Can Cera Hotel in Palma

This hotel is every bit as stylish as the website suggests. Wonderful art, quality furnishings. Rooms were spotless. Staff so helpful. Breakfasts were delicious with dietary requirements catered for. Dinner was ok, but we preferred the restaurants on the recommended list given by the hotel. We took advantage of the complimentary private one hour sessions in the jacuzzi, steam room/sauna. Very nice. In terms of our room, we opted for a deluxe bedroom and were allocated room 8 which had a separate bathroom (as requested) rather than open plan. Our room had such wonderful light and a large modern bathroom. Again, all very stylish. Close by was one of a number of lounges within the hotel which we enjoyed on a daily basis. We would thoroughly recommend Can Cera. Stylish, great location, friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. A real oasis of calm.

We stayed for one week at Hotel Boutique Can Cera in Palma de Mallorca, and our experience was truly unforgettable — largely thanks to the outstanding team who make this hotel so special. At Reception, we would like to give a special mention to Adriana, Jose, Marta, and Juan. From the very first moment, they made us feel genuinely welcome. Always kind, attentive, helpful, and friendly, while maintaining an impeccable level of professionalism and respect. This balance is rare and truly elevates the guest experience. At the bar and restaurant, Claudia and Noemí were simply wonderful. Their warmth, positive energy, and attention to detail made every moment even more enjoyable. Always smiling, always caring — a true pleasure. One of the most touching moments happened on my birthday. When I returned to my room in the evening, I found a birthday card, a mini cake, and a candle waiting for me. Such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that made the day incredibly special and memorable. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the entire team and sincerely hope that management sees this review and recognizes these incredible professionals. They truly deserve an award for the level of care and excellence they provide. Thank you for making Can Cera such a remarkable place. We will definitely return

The hotel was welcoming, grand, comfortable and the staff were warm and friendly. It was pretty good value, in the context of the astonishing prices charged by hotels these days. The breakfast was amazing. We felt very comfortable and at home at the hotel. We will come again.

Cancera Hotel in Majorca has been my standout stay of the year. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming team set a tone of effortless comfort. The atmosphere feels wonderfully intimate, every corner shaped with meticulous care , from the thoughtfully curated art pieces to the homemade food selections that taste like they were crafted with genuine love. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to return before you’ve even left. And I have no doubt it won’t stay a “hidden gem” for long, it deserves to be discovered again and again.

We have just spent 2 nights at this wonderful hotel . It is perfectly located within the old town of Palma . Every member of staff are polite , friendly and welcoming. The building itself is stunning and there is a relaxed , serene atmosphere. The room was well appointed and had everything you could want . The towels were changed twice a day and at night you would return to your room to find gifts left for you . There were lovely touches like complementary wine and nuts upon arrival and even a room spray to keep as a momento. This is a very high end hotel and one we are sure to stay at again.

This stay was a splurge for us but well worth it. We were blown away upon arriving, every detail was exquisite and the hospitality was on point! The building and space itself were gorgeous, compelling and historic, as well as with every luxury amenity, upgrade and modern integration one could ever desire, plus the location was great, too. The staff were attentive, friendly, and truly wonderful. Breakfast was heavenly. A hearty recommendation. Just wonderful!! p.s. A special shout-out to manager Benjamin who was personable, knowledgeable and so welcoming.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Palma. We booked it for the fantastic location, beautiful property, and generously spacious rooms—and it truly lived up to our expectations.

The staff made our experience even more memorable. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They also gave us great local recommendations for dining and things to do. A special thank you to Giulia, who was especially kind and helpful during our departure—she even helped us book a taxi, which we really appreciated.

One helpful note for future guests: if you're arriving by car or renting a car, be aware that parking is not directly onsite (which is common in central Palma). The closest parking lot is about a 10-minute walk away. We were able to drop off our luggage first and the staff kindly assisted with directions and bags, but understanding this in advance would have helped us plan better.

Overall, it was a lovely stay in a charming city, and we’d happily return!

Memories for a lifetime. We loved everything about our stay at Can Cera. The staff was extremely detail oriented and knew all their guests which made every errand so simple to handle.
It is a quiet and refined retreat just a step away from the hustle and bustle of Palma.
We loved everything from the refined furniture and art of our room (which was btw absolutely spotless), to the concierge service and the cocktail bar.

A true 5-star boutique hotel. Possibly the best I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The Can Cera Suite exceeded all expectations. Pictures do not do justice. Location, service, room, hospitality -- all perfect.

Very few complaints…really nice, quiet spot out of the mayhem of the city. The staff were friendly, the food (including the breakfast) was good and the drinks well made. The finishes were high end and we were very happy with both the shared spaces and our room (the main suite, room 3).
Of the complaints…they spray a weird small in the rooms, maybe supposed to smell like an old building / furniture / castle, but it just made us feel a bit ill. And, the carpet is wicker, which sounds fun but actually isn’t very comfortable to walk on barefoot, so make sure you grab the free slippers.
