Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Princess Inspire. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast and dinner buffet options for half board, with plenty of variation for 5 days and comfortable bedroom. Would stay again for a winter sun break!

What a great hotel, every staff member is so helpful. From the reception, Waiters/Waitresses, Chefs. The hotel is very clean throughout, public areas and rooms. What can I say, another wonderful stay at the Santa Maria. All the staff offer first class service and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Rooms, food and drink are all above the standard of what you'd expect from a 3 star Spanish hotel. Beautiful, well kept hotel. Spacious rooms. Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights. Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value.

Stayed for 5 days with a friend. Spacious enough room with balcony convenient to shopping centre and grocery store. Parking off site but not too difficult to get to. Spa did not have room but sister property did next door which was fantastic. Rent a car if you want to see the island. Some lovely restaurants with great views and good seafood nearby.

First time in Tenerife and picked a perfect hotel in my view. Very central and easy walk to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. However spent more time poolside due to the adult only nature of the hotel, was nice and quiet and perfect for relaxing.

Lovely setting and a quick 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. Access to the beach and great walks both ways along the coast. Food is tasty and there is lots of variety. Some nice restaurants in the area as well so you don't need to just rely on hotel cuisine.

A perfect holiday at El Mirador. The hotel staff were amazing, in particular, Paula, Patricia and Rita who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The General Manager also personally took the time to speak to us and ensure that we services met with our expectations. The facilities were wonderful and allowed for some much needed down time. Avarage hotel, this is long away from resort. Apartment size was ok and hotel placement was excellent, beds was excellent. Breakfest was ok. However wifi has not been working or partly worked with pure internet signal with constant disconnections.Apartment was mature for renovation. Randomly clean-up and missing toalet papers. Stayed here for an all inclusive holiday with the family. Upon arrival, we received a free upgrade from a 1 bed apartment, to a 2 bed apartment. Don’t know how this hotel has got any bad reviews,a little apprehensive before we came because of them . But please do not be put off , I couldn’t recommend it more brilliant in every department so pleased with everything no complaints they must of been reviewing a different hotel because I can guarantee it wasn’t the one we stayed in … Thankyou playa real for a wonderful stay

The hotel is lovely rooms are massive there’s is loads of food to choose from unfortunately not a lot of plain dishes to choose from apart from plain pizza and chicken nuggets if there was and plains meat it was always tough and over cooked most of the staff are very nice just a few came off as rude but that could be the language barrier. The sky lounge wasn’t open and this wasn’t clear as to why....

We stayed from 23rd september 2025 until october 3rd we had a lovely time our 2 year old loved the pools and childs entertertainment and all the staff was always so friendly and chating to him which made his day food was nice and always different choices everyday we defenitely will be back again hopefully nxt year x

I emailed them 3 times after i read the reviews about parking to pre-book the parking for our stay but no response! After i showed them the emails and messages in the trip.com they said we haven't checked the trip.com so we need to talk with the manager but after 4 days of our stay no explanation or...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my visit. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the overall comfort of the place. Stayed here couple of times and it’s okay. Location is good but for a self catering apartments with their price range they could at least provide the basics. Been recently for the memories here of previous stay but wouldn’t go back. There are other places nowadays with better service, noticed many major brands hotels built around which wasn’t there before. Breakfast was basic but daily menu choices...

Fabulous place. Don’t believe some of the reviews! We are at the end of a weeks stay here and can truly say we have had a great time. Yea the room is a wee bit tired but immaculately clean and has everything you need. Cleaning staff come every day and bar and waiting staff work exceptionally hard to keep things running smoothly. We are all inclusive and you could eat and drink something different...

It's as you'd expect for a 3 star apartments complex. Everything is clean and the pools are great. Food is child friendly fast food like (chips, burgers, pizzas etc), with some occasional luxury foods for adults such as swordfish/cuttlefish, all tastes nice. The rooms are very spacious as are the balconies, showers do the job but could be improved. There is soap and shampoo in the shower but no soap...

Honestly its a great hotel, the room was spotless on arrival the staff were friendly and informative. Yes it is located up a little hill but it is definitely not the end of the world. Located about a 10 minute walk to the beach and great shops within walking distance. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you to all the main places you need to go. The hotel is located very close to the Playa Fañabe beach and strip with plenty of restaurants available near by. The apartment we stayed in was clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The rooftop terrace was an added bonus which we did not realise we would have. The pool is an excellent size with a lovely poolside bar and restaurant. We will be back!
