At night if you need to use the bathroom the light illuminates the whole bedroom which is not conducive for someone trying to sleep!!!! Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful - apart from those on reception

When we returned to reception to 'confirm' our 2 hour checkout we told by an aggressive female receptionist that we could only have 1 hour. The hotel was not at full capacity and we wasted an afternoon

We had a late return flight and requested a late checkout. We were told we could only have 2 hours at 20 euros an hour which we accepted and had to confirm the night before departure

The roast suckling pig was a piece of luke warm pork with a strange topping that certainly was not crackling. It was placed on a bed of cold dried apricots with a side of cold mash

No samphire could be seen, the spring rolls were placed on a pile of mixed salad leaves without any dressing. We did not eat much of this dish

The Partridge pate tapas had a sugary grilled topping which was unpleasant

The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym

No floaties or balls are allows in the pool, which to a child is quite a big thing

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago

We love this hotel having been countless times now it’s always spotless staff friendly and great location, peaceful and food amazing.

It was so luxurious, we were treated like royalty and we cannot fault anything just perfect

We don’t eat in the hotel in the evening as we prefer to go out for dinner and ring the changes. There’s a good cafe poolside and there are always staff on hand to take orders to your sunbed

A wonderful hotel with every possible convenience. Excellent service! The hotel grounds feature beautiful seawater pools. Excellent location next to Del Duke Beach.

Pool bar good for drinks and lunch

Very impressed with how caring all the staff are. Heaters very efficient where evening meals are served. Half board option available at a reasonable cost for a 4 night slot if booked b&b, worth taking up

Entertainment/Activities during the day and evening. Good location to beach, shopping, other restaurants like Le Torre Del Mirador. Ely on reception, Caesar & Ruth & Steven deserve a special mention

Only 30 mins from Tenerife South airport the hotel is located close to the beach front but is also surrounded by shops and restaurants. Ideal! Rooms are very clean and well appointed

plenty of sunbeds and your towell will be removed if you leave it there unattended (nice one)

🌟 Hotel GF Victoria really surprised me! It's not a big-name brand, but the facilities are super new. It has two pools; one features a children's water park where you can let the kids loose

There's also a surf simulator, but you need to book it at the front desk. For lunch, you can order food right by the pool. This place is way cheaper than the Ritz-Carlton, but offers amazing value for money

They have thought of everything. Small dressing gowns for the little ones, great kids menu, pool area and ball games

There's also a rooftop bar with a trendy glass-bottom pool, but we couldn't go because our child was too young!

We loved that we could get fresh pool towels daily and that we were served at our sunbeds all day! We were even given access to the thermal journery in the spa for free and it was such a lovely and spacious spa, highly recommend using it

On a positive note, the turndown service was excellent 👌 although we also note that we did not have excellence toiletries! The food remains excellent with plenty of choice, and the waiters in the Excellence restaurant were amazing and very attentive

Overall, this year felt a bit flat compared to our previous visits. Not being able to get a seat for the evening entertainment really affected our enjoyment, and the absence of Aldo or Mickey was definitely felt

However, we were disappointed with one of the à la carte restaurants we booked. For the first time in three years, the service was extremely slow and not up to the standard we’ve previously experienced

We stayed on the Excellence package, and as always, the service itself is very good and worth the extra cost. Having access to branded drinks, cocktails, and a private sunbathing area is a big plus

I also didn’t receive the usual pre-arrival welcome email, which I had to chase before arrival. This caused unnecessary anxiety and made it feel like standards had slipped slightly this year

Our balcony was quite small, which didn’t bother us personally, but we later read that we should have been allocated a room with a larger balcony

Drinks available all day with burgers n hotdogs chips inbetween restaurant times. music side of the pool or quite side of pool. clean friendly atmosphere would recommend for the price

The grounds of the resort are massive and impressive, great pool size and plenty sunbeds, never seen people fighting for one

Just had an amazing stay in Laguna Park 2. Very comfy beds, apartment spotless with beautiful views. All inclusive was very nice, every day there was a different main meal with additional food to choose from

Like others, we were worried about the reviews but figured we’d be eating out every night so even just for bed and breakfast and some drinks by the pool during the day, it was really good value

Food was ok we ended up eating out but if you are on a budget and don't want to spend money then the food is edible Alcholic drinks weren't good very little selection and all very weak we ended up buying drinks at the bar and they were 5 euro each for a branded spirit Entertainment was good Staff all very welcoming No bed bugs no cockroatches All in all I would say it is good for a short break it...

