Good convenient location by the main train station. Nicely renovated rooms.
A little lacking in amenities for the price - slippers were 5 Euros.
Rather poor soundproofing, we could clearly hear various noises from other rooms and also traffic from the streets.

The room wasn't huge, and the sink area was a bit cramped, but the bed was big and very comfortable. There was only one bottle of water, but you could get more lemon water from the front desk downstairs, which was quite good. Overall, it was a nice stay, and the location was convenient.

The hotel is clean and the staff is nice! Free storage luggage after check out and strategic location near Madrid Puerta de Atocha which is 5 minutes walking distance!

With the price, amenities are under expectation such as drinking water, slipper in the room.
Standard Coffee machine, not just only kettle and low quality coffee.

Hotel in good location. Very good customer service from this hospitality team. Be aware there are some road works in the neighbourhood so it is quiet but it will be difficult to get a taxi.
Highly recommend.

One hour to exit platform 7 NO carts to carry luggage. We have travelled 45 days on business along Spain & throughout Europe. Luggage is not light. NO ONE able to help with luggage on platform 7 to exit. Except when I got to 2nd floor the lady on post helped me. Blessings to her. Obviously, I'm referring to the Train Station Services, NOT any restaurant.

Good food but prices may not always be as stated I the menu. Good and friendly service too.

Large portions friendly service. This is a carne place so expect a lot of beef. The portions were large and the wait staff attentive. My steak was rarer than I had requested so be sure you make it clear to them. The restaurant had some good wines to go with the meal. This place is expensive all said and done.
