Horrible! The photos are deceptive, it took a lot for you to give us the room, it is that we were a group of 15, the beds you make you and then remove you, the cleaning brings, to say that two couples of the group were not able to sleep in their double rooms are lowercase because they were infested with TICKS!!!?? with that, what I say! Cleanliness is paramount and with what is charged by at least the beds are made up and the cleaning... NOT WHAT I RECOMMEND, WHAT YOU SHOULD DO IS CERRARSELO. Not even surprised at the reception by the problem of ticks or offer you another room, had to sleep on the sofa, and above it are surprised when you put the claim for that you get your money back, awesome, NO VAYAIS!!

Location is great. Staff is friendly. Bathrooms are relatively clean. However, no air conditioning and got placed in a room with old middle aged men. Was expecting a hostel with a younger crowd. The kitchen lacks a stove as well making it kinda pointless when the hostel states they have a kitchen.

The attention was good, clean, they made us wait a long fourth and at the end they gave us a different one to that reserve. The rooms are nice but are very small for the amount of beds there are

The hostel is good, but you have to make and unmake your own bed, the cleanliness could be improved in the bathrooms, the breakfast is wonderful, a positive point of the hostel, 10 out of 10.

An ordinary hostel. Close to the sea (port). They don’t have 24h reception, so be careful. I had a problem, cause didn’t receive a code and information about the bed number. Had to find another hostel for the first night just at midnight. Big thanks to trip.com online support! Even though hostel and trip.com compensated all costs

I stayed 6 days at this hostel. The location is great and the staff was friendly. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Everything was great: the facilities, location, and cleanliness! I went to run the Palma Half Marathon. It was my first time staying in a hostel, and I'll definitely be back!
