Hotels All-inclusive in Lanzarote

The rooms were clean and we had a cot provided. Make sure you activate your key otherwise it won’t work. The all inclusive was generally okay and always something to eat. Breakfasts were the best meal

All the staff are working incredibly hard here, kitchen, cleaners, reception, gym staff and activities - shout out to Guille, we did 3 of his classes and enjoyed them all. Beds comfortable, rooms clean and cleaned a lot

The food was great and there was always something you could find to eat. We appreciated just how hard the catering staff work and the challenges faced in trying to please all cultures and palates

A very special thanks goes to the animation team, especially Tim and Raquel. They were brilliant throughout my stay – always friendly, full of energy, and constantly interacting with us

The temperature of the pool was perfect. And an extra shout it for Andrea who my autistic son took to. Will definitely come back at some point. If there is a criticism, then it's the soft drinks were all fizzy

We stayed for a week on an all-inclusive basis, and I can honestly say the food was the best we’ve ever experienced on an all-inclusive holiday

The staff should be extremely proud of themselves—they work incredibly hard, non-stop, all day. During our stay, my son, who is always running around, accidentally ran into a sign near the canteen area

Before I even had time to react, a member of staff was there with ice for his head and eye. They also checked on him later that evening and again the next morning to make sure he had slept well after the bump

Marco and Eva aren't just entertainers; besides keeping guests happy, they take care of their stay, recommending destinations on the island, suggesting restaurants, and checking to make sure everything is alright

Our apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed - the view was beautiful. The food was tasty with plenty of variety every day. We found everywhere to always be clean, and the staff worked so hard

Apartment are massive with nice large balcony too. Large restaurant with really good food. As a AI (all inclusive) it's very good experience in here

My stay at Hotel Vitalclass was truly wonderful from start to finish. The atmosphere is calm, the facilities are very well maintained, and everything is designed to make guests feel relaxed and comfortable

Great hotel been couple of times and never fails to deliver. Choice of food is excellent and quality is spot on. Drinks are great and compliment the food service. Staff are really friendly and helpful

Views from our large balcony out over the pool to mountains and sea were brilliant :) if you like getting your steps in then location is good- about 5-10 mins walk to supermarket; while there is a range of small restaurants 15-20 mins away, the majority are at least 25 mins walk (generally pretty even ground, so not a tough walk)- handy to bring a torch if you’re walking after dark

Kate and Maria from the entertainment were amazing and very friendly and helpful as all the entertainment team. Made the holiday. Good food. Clean hotel with lots of entertainment all day and night

Great fun for kids of all ages! Nearby there is a volcano to walk up with great views and the local town 'Playa Blanca' offers a nice beach and varied shopping with bars, pubs and restaurants

Entertainment team absolutely fabulous especially amy she is sooo beautiful and friendly ❤️ unfortunately the snack bar man sooo rude not interested in job. Super for the children's.

We had beautiful stay here new year was amazing the fire show and variety show was just fantastic the food was the entertainment team made this place they are friendly good but could be better we will be back for sure

For those who like hiking,Montaña Roja is worth the trip & there are some unbelievable views when you get to the top. The beach is literally 5mins away from the hotel

It was really nice food and the shows are brilliant the songs were really nice had everyone up dancing and having a good time with my family and over all fun

Evening entertainment was a bit grim and not every night and started too late for us but drinks were ok and service good in the upstairs bar. This was probably because we were out of season

Honest feedback so people can make an informed decision, depending on the type of holiday they want. We travelled as a family of 4 (with boys aged 11 and 12), all inclusive

We are currently staying at this hotel but reading some of the negative reviews makes me wonder if these people were actually staying here! All check-in staff, waiters, cleaners and barmen were polite, friendly and helpful - the rooms were spotless - everywhere you went, someone was cleaning something, gardeners were sweeping and raking leaves and maintenance men were painting and fixing something...

