Great stay at a central luxury hotel . A must stay

Very clean and newly decorated inside, and I liked the pink painting. The rooftop bar was chill and we liked the drink. Biggest problem is parking is very inconvenient - you either pay extra (need to reserve in advance) or had to park at the public parking lot yourself which is 800m away…The gym room was locked so we didn’t get to try out.

Beautiful room with great view, amazing staff that were very receptive and helpful, and stellar housekeeping/hospitality. Difficult for taxi to get to due to the location but staff was very helpful with calling the taxi when we were heading to airport.

The sea view is nice, but the facilities are a bit old.

Beautiful hotel with super nice staff. No pool, but a nice view from the eating Terrace which also has a few couches. Unfortunately the sun is beating on them in the afternoon. Great location.. fantastic breakfast.

Really convenient location close to everything. We had the family room which had two floors for 4 people. The beds were sooo comfortable, and the shower was amazing. It was very clean and bright. The receptionist who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quirky and interesting. WiFi was free and reliable!

Such a great location that it is quiet and one min walk from everything you can imagine. Walkable 10-15 mins to most places around Palma that are buzzing, clean and tidy and suggested for younger folks though as rooms for 4 have galleries with very odd steps to it.

I paid 274 euros per night for a mid-oct travel. - Likes 1. The room is not small, 28 m2 2. There is a balcony - Dislikes 1. The fridge temp is set to low, cannot control, you can only keep beverages. 2. Amenities are bare minimum. If I pay such price, not located in the heart of city center, a hotel comes with such, slippers, bathrobe, tissues, etc. not here. 3. It is almost like Airbnb, it is pretty...

Great location, also very close to the airport bus station. The bathroom had a huge shower with piping hit water. The room had a nice large window and it was quite spacious. Good value for money. Very friendly receptionist. Why 3*: horrible mattress and very thin walls (we could hear everything from the hallway and the neighboring rooms).

Great hotel. I was a bit uneasy with it being a virtual hotel, but it worked perfectly. We hadn't realised the door cards timeout on your checkout time. We were late back and couldn't get into the rooms. Easily ressolved. Our fault but something to be mindful of and perhaps could have been told about. Great location for getting to everything and a bar underneath, what's not to like.

Super nice bartender, good prices, plus you can order pizza from across the street and they will bring it to you (also 5 star pizza). Just ask for the barcode to see the menu 👍

Very nice hostel with good location. The owner is inteligent man with has 2 labrador dogs. Very peaceful place around - small village wth nice restaurants and bars. And not so far from Palma. Just 30 min to the center by bus. Bus stop is 3 min walk from the hostel. Have a nice holiday!

A wonderful, romantic, and clean room. Unfortunately, the door to the roof terrace can't be darkened. We had a double room, it was a small room in a lovely quaint building. Very clean, with everything you need and very central. Air-conditioning was great. The shower was in the bedroom which some people might find a bit odd. Would definitely stay here again, excellent value for money.

This is a great choice for a solo traveller - the location is perfect for shopping, bars and exploring the city, the room is cleaned and the sheets/towels are changed daily. But, I imagine, the toom might be too small for 2 persons. Also, the windows open into the busy narrow streets, so, if you want to take a nap outside of 10 pm - 8 am, you'd need to wear ear plugs. Great location By far the best thing about this hotel is its fantastic location, close to the centre of Palma Old town

The room was small, but it was enough for sleeping. It was equipped with air conditioning and a fan. The noise from the neighboring rooms was not too noticeable (partly because there were only a few adjacent rooms).

Scrupulously clean with excellent water pressure and a comfortable bed. It's quite spartan, but that likely helps with the cleanliness. The location is excellent, very central and walkable.

Wonderful Hotel. I was over for the Palma Marathon. The hotel was 15 minute walk to the start line. Perfect. The race actually runs past the hotel. Lovely staff. So nice and pleasant.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Information from the reception before we arrived with gps locations of the hotel and parking lot realy worked well. We were welomed with Cava in the reception. The room way very well constructed with one story for cooking, one for staying and one for sleeping.

This place is amazing, with great people and a fantastic location. I’ll definitely be back. The only downside was that the walls in my bedroom weren’t soundproof. I could hear the toilet flush from the next room.

Where to start! A perfect mix of a hotel and an apartment. There was 3 of us and the hotel room was a prefect size for us. The complimentary cava at check in is a lovely gesture and a great way to start a city break. The rooftop pool and sitting area gives brilliant views. Would love to stay here again!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at one of the suites. It was beautifully furnished, the rooftop was a great space for relaxing. The breakfasts were excellent. The hotel is listed located in a quiet area but still very convenient for the city sights. I really appreciated the reception staff too who were very helpful. This is our second time at staying at Palma Suites. We hope to return there again

Beautiful hotel, perfect for exploring the city on foot. Breakfast Buffett was ok (coffee was great) room was nice but not the best to share with a friend - we ended up booking a 2nd room. Booked at the last minute due to a plumbing problem in my flat in Illetes. Really impressed with everything, rooms very spacious and stylish with everything you could need - and a welcome gift of cava! Highly recommended! We had three very nice days here. The rooms are spacious, well kept and absolutely right for a few days in the city. Everything is close by and you have the bar/resto right downstairs. We visited Samaritana Suites for a short week vacation. From the start of the visit we were given excellent service from arrival to end of stay – excellent dinner on our first night – better than a visit to a Michelin star restaurant in center of Palma – and absolutely fine service around car / parking. The room was spacious, clean and we great comfort. Absolute excellent hotel and staff.