Normally we have a spring break however this year we chose to grab some late sunshine to top up our Greek tan gained in September. We’d visited Costa Adeje 7 years ago staying at the Hotel Guayarmina Princess

if your expecting Robbie Williams to show up or Lady Ga Ga or even Hugh Jackman with zac Efron swinging around a rope then yes you will be disappointed, hotel entertainment is always what you’d expect

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Princess Inspire. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast and dinner buffet options for half board, with plenty of variation for 5 days and comfortable bedroom

We were ‘fitted’ with our natty little bracelets which along with access to our room the bracelets were scanned both in the restaurants and bars to build our drinks bill! On the subject of drinks we found the price of the drinks to be very reasonable compared to some hotels we’ve visited previously

So we chose the Princess Inspire next door to our previous visit. Very glad to say we had a great 7 night half board break booked as a package through TUI

On arrival at the hotel we were met by the lovely reception staff and received an in depth briefing on the hotel facilities and local area

Great location for a get away in Costa Adeje. The apartment itself had everything you could need. The cleaning staff were very efficient and always offered more toilet rolls or clean towels if needed

The pools are lovely and it was quiet compared to other places we have stated in Adeje. It is well placed for bars and restaurants for eating out. We had no problems with the water rhat others have mentioned

It seems the Brits have overtaken the Germans regarding overtaking the sun beds. The pools do not open until 10:00, but still the towels are down and not used until hours later

The hotel was spotless and really well maintained. Again, excellent choices and great staff. 3 pools; one small childrens pool which was excellent, inflatables allowed

Lovely pool area and nightly entertainment that finished by 11. My only concern was would this nightly entertainment finish at the same time in peak season

Loads of different pools and plenty of sunbeds. Kids are in the hotel but you wouldn't notice them as it is very quiet

40 euro per person to use the thermal suite for 90 mins. - Gym looked good in the photos but I was disappointed when I saw it in person. Just a few basic machines and dumbbells that only go up to 22kg

Well sized, powerful showers with multiple jets, amazing bath. Beds are enormous and very comfortable. - Breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've had. So many options and it is all high quality

I do not get why so many hotel gyms do not have the basics like a squat rack and pull up bar. - We only had the dinner buffet once but it didn't impress us as much as the breakfast

No noisy guests or sounds from bars like other hotels in the more party areas. - Cocktails were great and were reasonably priced. Cons - Spa is an added cost and it is expensive

If you are looking for a more buzzing hotel I would look elsewhere but if you want a peaceful one then this is great. - Hotel is very quiet overall

Hotel staff is very nice and every time they helped me well - also, when I asked for luggage room and what was a nice surprise there’s also a room for the guests who already checked out of their room to take a shower before travel

Big rooms, with a kitchen and comfortably located energy plugs, each of them has a big balcony; immediately after giving a complaint about a noise from a pub overnight I was moved to another silent room

Absolutely love the Irish bar and the wonderful staff in there. Yes there’s a Que for sunbeds but that’s the same in all hotels nothing new and not the hotels fault at all

I love this hotel, been comung here for 8 years. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are nice with everything you need. The Restaurant is buffet service with a very good selection of food

Carlos is always smiling , happy and truly professional. He always goes above and beyond to make our holiday special. Room was perfect with pool view and sun all day and we had aircon too

Another lovely stay at the Santa Maria, maybe our 10th visit with plenty more in the pipeline. We went B&B in a 1 bed superior apartment with our room overlooking the pool

The General Manager also personally took the time to speak to us and ensure that we services met with our expectations. The facilities were wonderful and allowed for some much needed down time

The service was excellent, the facilities very nice. I missed fresh orange juice for breakfast and Serrano ham for dinner, for a 5-star hotel, it's a gem. But overall, it was very good

we liked the hotel very much but were disappointed that the swimming pool was not heated to the temperature promised. also that spa facilities are not provided free of charge to hotel guests.

Lovely setting and a quick 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. Access to the beach and great walks both ways along the coast. Food is tasty and there is lots of variety

Some nice restaurants in the area as well so you don't need to just rely on hotel cuisine

A perfect holiday at El Mirador. The hotel staff were amazing, in particular, Paula, Patricia and Rita who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect

The cleanliness was excellent and staff was very attentive. Far superior to other hotels that I have stayed in. The pool areas were quiet and relaxing.

