My 14 year old daughter and I stayed for 4 nights on a tight budget and it exceeded our expectations. This is a 2 star hotel so there are no luxuries but it was spotlessly clean and has a great pool. Yes it's up a hill but there is a public bus stop right outside and another a couple of minutes away which we used to get to Siam park and Monkey Park. Just had an amazing stay in Laguna Park 2. Very comfy beds, apartment spotless with beautiful views. All inclusive was very nice, every day there was a different main meal with additional food to choose from. Pool bar was amazing, with great uplifting music. We loved everything.

Beautiful, well kept hotel. Spacious rooms. Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights. Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value.

After 14 years going to the sister hotel, which is being renovated, we thought we'd give next door a try. We are just back from 2 weeks at the new BP Luxury Tenerife hotel. Avarage hotel, this is long away from resort. Apartment size was ok and hotel placement was excellent, beds was excellent. Breakfest was ok. However wifi has not been working or partly worked with pure internet signal with constant disconnections.Apartment was mature for renovation. Randomly clean-up and missing toalet papers. Stayed for 5 days with a friend. Spacious enough room with balcony convenient to shopping centre and grocery store. Parking off site but not too difficult to get to. Lovely setting and a quick 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. Access to the beach and great walks both ways along the coast. Food is tasty and there is lots of variety. Some nice restaurants in the area as well so you don't need to just rely on hotel cuisine.

A perfect holiday at El Mirador. The hotel staff were amazing, in particular, Paula, Patricia and Rita who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The General Manager also personally took the time to speak to us and ensure that we services met with our expectations. The facilities were wonderful and allowed for some much needed down time. The service was excellent, the facilities very nice. I missed fresh orange juice for breakfast and Serrano ham for dinner, for a 5-star hotel, it's a gem. But overall, it was very good. They have several thoughtful touches like chocolates, liqueur, and so on.

The hotel is located very close to the Playa Fañabe beach and strip with plenty of restaurants available near by. The apartment we stayed in was clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The rooftop terrace was an added bonus which we did not realise we would have. The pool is an excellent size with a lovely poolside bar and restaurant. We will be back!

An exceptional stay at Royal River. The rooms, service, interiors, facilities and food are certainly five star worthy. Staff are very attentive and friendly. A peaceful and relaxing hotel. Ideal location for golf and coastal walks. One tip would be to request a sunny room/terrace as the river rooms are quite shaded. Other than that no complaints!
