Good hostel, with an excellent location. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were very nice. Desk staff could have been a little more friendly and helpful but there was no mistreatment

The staff was very helpful and kind. Led my group to a wonderful night on the town in Madrid. The rooms are modern, but the beds aren't very comfortable or breathable. The rooms can get very stuffy too, but thankfully I had a window that opened up completely and at my own free will. Ultimately it's a hostel, use it to sleep and get out to see Madrid!

Great rooms and finally a comfortable bed. Showers clean. Kitchen and breakfast area huge. Decent breakfast for 5 euros. Lockers to store your bags if you leave later than checkout. They have walking tours and such. Location is fantastic. Great place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms, the shower and the toilets were clean. Each bed has its own electric plug so that's a plus compared to certain hostels. The wifi was slow, but enough to check your email or some app. Breakfast is not included but very nice and without limit, available for 5 €/. location is quite central.

Probably the worst hostel in Madrid. Terrible staff. Terrible experience. The staff do not care about you at all. They just care about making money. They tried to kick me and my friends out for ordering a burger to our apartment. Who does that. Especially when they never tell you any rules. Absolutely terrible.

Worst hostel that you ever can see. Awful rooms, very dirty, elevator working if you are pushing several times and you need to buy lock additional for putting your clothes in the garderobe. They just lying about everything. Worst stay of my live.

The location is perfect for a short trip to Madrid. It's a 2-minute walk to Plaza Major. Check-in was easy. The apartment with a double bed and two large pull-out couches was spacious and a little worn, but overall it was OK for us.

GREAT location! I loved it. We could walk anywhere. We got the private room and it was perfect Bigger than the average size hotel room. The people at the front desk was very friendy and helpful. The person at the coffee was very nice as well. I was suprise that we could not hear any noise from the basement where most of the young kids hang out. I will def. recommend it.

24 hours before arrival at the hostel they told us that there was an error in the reservation (reservation made 2 months before) and that they canceled the reservation and we had to make it again for 1,000 euros more... All this the day before the arrival with 2 minors and with all the accommodation in Madrid full. Absolute lack of professionalism.

Really disappointed by the poor beer selection here. Food was average, place is nice. Likely not coming back.

Was expecting a craft beer place. Rather disappointed with the choice. Service was efficient but not fantastic. Food rather greasy and heavy but overall good for the price. Could easily improve with a larger selection of beers and a bit more friendliness.