The bottom bar was open all day and there was a crepe van too (crepes and hot dogs available but a long wait). The restaurant was never full and there were always plenty of tables to choose from

There was basically no entertainment at night, so something to keep in mind. If you're wanting a quiet evening meal and peace to enjoy a drink then this is perfect

Sometimes the food was a bit on the cool side if it had been sitting but again this might have been due to the fact it wasn't overly busy so wasn't replaced as regularly as it might be in the summer months

Cleaning was done nearly everyday if I needed staff were nice never ate the restaurant and never drank at the bar but overall I was happy.

Accommodation satisfactory, clean. Only downside of the apartments complex Is all the stairs….. not recommended for disability or elderly who struggle with stairs and especially a lot of them.

Great place to stay for Porter del Carmen old town and harbour. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet

It was clean but really needed an update needed more plug sockets couldn't use kettle and microwave at the same time. Short of utensils not even a decent small knife no mugs only small cups

Otherwise give it a go, it's good value for money and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The main resort strip is about 15 minute walk

What to say about the BV Aquarius. On first arrival we were less than impressed. There are many steps, no lifts, no ramps. Impossible for anyone with mobility issues to navigate

The all-inclusive dining offered great food and drink options, and the main restaurant food choice was extensive and a really good quality

Very good all-inclusive catering with multiple a la carte restaurants. Varied and decent quality evening entertainment

Standard buffet has very little variety which puts pressure on to book the restaurants at the midnight deadline. We managed OK, but it's hassle that could be avoided

Staff were the most helpful I've ever encountered and all the facilities were very very nice, clean and well kept. No pressure on sunbeds when we visited in mid November. Easy access to the beach and local town

But a very kind and patient member of staff helped us find alternative accommodation at another 5 star resort on the other side of the island, with a promise that the hotel would cover the difference in price

This is purely a review of the hotel's customer service, as we never actually got to stay at the hotel due to sudden flooding, but the way the staff dealt with an awful situation was very, very commendable

The service and environment were excellent in the restaurant and the bar. The hotel pool wasn't available to apartment guests but we had a good pool to use

We have just returned after a week’s stay with our 3 children. The staff on arrival were very welcoming! We got offered a glass of complementary champagne for us and the children got offered water

If you stayed all inclusive you were able to access soft drinks, wine and cocktails yourself

As half board guests, it could be tricky at times to pin down wait staff to order drinks to be charged to our room, seemed a little like an inconvenience to them at times

We had half board, so can only comment on the breakfast and evening meal. The breakfast is great, cereals, continental, eggs, bacon, juices, tea, coffee and pastries galore

Our room was a family annex room across the road, accessed through a corridor that runs under the road, which was absolutely perfect for us! We had a ground floor room which opened right out onto the kids pool and splash pad area

Staff appear to be very opinionated and wrongly presume because people are from the UK they wrongly presume people can't speak or understand Spanish. The food in the restaurant was always fresh and tasty

Not always very much choice, yet you would always find something to eat at mealtimes. The Snack bars food wasn't pleasant looking at all. The people who tried it left it, so that said it all

No tourists tax in Lanzarote, but you need to pay fixed fee of €15 to use safe in your room. Better to bring your own beach/pool towel. However, they are available at reception, €10 deposit will be required

I stayed on half board basis and it was more than enough. Didn’t have an opportunity to test water in the swimming pool as weather was not hot enough, but there were plenty of spaces on sun loungers

I enjoyed my stay at Relaxia Lanzaplaya very much. Great rooms with everything you need, supermarkets and other amenities are very close

Entertainment wise was very limited during the time we were here. One night, a rock singer who was good. The rest of the time, Karaoke. The room was dated and very shabby, stains on walls and unclean around the sides

I’d not fetch my children here because as a family we like to go all inclusive where there’s entertainment & things going on but for a couple of days for me and my partner it was fine

I can’t fault the staff in BLUESEA they couldn’t do enough for you always friendly courteous with a smile I gave a 3 because of the food entertainment and drinks the food was not very appetising I eat chips and rice all week the entertainment was none this was a bit bad because it rained for 4 days while I was there so nothing to do and thirdly drinks coffee free in the restaurant in the morning only...

