The buffet restaurant is small and i can imagine it getting very busy in peak summer months. Round the pool is nice, plenty of sunbeds but again in summer I bet it's a different story

No stress of trying to get a sunbed, although plenty of people do still reserve them with towels, despite lifeguards asking them everyday not to

Cockroaches! I read they are everywhere! I saw 2. Both at night and both in the walkways round the pool. None in the apartment, so not too bad

Lunch was cooked outside by the pool on a grill/ bbq which was nice in the sun. Evening meal was ok, selection was minimal though

We stayed all inclusive and although there is not a vast choice of food we managed to find something to eat for each meal. We did eat out for a few evenings but that was always the plan as I like to get out and about

I don’t understand why this place gets the bad reviews it does. We are very seasoned travelers and have stayed in 5* luxury and 2* basic accommodation in the past. For me this was a typical 3* Spanish hotel

Fantastic hotel, the accommodation is top class, beautifully fitted out and the private outside area and pool in the villa is very impressive. This was our second time visiting and we will be back

It has a beautiful infinity pool and incredible decoration. When I entered my villa, with a private pool, I was impressed by how good it smelled, how clean and well-kept every corner was

I was impressed, shocked… Coming to this hotel has been a true dream come true! If I had to choose a favorite part… I would choose the room since it has a huge bed that surrounds you and makes you rest without limits

The hotel is small and quiet, it has a chilled atmosphere and is beautifully furnished with plants and greenery all around

The entire hotel was spotless! It was simply perfect every finer detail had been thought about!!! Was the best hotel/villa I have ever stayed in and I have travelled the world! The staff the food, simply outstanding!

It’s in a fab location which is lovely and quiet but only a walk away from some great restaurants or short taxi ride from the bigger resorts. The food is great, staff very friendly and nothing is too much trouble

The beach towels are much better, so why aren't these towels provided in the rooms? Also, the hot food at breakfast is mostly cold and the 3 other meals we have had in the restaurants have been pretty awful and overpriced

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The location - slightly removed from the madding crowd, but still close enough to walk

An incredible experience and one that we hope to enjoy again soon. The views are stupendous, we had a meal at the poolside bar and enjoyed breakfast every morning

This was our first time at a resort and Tivoli la Caleta Resort has set the bar very high. From the moment we arrived it was excellent service from the bellhop to the attendant to the cleaning staff

We were at the property for five nights and the level of service was high the entire time. Our room was lovely, the amenities outstanding and fantastic turn down service every night

The area immediately surrounding the resort was calm and quiet and there is a sidewalk that extends to the boardwalk that was well lit at night. I cannot say enough food things about our experience

Room 2051 No slip mat in Shower I hurt myself. No lamps working in living room, requested at 9am to sort, its 5pm andn nobody has been. The outter with gardens and pools are lovely, but sun loungers are old

The staff are professional and friendly. The accommodation -room 2100, was amazing. Comfortable bed and peaceful at night. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a seamless stay that met every expectation

Love it but it could do with a little re-vamp. I’d recommend apartment with pool view if travelling with children - quieter option & lovely view of pools

Highly recommend, we had a tiny issue and this was resolved so quickly. We were here to do a wedding ceremony for a couple, so for a peaceful space beforehand, this was the perfect place

Staff are very efficient and nice. Daily maid service, plenty of toiletries in bathroom. We have a one bed apartment which is very clean, spacious and has a balcony overlooking the sea , promenade & beach restaurants

The location is great maybe you don't need to rent a car at all but if you did, be aware you have to pay 16€ per day for the closest parking near the hotel. Apart of this, we were really happy with our stay

com so we need to talk with the manager but after 4 days of our stay no explanation or excuses for us

Great place with a great view of the ocean and Mount Teide. Cozy rooms, friendly staff. You want to come back here again and again

Only I would like to mention there isn't any parking available for this hotel

I emailed them 3 times after i read the reviews about parking to pre-book the parking for our stay but no response! After i showed them the emails and messages in the trip. com they said we haven't checked the trip

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my visit. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help

I’ve already visited three times this year alone, which says it all about how welcoming and enjoyable it is. The pool bar is now under new management, and what a difference it’s made

Pools are beautiful clean staff amazing and so friendly everything we wanted and more it was an amazing holiday hotel views and bar and restaurant was great to so would highly recommend for anyone from single married friends children families it's amazing in everything already looking forward to going again next year

The atmosphere is warm and friendly, the service is spot on, and the food is genuinely fantastic. It’s great to see the place brought back to life and thriving again

Taxis into town and other places are good value

The only minor letdown was the pools, which were unfortunately far too cold to comfortably swim in. It would be great if at least one pool were heated to a more comfortable temperature

