Stayed 3 nights in Superior room w. seaview. Should have got water & coffee capsules every day, nobody gave it, had to ask every time. 2 broken expresso machines, 3'rd one not 100% either. Very attentive & good serviceman Juan Carlos helped on arrival though. The other staff serving the room was not attentive at all when talking to them (In Spa or Eng). Very few workers in breakfast buffé, a big hassle...

The staff was amazingly professional and customer orientated!!!! We had a little situation with the original tour of the city, no fault of the staff! Though I was a bit disappointed, they went above and beyond themselves in reassuring us that there were other ways to see the city and to enjoy ourselves. The property is amazing, the staff were super friendly, the food was amazing and all of the inside areas were great as well as the views around my room. It is on top of hill which is a pain to walk around but at least I got my exercise. The a/c thermostat looked really old, I had to keep turning it off and on to keep it cooling the room.

To get to the cathedral, you need to take a bus. It takes about 30 minutes to walk. The hairdryer and shower had sufficient water pressure. 🚿 We were allowed into our room even though it was before check-in time. The breakfast venue was so beautiful that it instantly made us feel like we were at a resort. 🥞🥣

I had an amazing stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I loved how convenient the location was easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The ocean view from my room was beautiful, and it made every morning feel special. Perfectly located in central old town Palma on Plaça de Cort. High class hotel with ultra-comfy beds and large rooms for a city-centre hotel. The rooftop pool and loungers offer a perfect retreat after a morning’s wandering around the sights. Only 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, so perfect for a couple of nights away in a gastronomic city.

Very clean and newly decorated inside, and I liked the pink painting. The rooftop bar was chill and we liked the drink. Biggest problem is parking is very inconvenient - you either pay extra (need to reserve in advance) or had to park at the public parking lot yourself which is 800m away…The gym room was locked so we didn’t get to try out.