We asked if we could keep the room a little longer on our day of leaving and we were able to keep for an extra couple of hours which was very helpful for us

not good for disabled or mums with buggies. quite a walk to local amenities. have been silicone over but still look vile. staff reckon guests are stealing them!. overall had a nice stay from Dec 28th to 4th January

We went b&b which worked well for our four day stay, we ate out for breakfast once on the main strip

3 star holiday meals breakfast dinner tea was all good. Pool area plenty of space for sunloungers to place around we're ever you want as there's a separate roof top terrace a few steps from the pool area

Food & Dining: Food was decent but not comparable to Turkish all-inclusive standards. Breakfast was repetitive (mostly English options). Lunch and dinner had limited variation, though main courses changed occasionally

We loved nothing more then watching some of the wildlife’s offspring load a plate full chips spilling half of them all over the floor then moaning the cleaners don’t clean up , be warned some of the Jeremy Kyle rejects come to life in the food hall and it is disgusting

We had a hire car so didn’t spend every waking moment at the hotel, think I would have killed myself. We also never used the bars on a-night so can’t comment but the amount of times the police attended says it all

I witnessed a woman screaming at a life guard because he asked her to take her necklace off on the slide, to be fair if it ripped her head off her body probably wouldn’t notice for a couple of weeks

Water park is a blast and is far enough from the bar that the Jeremy Kyle rejects can’t be arsed to wonder so it’s relatively quiet unlike their watering hole (pool bar)

Yes the hotel is rough around the edges but it’s good enough for the price we paid, some of the guests let it down, I found the Essex/ Cockney the most intolerable

Food is decent and they're very generous with the drinks! Pour your own beer was also a bonus!! Great location, less than a minute to the beach and five minutes to the shops! Would definitely recommend anyone coming here

If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with good food, this is the place to be! Location is excellent, would highly recommend for all age groups.

Overall I would give the experience 4/5 however I will add that we were there at a quiet time of the year, I am not convinced the experience would be as good when the place is extremely busy

The staff work so hard and are so friendly in every department. I'm SHOCKED by some of the negative reviews. Choice of food and beverages were excellent

The swimming pools were good quality albeit the tiling around them is in need of improvement. The food was decent but a bit samey after 8 days

There’s also shops either side a short 5/10 min walk away so very convenient if you need anything or fancy another restaurant to try

What they did with that information truly made our trip unforgettable. When we arrived, our room had been beautifully prepared with a bottle of prosecco, and we were upgraded to a stunning sea view room

Lots of others to mention as well, our room cleaner Maria kept it spotless, Irene on reception was extremely helpful and also the guy behind the bar (can’t remember his name) was always on the ball

I cannot recommend Sandos Atlantic Gardens enough. From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all expectations. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel to let them know it was my partner Mark’s birthday

Lovely and small complex for all ages. Good for those just wanting a quiet stress free holiday. Food was lovely, drinks were good too. Plenty to do outside of resort. Apart from pools, not much activities on site

This property is well worth the stay. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is a problem. Our accommodation was very clean and well set out. We stayed half board and it suited us perfectly

The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the shower is comfortable, the small balcony has a view of the garden and the distant mountains, and the air is fresh and cool

If we don't go swimming and just talk about accommodation, it is a very comfortable place for us to rest and relax. You can walk around the surrounding area

Food variations every evening. A separate buffet for children if they wanted it. Ice cream and chocolate fountains also available. All inclusive drinks included premium spirits - a first in a long time

The eldest went to the maxi club and had a great time. We played bingo every evening, there was a mini disco and an evening show. The all inclusive buffet was the best we have had in a long time

One room was available when we checked in so we were able to leave all our luggage together, use the bathroom, get changed. The children had a wonderful time in the pool everyday

The staff were very friendly and plentiful. No dirty plates left on tables, floors cleaned when needed. The grounds were immaculate (something which H10 does very well)

