Always wanted to go there one but every time I refrained from booking by seeing the old-fashioned pictures. Finally booked a night and I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality offered: staff, bed quality (Frette!) and excellent breakfast (despite rather limited choice). I’ve given only 4 stars due to the indeed old-fashioned decoration and interior architecture. An update would certainly be welcomed.

Absolutely unacceptable experience — stay away. To make the story short, two cockroaches were found in the bathroom during my stay. I immediately called the front desk expecting urgency or at least some level of concern. Instead, a staff member casually came to the room, killed one of the cockroaches, couldn’t find the other one, and just left as if this was completely normal. No apology, no shock, nothing. I asked to be moved to a different room — a very reasonable request — and was told it was “not possible,” even though the hotel was clearly not sold out. I ended up barely sleeping all night knowing there was still a cockroach loose somewhere in the room. Completely unacceptable, unsanitary, and unprofessional. I’m attaching videos and photos because this experience speaks for itself. This property needs serious attention to cleanliness and customer service. I will not be returning and cannot recommend it to anyone. So far, I emailed the GM a week ago and no reply! They simply don’t care. Good luck staying in this “luxury collection” property. We recently spent 7 days at this hotel as part of a 5-day global offsite with 49 colleagues, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and effortless. Even though the hotel was at full capacity, it never once felt crowded, the atmosphere was calm, spacious, and private, as though we had the place to ourselves. The rooms were stunning, the food was out of this world, and the service throughout was absolutely flawless. Every single detail exceeded expectations and elevated our entire event to another level. Special thanks must go to Cristina and the hotel team, who managed every detail and accommodated all of our (many!) changes in the lead-up to the offsite with such professionalism and care. During our meetings, Siad was exceptional! Always there, anticipating our needs and making sure everything ran perfectly. This hotel and team made our offsite not just successful, but truly memorable. If you are looking for a high-end experience with service and quality at the very highest level, I cannot recommend them enough.

⸻ The hotel itself was pleasant, but the breakfast service left something to be desired. We often had to wait a long time for coffee or tea, and our plates were cleared away before we had even finished eating. That said, the staff were very friendly—just not particularly well organized. The sunbeds were set very close together, and the hotel seemed to cater more to flight crews than holidaymakers, giving it more of a motel feel than a resort atmosphere. At checkout, the receptionist was even surprised to learn we had stayed for a full week.

I have stayed at this hotel on Mallorca several times, attracted by its location near Palma and its golf facilities. However, this stay was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was rude and completely inattentive. No information about the hotel or my loyalty benefits was provided. Instead, I was given a room without a view, even though better rooms were clearly available on the hotel’s own website. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for returning guests. Breakfast was another unpleasant experience – chaotic, disorganized, and painfully slow. It felt more like a cheap cafeteria than a five-star property. Overall, what could have been another enjoyable stay was ruined by poor service and unprofessional staff. For a hotel that positions itself as a premium destination, such treatment is simply inexcusable.

Had the best stay! Gorgeous room, fabulous hotel, and lovely staff. Totally relaxing, and felt like a treat from beginning to end. Building is amazing and bedrooms fabulous. Highly recommend! Terrace views are spectacular. Gym great - everything you need.

The elegant castle hotel is located in the mountains and overlooks the sea. The hotel's facilities are classical and modern, and there are five golf courses, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, and exquisite gardens. There are many authentic medieval and Renaissance paintings, such as Velázquez's "Portrait of King Fili IV of Spain". This is a must-visit place for dignitaries and celebrities, such as the King of Morocco and the King of Spain's family. It was also the official reception hotel for the late President of my country, Li Xiannian, in 1984.

The attitude of the hotel is very strong. We cannot stay with our children. The hotel manager said very well and heard that they helped us find other hotels under their banner, but in the end nothing came true. In the end, we had to book another hotel to live by ourselves. Our request is to ask Ctrip to coordinate the cancellation, and then refund the fee, but after 3 days of coordination with Ctrip, we finally refused to refund. Then they reimbursed us part of the cost. How can this be accepted! So far, this matter has not been resolved, and Ctrip is constantly changing people. Didn't solve the problem!