A special mention must go to Patrick in Casas Ducales and Luis at the Beach Club, both were outstanding and made our stay feel extra special

It got busy very quickly and staff seemed harassed and short staffed. We were sat by a doorway and kept getting brushed past when the staff were going past because there wasn’t much room there

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas, largely thanks to the incredible staff who truly delivered a 5 star experience

This is a great place to stay .rooms are spotless and close to everywhere.2 minute walk to shop bars beach etc

Claire is on his pool by the office a reasonable selection of food and drink, and it is also open in the evening offering a set meal as a price that’s bearable if you don’t want to go out of the complex and explore the myriad of other restaurants that are available nearby

Reserving a sun bed can be challenging – before 10 am each morning many regulars seem to reserve their piece of concrete with their towels for an hour previous to the sun beds being unlocked

After 5 days seeing German children play with volleyball in the pool I thought the reviews must be wrong about pool strictness

Clean rooms, new towels and a room clean every 2 days, we loved it. The only thing I will say is the beds were really hard, didn’t have a comfortable sleep but it was nice and quiet didn’t affect my stay

Probably my favourite hotel I’ve ever been to. Everything you need at your doorstep, mini market inside the resort, a couple of restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner

Great location with plenty of nice bars and eateries. The Pantry does lovely meals. Sunday dinners are brill but you have to book if you want one.

Be careful that there are no signs where is Pueblo Torviscas reception, they have a small office inside the Sunset Harbour Club reception, and because the reception for Pueblo Torviscas is open just Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00, the Check-in and Check-out was made by the Sunset Harbour Club reception

Before the arrival, I sent a request for a room with sea view which I've been told that is possible if I pay an €80 (€10 per night) fee so they can reserve the room, otherwise they will allocate me whatever room is available

The room contains 2 single beds on wheels which can be push together, very comfortable mattress and pillows, extra blankets if you need. Outside temperature was around 26-29 daily but indoors was cool and nice

We got up dancing and by the end of the night most people were up. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels

Located 2 lines from the sea, in fact, very close. Exceptionally cooked and fed! There is everything - seafood, chicken, lamb, etc. ! In the morning in the restaurant, brut champagne is made from alcohol

Enjoying the food and location. Plenty of choice in the restaurant. Staff friendly and service good. Restaurant staff clear tables and nothing too much trouble for them

To assist the patrons, she added a translation app to her phone on her own initiative. A wonderful young lady, who just loved to help and serve the guests in the rooms under her charge, with usual smile on her face

The animation team do their best to entertain guests. The shows have been OK but very standard except for the Latino night show. Those three guys were amazing and really got the crowd on their feet

Pool towels can be obtained via the spa at no deposit just card given on arrival but make sure you take the towels to reception when you are leaving for them to check them off

If it was not fixed the first few times, why is the same response being repeated??? Tonight, I had to walk to the hotel’s public shower room basically in the middle of my shower, with wet hair and my towel

Great apartments, really nice views. Location is great too. Pool a bit too cold,. The food in BB Lounge is low quality, unfortunately. Restaurants KAR Bon and especially CHAR are excellent.

Despite reporting it each time, the problem has never been resolved. I keep being told that a technician will check it, either that night or the next morning, but nothing has changed. This has now happened five times

This is making me very vulnerable and absolutely unacceptable for a FIVE-STAR HOTEL? I am concerned about they are incapable of providing effective, satisfying responses on my issue, or any other issues if they ever arise

The stay so far does not feel up to the standard of a five-star hotel. I am staying from November 11–19, and every single night I have had issues with the shower temperature

The pool was amazing no sore eyes and spotless. The gym looked out of this world from my front door lol, the paddle board courts and spin studio looked amazing

The rooms are stunning, the rooftop pool and bar very quiet and relaxing. Staff are all very attentive and friendly. Breakfast is sooooo good - with tables outside or in

Spacious room with a huge balcony and incredibly comfortable bed. The service at this hotel really stands out, the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are looked after

We love our 10 day stay at Royal Hideaway Corales. All staff are really wonderful. We have breakfast and dinner included. The balcony is private and large

Special shoutout to our waiter Paolo who greeted us with a smile every morning and was super attentive! Would highly recommend this hotel

The room was spotless all staff in hotel where very helpful and polite. The breakfast was smazong I would definitely go back.

