Zafiro Palace Palmanova in Palma Nova

I can’t say enough about how good the Zafiro Palace hotels are for families. For parents with small children they are fabulous, fantastic pools with slides and shallow water for little ones, great playground, fab restaurants with lots of food for adults and children…huge comfy beds, great bathrooms. They will include cots and potties if you ask, a high chair…they are great! The Palma Nova Zafiro Palace (we’ve also stayed in Alcudia which was also great) has a fantastic location. Not far from the airport, very short walk to a beach and shops, even shorter walk to a supermarket that stocks nappies and formula and sun lotion! But the best by far are the staff…our children loved the kids club staff and we also were super impressed when our daughter fell over and injured herself (total accident) and they had a first aider then doctor with us in minutes. They even helped phone the hospital and translated for us in Spanish when we needed proof our daughter had stitches for our insurance. I can’t thank them enough (especially the customer relations lady whose name escapes me unfortunately). They were all awesome and we are going to definitely return!

This was a great family hotel. Our family loved it. Lots of different pools, great food, staff were very helpful, great location near the beach, room was lovely and both the kids and adults really enjoyed our stay. We did all inclusive and we felt it was value for money. We would give it 5 stars.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last week, it was our first visit to this hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, ordering us taxis and giving us knowledge about the different areas to visit. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious ( we were in block 1 room 1104). The balcony overlooked the immaculate gardens and had the sun most of the day. We wasn't keen on the frosted glass doors to the shower and toilet and would have preferred a door leading into the bathroom area. Also in the bathroom area over the bath, there was a large clear glass window so, not only could you see into the bathroom, when you put the light on in the night, it lit the whole main room up. The food was lovely, plenty of variety, but not always piping hot. The staff were friendly. Entertainment not so good and depending where you sat there were 2 large pillars in the way of the stage blocking the view. Overall a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently stayed at Zafiro Palace Palmanova as a family of three and had the most amazing experience! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The facilities are outstanding — the gym, pools, and indoor spa are all complimentary and beautifully maintained. Every area of the hotel feels spotless and luxurious, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and family fun. We’ll definitely be returning — highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable getaway!

Stunning hotel, immaculately clean, all staff so friendly, helpful and took time out to speak to you. We had an upgrade to our room, junior penthouse with hot tub. Absolutely outstanding. Food was amazing in all 3 places we ate in hotel. It was my partner birthday whilst we were there and the hotel left a bottle of champagne and a chocolate cake in the room as a surprise... just perfect. We are definitely coming back next year, by far the best holiday we have had.

We are currently on the last day of a fantastic week at this hotel. We have been in one of the Zafiro Club suites (which was offered to us as an upgrade upon check in at a reasonable price), which are fantastic rooms with great additional perks such as waiter service of food and drinks around the pool (Bartosz and his team of waiters are great) and daily treats of food or alcohol in the room. You also have a dedicated staff member (concierge) if any problems arise - our concierge, Dorata, was great. The pools at the hotel are beautiful and there is never any issue getting sunbeds. The buffet food is very good and there is a wide range of choices for those, like me, with dietary requirements. In particular Laura A in the restaurants made a massive effort to make sure that I had all the gluten free options - bread, pancakes or croissants at breakfast, pizza (picture included below), burgers, cakes etc at other meal times. We also tried the Italian and Mediterranean a la carte restaurants where the food is excellent and the views across the resort are stunning. The selection of drinks available on the all inclusive package are extensive and very good quality (including Daura Damm gluten free beers). All staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. All in all, an excellent family holiday resort!

We had an amazing stay at Zafiro Palace Palmanova! We are family of 4 my daughts are 6 and 12. The resort is well maintained and the staff are so welcoming. One thing I have to mention that the food and services at El olive, Portico , Portico as well as the Sushi bar are absolutely amazing! My girls loved the kids pool and it's in the great location to Palma, the western water park and charming village of Valdemossa etc. We had a great time thank you so much for all the lovely staff at Zofiro Palace!

Beautiful hotel very clean and very friendly staff. Take full advantage of the a la carte menu. The only little fault would be that it was some times slow getting a waiters attention for a drink in the evening.

The hotel and grounds are always immaculate, the staff work so hard to maintain everything to a very high standard. Service, food and experience all very high quality. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Great hotel, attentive, professional staff, the food is excellent with a selection to suit all tastes. It was worth it for us, upgrading to the all-inclusive. The onsite restaurants are also very nice. It's, in a great location? Close enough to all the beaches and close enough to stroll to Magaluf if the mood takes you.
