Lovely quaint boutique hotel. Clean modern rooms with a working AC. Variety of breakfast options which we constantly being replenished by staff. In the heart of old town with shops and restaurants all in walking distance. Bus stops also nearby which makes it very convenient base to explore.

The hotel itself is a lovely little boutique property and the staff were the best i have encountered in Spain. The only negative I can say is the images make it look like it is located on a nice flower lined lane, when in fact it is a scruffy back street with (harmless) homeless people sleeping every night. It felt slightly misrepresented when we first arrived.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, allowing us to walk everywhere with ease. There were plenty of nice and tasty restaurants around. I especially loved learning about the history of the building from one of the employees. I will definitely be coming back to this wonderful place!

This was my second stay. The hotel is located minutes away from Placa Espana and the bus station so traveling about the island is super easy. Staff was wonderful and my room was super clean. I will stay again if I find myself in Palma..............I hope I will someday

Good location but room is a bit small

Initially, there was no Wi-Fi in the room type, but after coordination, it was successfully resolved after changing rooms the next day. The front desk staff was friendly.

Hotel is centrally located & clean, but the room smelled musty & was HOT. Also, there was a TON of noise from outside at 2AM when municipal workers were cleaning the streets, collecting garbage, etc. Miserable sleeping with the heat & trucks, including non-stop beeping when the trucks drove in reverse. And…oh yeah…the church bells go off EVERY 15 min all night long! Too loud outside the hotel!

Hotel Cort’s front desk staff was phenomenal. The suite was so lovely and we felt right at home. The location is right in the middle of town so it was easy to get there from the airport. I would recommend this spot to anyone!

It's a good location, the rooms are clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful! It's not a big and extensive breakfast but it got all things that's necessary and it was tasty. But some of the downside. The walls are thin so you hear as fast as some one is walking outside your room. And the mini fridge is noisy

The property was very unique and the rooms were nice. The bathroom could definitely use a shelf or hook for things. Great area. Very walkable with many shopping and restaurant options. Outdoor patio alongside restaurant would have been lovely to use but needs some maintenance.

Staff was very nice and comprehensive, very well utilized space for a hotel in such a central location. Only problem is you hear sounds from the street clearly, but its what you get staying in the center in a busy area.

My wife myself and our friends were staying in Hotel Almuaina. Taxi from airport and return was around 12.14 minutes and the hotel was right in the middle of where you want to be with short walks to all tourist attractions. My first trip to Palma was just staying one night before going to another part of the island. Santa Clara Urban Hotel was 5 stars! Location great, quiet and close to major parts of town. Room was charming, I even had a sweet balcony! The reception staff was 5 stars especially Catalina who was so kind. Gracias, I will see you on my next trip to Palma!

I was there with my sister. We loved the hotel!! Room was very nice, the people working at the hotel is super friendly (thank you Catalina, Paco!), including the reception, the breakfast and cleaning attendants. Breakfast was great. We love having the spa everyday (jacuzzi, and dry and wet sauna).

We booked the Singular Junior Suite and absolutely loved it. It's spacious, well-designed, and had its own terrace. The building overall is impressive: chic lobby area, cool rooftop pool and bar with amazing views, and a great restaurant. Great location too--within walking distance of a supermarket, luxury shipping, and fine dining. Hotel staff is beyond friendly and always excited to help.

The common areas of the hotel, and the old main building especially, are very nice. The staff is helpful and the outdoor area by the pool is in good condition. The rooms in the modern buildings are a bit worn down and could do with a refresh.

The service at the hotel was good. However, the refund of the deposit is very late. When I spoke to the hotel, they told me to contact the credit card company. All other hotel payments made with the same card have been processed. Hotel check-in date is April 16th. Today is April 26th. 13 days have passed.

It is also recommended to have dinner at the hotel, the environment is first-class.

The restaurant faces the sea and has a great view. The food is also good.

Only went to the cafe cappuccino of this hotel and it's stunning. Perfect location for those old town visitors. Facing the city hall and the most beautiful olive tree I ve ever seen! Must visit when you need a little break during your sight seeing.

Perfectly located in central old town Palma on Plaça de Cort. High class hotel with ultra-comfy beds and large rooms for a city-centre hotel. The rooftop pool and loungers offer a perfect retreat after a morning’s wandering around the sights. Only 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, so perfect for a couple of nights away in a gastronomic city.

Hotel was ok,we slept well, but rooms were small with poor facilities,no tea/coffee making.Some staff seemed a bit sullen, they didn't seem genuinely friendly.It took a good half an hour into town on a very busy bus.We wouldn't stay again.

Very pleasant stay, but poor value for money. The room was small, though very clean and the service was decent. The location is about a 30-minute walk from the centre. If you have a car, parking is available for 11€/day.

The hotel was great! In particular, it was very clean. Also, walkable from the ferry port (35 mins) and from the old town (35 mins) so great location for an affordable price. I haven't asked for his name, but the staff at the reception was easy to talk to and gave us some nice suggestions.

I enjoyed my short stay at Hotel Zhero. Thank you to the kind staff who helped me get a taxi to the airport when it was a challenge. The staff friendliness was a highlight of my stay. I would return again next time I’m in Palma. There are a few restaurants nearby and access to a public beach and public transportation.

We booked this as a last minute resort due to other accommodation being cancelled, the staff were amazing and so welcoming throughout our entire stay. The hotel is very boutique vibes, beautiful comfy beds and a lovely view. The location is 15-30 min out of town and there is not too many restaurants around the area. Otherwise 10/10 stay, pool was amazing!

Lovely spot outside Palma. Great value for money. Clean tidy. Breakfast was average nothing special. The pool is great but a putty it closes so early. Not a fan of the slippy wooden shower floor boards but rest of the room was great, lovely little balconies with views and staff are very accommodating. 15€ taxi to the center of Palma

The bed in the room is very creaky, the furniture is creaky, everything is very old. I don't recommend couples stay at this hotel.

The location was okay. A 10-15 minute walk to the old town. The cleanliness wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. There were shaved beard hairs by the sink that definitely weren't ours. Considering the starts and reviews I had my doubts but this place is excellent value for money from the quality of the room to the location to the rest of the city I really can’t fault my stay and would happily stay again and is a perfect stay for a weekend!

Stayed in a lot worse, check in easy, 24 hour reception, electric key card,works in the room for the power as well,lift worked fine,room was ample spacious, fridge, phone, air con and heating, hairdryer, 40 inch tv on the wall,2 single beds together, terrace 2 chairs, shower plenty of room,constant hot water,and the adjoining rooms were quiet, wifi work fine.

This is an old-fashioned, basic hotel but in a great location, easily walkable to the main interchange which is Placa D’Españya. Room was clean but dated. My room was right at the front so overlooked a busy main road so the side rooms may be quieter. All in all, a good stay.

Our room was very comfortable with the sitting area and terrace. After a long flight from the US, we were looking for extra room to move around. The options for breakfast in the hotel was good — and the staff made me an excellent Americana coffee — that was very appreciated.

A wonderful hotel right in the middle of old town. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. They make you feel welcome from when you book to the time you head to leave the hotel. We will definitely stay here next time we visit. The only things I would have liked is a gym.
