10 though.
The holiday village staff kept the kids busy allowing day and did a show outside every evening but there was genuinely nothing on for adults WHATSOEVER hence me dropping it to 3 from 4 stars . Keep that in mind as you'll have to make your own fun! 😊
The rooms were specious, well decorated and spotless. Even included a mini kitchen. Room services were daily and a high standard.
There is a shop just opposite the hotel for essentials.
The pools and water park are excellent.
Buses into town are regular or about a 45 minute walk.

This hotel is just perfect for families. We came in half term week October. It can’t be faulted if you want a fully inclusive holiday with your children.
Positive points
- Great food, entertainment, infinity pool.
- Fabulous staff, can’t do enough to help
- Housekeeping staff keep the rooms beautifully
- Effort - we were there for their Halloween event and they did an amazing job. They decorated the hotel, all staff were in fancy dress and made so much effort. Even the food in the restaurant were accompanied by pumpkins. Couldn’t fault it.
Not so positive points/ things to note
- The ‘Extra bed’ quoted in the advert is not full size and it’s a pull out bed. Not what we expected. The advert isn’t accurate. Not suitable for an adult. The same for the sofa bed. We were expecting 3 full size beds, not pull out beds. The advert should state that the extra bed is a ‘pull out’.
- Children’s activities at the hotel - these are booked up in advance so if you want to do the aerial adventure book before you go on holiday. NOTE you cannot book this manually, has to be via the website yet it doesn’t seem to work very well. Lots of people can’t book it, others seem to be able to book it a number of times. Seems to be a bit of a problem.
- Restaurants - apart from the main restaurant, the other three restaurants were fully booked for the week. We couldn’t get in. It appears that people book these before they come on holiday. We tried booking on our first day for a day in the week but could only book on the last day of our trip 6 days later (you are entitled to go twice in the week to one of the other three).
- Water slides - be wary of the speed of these, some are a little scary even for adults :)
- Entertainment for adults (the whole family) is lacking, or seemed to be on our trip. It’s all geared up for kids entertainment. Would be nice to have some live music for instance. Maybe it was the time of year we went. It was however, packed.
- Noise - if you want some peace at night suggest you request not to have a room overlooking the main pool and where the entertainment is.
- Balconies - the walls between the balconies are so low you could climb over them. There is no privacy at all.
This would be a five star if the advert had been accurate and the other points were sorted. We wouldn’t have booked this holiday if it had been made clear. We booked it because it stated there were three beds and a sofa bed in the family room. As everyone knows. It takes so long to research holidays. We were looking for a more relaxing kind of holiday as well if I’m honest but very difficult here as it was packed with families and no quiet place (even the infinity pool). However had we been looking for this kind of holiday and the the advert had been clear and we were aware of all of this and still booked it then it would be a full five stars. A very popular hotel and perfect if you are aware of all of these things otherwise it’s a bit of a shock :)

From the moment we arrived to now still being here after 2 whole weeks. This place is a must come the staff the entertainment team and HV club staff are ace. Both my kids will leave here happy and smiling. All three restaurants were spot on. The staff polite kind and helpful. As for the entertainment team incredible put on great shows and fun from breakfast to last orders. Water Park is a water park nothing dangerous about it apart from the Bowl slide is strictly for the older generation. Nothing is to hard nor simple for the guys here absolutely smashed it and will be coming back next year. Peace out

Came here for a family holiday, and it hasn’t disappointed. Yes there’s things that can be improved, however, the location is spot on, and there is so much to do but within the hotel and close by. The food is great however it’s as most all you can eat buffets, it’s on a rotation, of a week I think, so it gets repetitive. The water park is fun, but only small, great for toddlers and young children. The reps are fantastic and non stop.you get so much included in the all inclusive, and there is also a pay menu if you want other stuff. Overall really great hotel

My family got back from this resort the end of July and overall our experience was good but there are a lot of factors to consider when booking this hotel.
I have a 13 and 11 year old and I wouldn't say it is ideal for this age group. They did love the main pool and the entertainment that went on throughout the day and we did manage to get onto the Aerial Adventure but you literally have to have it waiting or you will never get booked on. The one time we did manage to get booked the kids loved it. The infinity was definitely the favourite for the adults, beautiful scenic views, a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere but as mentioned on other reviews, you will need to get up at the crack of dawn to save some loungers, I ended up not sleeping and waking at 5am to put towels out and even then there were towels out already so I couldn't relax. The one day I overslept we couldn't get beds until late afternoon.
The water park is great fun but the purple slide again caused injuries and is very dangerous so I would avoid it. My youngest really smacked her head and was in tears. There also isn't much seating or shade so we would literally pop in for an hour or so after lunch before heading back to our sun loungers.
The evening entertainment, well this is where it really is a let down. It's probably the worst entertainment I have come across overall, the same entertainment do a show every evening and they are completely tone deaf, it also ends ridiculously early and then no music is really playing. I have been to places where you have acrobats and flame throwers etc and the bar music is pumping and everyone is enjoying themselves. Not everyone wants to be in bed by 10:30 or 11pm. Cut the entertainment a couple of nights and put a disco on and some music on.
The sunset grill was amazing, loved all the good. The Italian wasn't too bad either. I really liked the selection on the buffet except for the Japanese night, the sushi was awful and there wasn't really much else to choose from. The salad bar by the pool is great, thoroughly enjoyed it every day, pleased there was such a great selection of healthy options.
The beach was nice but don't expect to get a bed, it's 150 euros if you do manage it.
I wasn't too keen on the location, I like to go for a walk and find other bars and restaurants but this was very isolated. Although we did find out on our last day you can get a water taxi over to San Antonia so might be worth noting in advance.
For me a week was definitely long enough, nice overall but some improvement is definitely required.