Roof top pools added a ‘wow’ factor and afforded stunning views. Location close to the old fishing village of Caleta was great for an evening walk and drink or meal out, booking a day ahead highly advisable

Although we knew the swimming pools weren’t going to be big they were still a little disappointing in size and a little maintenance around the ground floor pool wouldn’t go amiss

I hesitate to give 5* rating because it might encourage others to go there and mean there’s less availability for me in the future, but I really feel like they deserve it!

There was strike action while we were there and only room service and a limited cleaning service was available but it did not affect our stay

who in the world charges for that???? No pool towels are available. Los Olivos can easily be an amazing resort if they pay attention to the little amenities

A very big remark on the service at the reception and housekeeping, in seven days they never came to clean the room, and change the towels and bed sheets

I had to go to the reception every two days to ask get clean towels, not acceptable

Everything you wanted was close by. And it never felt overcrowded; there was always space in the bars, restaurants and around the pool

The pool is the centrepiece and offered good ambience in the daytime, with pool-gym exercises and games at certain times. The pool temperature was decent enough for February

So much so that we were able to chat with the hotel manager in the restaurant on our first day. You can easily walk the perimeter in ten minutes. For us this was positive; no endless staircases or navigating around

We visited Tagoro Family & Fun in February 2026 and found it to be a very pleasant stay (two adults and one 10-year-old for five nights). As the name suggests, this hotel is well suited for families with children

The food every meal time was spot on with tons of choice (I sometimes had to have 3rds so not to miss out on trying stuff!) The pool was spacious and always in the sun

The beach towels are much better, so why aren't these towels provided in the rooms? Also, the hot food at breakfast is mostly cold and the 3 other meals we have had in the restaurants have been pretty awful and overpriced

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The location - slightly removed from the madding crowd, but still close enough to walk

This was our first time at a resort and Tivoli la Caleta Resort has set the bar very high. From the moment we arrived it was excellent service from the bellhop to the attendant to the cleaning staff

Balcony has a sun awning to cover up when it gets too hot outside. Food for breakfast was pretty good too. Chef will make you an omlette. Will definitely use again if I return to Tenerife

Highly recommend, we had a tiny issue and this was resolved so quickly. We were here to do a wedding ceremony for a couple, so for a peaceful space beforehand, this was the perfect place

Excellent restaurant, wide selection of dishes and desserts. Location of the hotel is very great too - beach is few minutes by foot away. Water in pool may be a bit cold for someone, but for it was fine for us

Our youngest had her birthday whilst we were there and the staff helped to make it feel special by making a birthday cake and decorating a table for us in the Italian restaurant

The location is good if you like to walk, but if you have mobility issues, you may find the walk from the hotel down to the main area a little bit much

Don’t know how this hotel has got any bad reviews,a little apprehensive before we came because of them

But, there are lots of options such as taxi's, scooters and mobility scooters for hire

The hotel is lovely rooms are massive there’s is loads of food to choose from unfortunately not a lot of plain dishes to choose from apart from plain pizza and chicken nuggets if there was and plains meat it was always tough and over cooked most of the staff are very nice just a few came off as rude but that could be the language barrier

Don’t believe some of the reviews! We are at the end of a weeks stay here and can truly say we have had a great time. Yea the room is a wee bit tired but immaculately clean and has everything you need

Cleaning staff come every day and bar and waiting staff work exceptionally hard to keep things running smoothly. We are all inclusive and you could eat and drink something different every night

It's as you'd expect for a 3 star apartments complex. Everything is clean and the pools are great

Our only problem was some of the adults and kids were absolutely feral, I understand we are all on holiday but some where rude loud and just let their kids run riot treating the place like a giant day care so they didn't have to look after them

Food was great we are a little fussy about what we eat but never had a problem with the food at all. They entertainment the hotel put on was fantastic while we were there

Firstly the entertainment team work hard during the day and really look after the kids for the mini disco and the bar staff are really friendly

The food in the hotel is lovely, plenty of choice, loads of vegetarian options and beautiful amuse niche selection and desert selection. Pool area is lovely, enough comfortable loungers and nice pool towels

The staff are friendly and helpful booking taxis and a table booking in next resort. Room is cleaned daily with fresh towels room and pool available too

Breakfast was included and had healthy and English or continental breakfast options. Got 5 sunbeds daily and used the pool bar/restaurant for drinks and lunch

It is a quieter hotel with no music or big groups of people or children which we gave it a relaxing vibe during the day and then walked along the beachfront for nighttime entertainment

Danielle the one of the managers went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, we highly recommend a trip on the royal boat to take away beautiful memories, We left already talking about when we could come back
