The staff is incredibly attentive, warm, and professional — always going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The service is flawless from start to finish.

For the price you pay, you would expect a beautiful hotel, with friendly service and a great room - none of those were true and the property is located 15-20 minute walk from anything, so it is also not a good location.
The highlight of our stay was the rooftop garden bar, where we enjoyed the great service crafted by Hugo, the talented waiter. Each drink was perfectly made, and the ceviche was absolutely outstanding — compliments to the kitchen team for such a memorable experience.
Overall, everything was top-notch. The service, atmosphere, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be coming back!
They were very helpful when we asked about bus and how to get to different places. The staff on the rooftop restaurant was amazing too !!!
Went with 2 other couples. They all received wine, upgrades etc. we received nothing.
