The perfect location, it’s right next the Alicante Market. Staff are very friendly! My room was perfect and I highly recommend it. The only small issue was that the walls were very thins but besides I enjoyed my stay!

Good hotel with extremely friendly and polite staff. I can probably only point out 2 disadvantages: - Quite a noisy location. - There was only one socket in the room next to the bed. The second one was above the TV. You should also know that you will need to show your card number with which you made a reservation at the reception. This is the first time I have seen this.

Its more about the location than anything else... central to everything and close to the port. You can easily walk to all the main attractions. The hotel is clean but basic, some of the rooms have not been modernised but are adequate if all you need is a place to lay your head. We stayed there for a couple of days. The staff is very friendly and will help you with whatever you need (calling a taxi, printing stuff, tips etc). We had great AC and the room was very comfortable. Also the price is very good for Alicante. The hotel is in proximity to everything. Bus, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets etc are within 5-10 min walk.

The hotel has a great location. My room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great value for money. I would use it again.

This hotel is definitely worth more than 2 stars. Situated in the centre of town, my room had TV, aircon, bath with shower, shampoo and shower gel. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay again.

Spent two nights here, and I’m more than satisfied - it’s clean, the location is great, I have never had a better internet anywhere before… Definitely I would consider this place again

The Cervantes Hotel left a pleasant impression. The rooms were modest and not very new, but clean and tidy. The rooms were cleaned and towels were changed every day. We enjoyed the breakfast, which included fresh orange juice, excellent coffee, and one of the traditional Spanish snacks. The staff was responsive and friendly.

A great stay in a very well-located hotel! Well-connected, 5 minutes from the beach, a top-notch location. The receptionist was friendly. However, the room smells every day. It's like a sewer, and it's not very pleasant. There's only one small elevator for the entire hotel (6 floors), so don't be in a hurry going up or down: it stops at every stop! Room was small but well furnished. Fantastic washroom and shower. Location is hard to beat. Bit confusing on arrival as it is two hotels sharing the entrance.

Definitely recommend this hotel, check in was quick and easy. We arrived much earlier but there was space to store our luggage. My partner and I stayed in Apartamentos Plaza from last Monday till Friday, yesterday. We were so impressed with the apartment. We were met by the owner on arrival. A very friendly helpful lady. The apartment was perfect. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers. Fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, microwave, Washing machine and fridge freezer, large lounge with 2 sofa's and a small balcony. The place was just OK nothing spectacular. Air conditioning only in the living room sleep less nights because of the heat and noise- neighbours very noisy- few times someone was ringing the door bell in the middle of the night. For the price was expecting bit more compared to the previous apartament we stayed in Alicante.

We (a family of 6 with grown up kids)spent 10 days in Apartamentos plaza. The beds are very comfortable but I had to ask for extra pillows (which I got without delay) . Great checking, clean room, free parking, reasonable price

Arriving after midnight this hotel was a good option. I was able to self check-in, using the codes provided. The airport bus stops 6 minutes away, so the transfer was not a problem. The room was compact, clean, quiet & comfortable. A good buffet breakfast was included. The staff were efficient & friendly. Lots to recommend.

Just an overnight stay between trains and planes, property was good location for us, but 15 min walk to the front, staff were helpful and even had breakfast 10 min earlier than we should so we could get bus to airport

The free breakfast was nice. The no lift situation was not great but I can deal with it. What isn’t cool is the property advertised as free parking when there isn’t any parking at all. IF (and it’s a big IF) you can find street parking, that’s free in some areas depending on the painted color on the street.