Hotel breakfasts are normally a let down but this one was so impressive - they had everything and it was all very tasty

The room is very modern and clean but although we have a pool View there is no direct way to get to it. We have to go down a ramp into the road and back into the main entrance of the hotel and carry on from there

There was no way we could know that the pool View rooms were in an annex separate from the main hotel. My recommendation is to book a room but ensure that it’s in the main hotel

The location is wonderful, near the sea and multiple restaurants so couldn’t be better. My main gripe is that we booked a pool View room which sounds very nice

Fantastic location, plenty of restaurants outside the hotel. very clean refurbished one bed apartment. Everything you could ask for breakfast. Plenty of comfortable sun loungers. Cold pool but kids didn't care

A nice quiet hotel with what is needed for a decent stay. Good points *hotel restaurant and bar , food is good, reasonably priced. *plenty of sunbeds , no one fighting for them. *gorgeous view *pool is nice

The complex was really clean and the staff nice and friendly. The pool area was lovely and the pool bar reasonably priced. The food was great for breakfasts, snacks and evening meal

Broken chairs, broken toaster, no toilet roll holders, only 1 towel rail, a shower screen that was far too small to stop water going on the floor, the list goes on

Bad points *our room was on the road side and was so noisy we barely slept all week *most staff seem unhappy, friendly but unhappy *it is no good for anyone with mobility issues *Bed in rooms uncomfy and pillows terrible

Minimal entertainment for kids. It’s a good 25 min walk down to the beach etc. This hotel could have more going on but I suspect they’re up against other hotels that aren’t so far away from the centre

We stayed here from 12 /2/26 for a week. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 teenage boys. Accommodation was little dated, but had everything we needed for our stay and more

Great Apartments, clean & modern, not too far from all the hustle and bustle however is on top of quite a steep hill, we just hired e-scooters for the week and was fine but would definitely stay again, did t try the hotel food other than the toasties at the pool so couldn’t comment on the food but the toasties were great! Top tip get your drinks from supermarket at the hotel pool bar more than triple...

There was an excellent Spanish themed restaurant around the corner from the resort literally 2 minutes which served excellent food and had excellent background music

We loved the wibe and place! Downfall was bed it was broken, loud and sleeping like on scout beds. My back was in agony! Otherwise it was perfect stay

Only slight downside for us was it was a little too far from the beach and amenities which made it very quiet however this would suit a lot of people

We have been coming here many years and get what we expect for 2 star. Staff amazing, pool area great etc. However, this time the apartment was filthy! The electric kept going out and the microwave nearly blew up

They take the time to interact with you but in a subtle, non-invasive way and with such an easy, natural manner that you feel like you are amongst your friends, eating in their home with them hosting you

Boy oh boy, am I glad we took the chance! We all opted for steaks off the grill. 2 T-Bones, a Sirloin and a Fillet was ordered. We got chips, salad and grilled seasonal vegetables as our sides

The flavour on the bark was so well balanced and just perfectly complimented the sides. The cook on it - medium rare - was perfect. So succulent, juicy and flavourful! Top notch food for sure

I cannot rate this place high enough! I wish there were 10 stars available! Stumbled upon this place because the restaurant we were initially intent on was unexpectedly closed

Appears the reason for a one star is that pool bar opens, sells drink, people on holiday enjoying themselves can be rowdy shock horror. The fact that they are “ northers” makes them exceptional

The pool bar on site opens sporadically, snack food and drinks available and showing mainly Scottish football when it’s on. Generally very peaceful here. We will definitely be back again

Other not so good reviews are maybe applicable for the other apartments in Yucca Park. You hear people returning from the city until like 23:30. A lot of services, restaurants, massages just nearby

This is a quiet, small, pretty and well maintained complex with lots of lovely plants and trees set around the landscaped gardens and pools

Currently staying at the Yucca Park complex. Super location and very well maintained facility. Most of the apartments appear to be privately let. There is a pool bar serving good food at reasonable prices

Stayed here last week for 10 days, was dubious when we arrived however the hotel was ok, made perfect by the wonderful friendly staff! The kids loved the pools (three in total), the food was good for all of us with plenty of choice & the pool & evening bars served decent beer & spirits

Don’t believe some of the reviews! We are at the end of a weeks stay here and can truly say we have had a great time. Yea the room is a wee bit tired but immaculately clean and has everything you need

Cleaning staff come every day and bar and waiting staff work exceptionally hard to keep things running smoothly. We are all inclusive and you could eat and drink something different every night

It's as you'd expect for a 3 star apartments complex. Everything is clean and the pools are great

Honestly its a great hotel, the room was spotless on arrival the staff were friendly and informative. Yes it is located up a little hill but it is definitely not the end of the world

Bare in mind there is only one lift (it broke down on our stay a couple times but was fixed within a few hours) so if elderly/disabled you may have difficulty getting to top floor rooms
