Highly recommend, we had a tiny issue and this was resolved so quickly. We were here to do a wedding ceremony for a couple, so for a peaceful space beforehand, this was the perfect place. This is our last night here. Staff are very efficient and nice. Daily maid service, plenty of toiletries in bathroom. Room 2051 No slip mat in Shower I hurt myself. No lamps working in living room, requested at 9am to sort, its 5pm andn nobody has been.. Paint peeling off doors. Been recently for the memories here of previous stay but wouldn’t go back. Thanku for a very relaxing stay. A quiet location considering it was close to the busy beach area with a not very steep walk up the hill. The accomodation was of a high standard, clean with helpful and kind staff offering to clean the room daily. Good facilities with a very warm swimming pool and a tennis court as well. Location was 10/10, the rooms were fabulous, and the sunset view from the balcony did not disappoint. Would strongly recommend. Especially if you rent a car — they offer a massive parking lot for free, and the location is literally just a 5–10 minute drive from the nicest beaches.

Was made very welcome by all staff, good communication by WhatsApp room was lovely and clean and had everything in the room what you needed. The pool was just right and location was great. Also birthday cake was a really nice surprise and Wi-Fi was excellent.

The problem with this place is that the ex pats who own their apartments think that they own the hotel. They like to throw their waleight around telling the hard working people who have saved up all year to pay for their holiday what they can and can't do.. Front our lovely welcome from all the staff, our room was quaint and spotless plus a very huge comfy bed. Our breakfast everyday was delicious plus we ate in the Restaurant one evening and they couldn't do enough for us.

I've stayed at Pueblo Torviscas from 27.09.25 for 8 nights. The resort is excellent for a lovely relaxing holiday. There are many excursions available from many outlets, so shop around before you commit is the only suggestion I would offer. If, like me, your mobility isn't what once it was, there is a regular bus service, little train service, taxis galore and if you prefer you can hire twin or solo mobility scooters. After reading some of the recent reviews,I was worried about our trip but I need not of worried, it was fabulous, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the food a bit hit and miss, we had a beautiful modern room, with the best sea view ever. Currently staying at the Yucca Park complex. Super location and very well maintained facility. Most of the apartments appear to be privately let. There is a pool bar serving good food at reasonable prices. Only problem is getting sun beds. There is one very entitled Scottish family who think it is ok to reserve 4 or 5 beds and two umbrellas at 09:00 each day and not return to 4:30 in the afternoon

Had a apartment near the back, quiet at night and large balcony to relax on, room was clean and good value , only downside was bed was slightly uncomfortable, pool area is clean and nice to relax around in the day. Overall a decent visit with friendly staff and people.

Pool area was lovely and the Scotsman bar was great, great location, room wasn't the best, very disappointed that the air con didn't work and there was ants everywhere in the kitchen area. Reception was always closed and couldn't ring the number, I would go back, but not to that apartment

Fabulous place. Don’t believe some of the reviews! We are at the end of a weeks stay here and can truly say we have had a great time. Yea the room is a wee bit tired but immaculately clean and has everything you need. Cleaning staff come every day and bar and waiting staff work exceptionally hard to keep things running smoothly. We are all inclusive and you could eat and drink something different...

It's as you'd expect for a 3 star apartments complex. Everything is clean and the pools are great. Food is child friendly fast food like (chips, burgers, pizzas etc), with some occasional luxury foods for adults such as swordfish/cuttlefish, all tastes nice. The rooms are very spacious as are the balconies, showers do the job but could be improved. There is soap and shampoo in the shower but no soap...

Honestly its a great hotel, the room was spotless on arrival the staff were friendly and informative. Yes it is located up a little hill but it is definitely not the end of the world. Located about a 10 minute walk to the beach and great shops within walking distance. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you to all the main places you need to go. Food was great we are a little fussy...

Firstly the entertainment team work hard during the day and really look after the kids for the mini disco and the bar staff are really friendly. Food wise is good but would be nice to see a menu of what they are planning to do each night for the buffet…. Now at the time of writing this I was looking forward to doing the karaoke which would’ve been a good laugh and instead find it was changed to accommodate...

We stayed 21/10/25 until 28/10/25 as a family of 8 over 3 rooms. Check in at the hotel was very quick and easy. Rooms were basic but very clean. Food was good and with lots of variety everyday even for the busiest of eaters. Staff were always very polite, professional and very hard working, nothing was too much trouble. Top pool was always very busy however the Pool with the bar we always found bed...
