Great spot right in the town and close to harbour and beach front. Clean and presentable room with excellent bathroom facilities, bed and balcony. Right on Ramblas and on one of the nights we were there the carnival was on and a concert was held virtually in front of the hotel. It was quite a noise but no problem when the balcony doors were closed and it was easy to sleep, which was good as the concert...

Great location, very clean. We had the executive room which says it comes with tea/coffee facilities but there wasn't much in the way of tea or coffee choices in the room and no milk provided. We had to buy our own milk.

I didn't know what to expect but I was impressed with this hotel. Clean. Large rooms with air con. Great location. Staff were excellent. 24 hour reception which helped as we arrived at 1am. Would absolutely come back for my next city visit and loads of great restaurants, shops and beach near by.

A great stay in a very well-located hotel! Well-connected, 5 minutes from the beach, a top-notch location. The receptionist was friendly. However, the room smells every day. It's like a sewer, and it's not very pleasant. There's only one small elevator for the entire hotel (6 floors), so don't be in a hurry going up or down: it stops at every stop! If you're unlucky, you have to wait for the next one...

The perfect location, it’s right next the Alicante Market. Staff are very friendly! My room was perfect and I highly recommend it. The only small issue was that the walls were very thins but besides I enjoyed my stay!

Good hotel with extremely friendly and polite staff. I can probably only point out 2 disadvantages: - Quite a noisy location. - There was only one socket in the room next to the bed. The second one was above the TV. You should also know that you will need to show your card number with which you made a reservation at the reception. This is the first time I have seen this.

Its more about the location than anything else... central to everything and close to the port. You can easily walk to all the main attractions. We stayed there for a couple of days. The staff is very friendly and will help you with whatever you need (calling a taxi, printing stuff, tips etc). We had great AC and the room was very comfortable. Also the price is very good for Alicante. The hotel is in proximity to everything. Bus, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets etc are within 5-10 min walk.

This hotel is definitely worth more than 2 stars. Situated in the centre of town, my room had TV, aircon, bath with shower, shampoo and shower gel. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay again.

Spent two nights here, and I’m more than satisfied - it’s clean, the location is great, I have never had a better internet anywhere before… Definitely I would consider this place again

The Cervantes Hotel left a pleasant impression. The rooms were modest and not very new, but clean and tidy. The rooms were cleaned and towels were changed every day. We enjoyed the breakfast, which included fresh orange juice, excellent coffee, and one of the traditional Spanish snacks. The staff was responsive and friendly.

Great accomodation, super location, close to beach and city center as well. 3 rooms and living room, well equipped kitchen and big shower.

My partner and I stayed in Apartamentos Plaza from last Monday till Friday, yesterday. We were so impressed with the apartment. We were met by the owner on arrival. A very friendly helpful lady. The apartment was perfect. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers. Fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, microwave, Washing machine and fridge freezer, large lounge with 2 sofa's and a small balcony. The place was just OK nothing spectacular. Air conditioning only in the living room sleep less nights because of the heat and noise- neighbours very noisy- few times someone was ringing the door bell in the middle of the night. For the price was expecting bit more compared to the previous apartament we stayed in Alicante.

We (a family of 6 with grown up kids)spent 10 days in Apartamentos plaza. The beds are very comfortable but I had to ask for extra pillows (which I got without delay) . The flat is very central and we walked with pleasure to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We were able to relax in A/C when necessary. Great checking, clean room, free parking, reasonable price

Arriving after midnight this hotel was a good option. I was able to self check-in, using the codes provided. The airport bus stops 6 minutes away, so the transfer was not a problem. The room was compact, clean, quiet & comfortable. A good buffet breakfast was included. The staff were efficient & friendly. Lots to recommend.

Just an overnight stay between trains and planes, property was good location for us, but 15 min walk to the front, staff were helpful and even had breakfast 10 min earlier than we should so we could get bus to airport

The free breakfast was nice. The no lift situation was not great but I can deal with it. What isn’t cool is the property advertised as free parking when there isn’t any parking at all. IF (and it’s a big IF) you can find street parking, that’s free in some areas depending on the painted color on the street.