Shops, beach and restaurants within easy walking distance and the promenade stretches for miles if you like to walk

What really made our stay special was the fantastic animation team, especially for younger children. Both of our kids absolutely loved the Mini Club and looked forward to going there every day

A set meal was kindly arranged for 11pm in the main restaurant. We didn’t stay for this though as we had two very tired children 😴 - The staff are fantastic – always friendly, helpful, and hardworking

The poolside games & prizes are a great way of getting everyone involved and the prize giving each evening was a thoughtful touch. - Magic show was fantastic! - The restaurant is pleasant with a good variety of food

- Amazing maintenance team - thank you Jose Luis for helping us with a temporary fix to our new suitcase which arrived off the plane damaged 😅 - Spacious, modern, comfortable rooms each with a large sun terrace

- Plenty of pool areas to choose from. - The animation team were brilliant – full of energy and enthusiasm. A weekly timetable can be found inside the main building and there really is something for everyone

Tip - Let the hotel Know if you require a bath or shower specifically as some rooms have either or. Note housekeeping can be as late as 6pm - you can however request a particular time if you so wish

Property well sited for both local town with bars and restaurants as well as an easy walk to the airport

Had a great stay! The staff was very welcoming and the hotel was lovely and clean. The car park at the front was great and very convenient, the breakfast in the morning was great and the food was always stocked up

Satisfied customer We arrived early but were welcomed to the hotel, our luggage was looked after and we were given full access to what the hotel had to offer before officially checking in

The pool side had plenty of sun loungers , and 2 pools, one warm and one is colder, but we found it fine once you are in and refreshing so no issues, Plenty of loungers, however contrary to the policy of no reservation, I guess us, the British will never respect that sadly, and its embarrasing as there were people running at 7 am to reserve loungers that were ample, so it was sad to see people doing...

The breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice , maybe could do with an additional toaster as there was a bit of waiting for toast. The evening buffet was great, plenty of meat choice, vegetables , salads and deserts

The room was absouletly fantastic, spasious, super clean, huge comfortavle super king size bed, with a modern bathroom, that was fully stocked, and a separate lounge

and a mini fridge and a safe (that was free to use) and 2 sun loungers and a table and 2 chairs on the terrace facing the pool

The room was cleaned daily to a very high standards, so great shout out to the housekeeping team, great job

The location was great, with Hipo Dino supermarket literally 20 m from the hotel, and the hotel is 5 minutes walk to the lovely promenade and marina where there is plenty of restaurants and bars, great location

Technically, you don't need a lounger if you're in the pool - we just use one to put all our stuff on

I would recommend this hotel. Rooms are very cleaned. Service is excellent. Staff very friendly

If you want a pick of the best sun loungers, you need to be up early as guests were ‘reserving’ these at 8AM on most days (Even though signage discourages this with a 45 minute removal rule)

Playa Blanca is a 5 minute taxi (€4) ride or 20 minute walk. Situated right next to Montaňa Roja volcano which is, definitely, worth walking up (if you enjoy walking)

The food options, for the family, were fantastic and more than enough of each option to give them a good choice and, if they liked it, enough to go back for more

Quite a small resort so it is not too busy or crowded communal areas

We stayed in the adults only premium suites and I can confirm that area, the pool in that area , the pool bar there and the El Mirador restaurant were adult only, some reviews stated it wasn't but maybe they went to the wrong pool bar and restaurant? All the staff working were always very happy, always a hello, good morning etc

The check in was quick and smooth and map and directions given and explained to us along with times for restaurants etc

We really enjoyed the food and drink demos with ramone and the lovely Lulu!! A little too much on mojito days!! The hotel grounds are spotless and we have had zero issues… thank you to every single member of staff at this hotel who work endlessly to make us happy and create memories we will never forget it’s home from home for us… thank you all for having us again we look forward to coming home soon

My husband is currently in a wheelchair due to an operation and I had the cases and hand luggage and upon arriving Hector from reception was extremely helpful getting us into the hotel and offering to help us to our bungalow
