I reached the hotel around 12:00 PM and was told I would be given a room with a living room and lounge area, but strangely, I was informed that I would not have the right to use that space

When I reported the issue to reception, it seemed they were already aware that the door was faulty, which is completely unacceptable from a safety perspective. I would like to highlight that Trip

Around 4:00 PM, I went to the reception myself and was given a different room instead. The situation became even more concerning when I reached the room and found the door already open

As a frequent traveler, I found this very unusual and confusing. I was then told that check-in would be at 4:00 PM and that I would receive a call once my room was ready

This was shocking and immediately made me feel unsafe. To make matters worse, the bathrobe provided was dirty

com handled the situation professionally when I contacted them, and they intervened promptly. Their support was far more reassuring than anything provided by the hotel staff

Great business hotel. Incredible food, friendly staff and wonderful service levels I was here for a week long meeting and can’t complain about anything. Close to the centre of things and very convenient

I was really happy that the water was refilled daily. The breakfast was also delicious, and it was a great bonus that kids ate for free. This hotel really made me fall in love with Alicante.

Great location in a quiet area of town. Pleasant walk into town centre which takes 5-10mins. Small cafes, restaurants and supermarket a short walk away Rooms very clean. Never had breakfast at the hotel

The only negative that I can think of was that it was a 20-minute walk to the nearest beach and city center. but for me/us this was not a problem. It was nice to walk and look around

Wish I had more time to enjoy the hot tub by the fitness center. Pool looked amazing but was too cold for me this time of the year

I really enjoyed staying at the AC in Alicante. Beautiful room, very quiet both great windows and very quiet heating/AC. So glad I spent the €15 on breakfast. Great service and high quality food

We stayed here over the summer last year and we had a really nice time. The first time we were given a wheelchair friendly room and so we asked to changed which the staff happily accommodated

There are two pools but it could get busy during peak times. We tried the food at the restaurants and the drinks too which were really nice. The hotel is in the centre of Alicante so it’s easy to walk everywhere

What makes this hotel a standout is not just the excellent location and beautiful views, but, most importantly, the staff. During our stay, we felt thoroughly looked after and genuinely welcome by everyone

We had a superb stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here! We experienced some issues with dinner on the first night and spoke to customer service and were impressed by how seriously it was handled

A special mention goes to Sandra, one of the waiting staff, during our first two nights. She was amazing, made a real effort to make us feel welcome, and added a warm, personal touch to our stay

The beds are comfy and the hotel is quiet at night, breakfast was better than expected and was plentiful. Highly recommended place to stop

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The good : It’s very central. It has the hotel parking, even though that car park is quite small, if it’s full there’s a public car park next door

One of the best places I stayed in Alicante. I got an upgrade and the room I got was amazing for the price I paid. Independent living room/office, huge bed, water jets in the bathtub and a huge terrace. Check the images!

" There was a popcorn cart in the lobby, but it was really dry and had zero salt. The beach right outside is ideal. Otherwise, very clean and nicely decorated!

She tried to push upgrades on us all. I had deliberately booked two separate beds, but she kept saying, "I have a double bed for you for so many euros

I stayed at Dormirdcine Alicante Hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience 😊 The staff are incredibly polite, attentive, and truly focused on guests — you really feel taken care of

I came to this hotel for my anniversary with my partner and the service from the hotel staff was just amazing! The room was very nice and clean, the breakfast had a huge variety and was delicious, and the location was pretty central

10 minute walk to the harbour, right across the street from the central market building. Close by is the parking garage which comes with a price deduction if staying at the hotel. The not so good part is the room

Got a good price and wasn’t sure what to expect. Butnabsoutkey needn’t have worried. We thought location was great- if getting the bus from airport there is a stop right opposite. Good sized twin room on third floor

We were in a corner room and Non noise from other rooms. Some noise from outside as next to a busy road. Bathroom in good order and shower quite powerful. Didn’t have food so unable to comment on that

Breakfast was included in our stay but I wouldn't pay extra for it as there are so many places close by to go with better views

The location is slightly outside the city center, but with the metro and bus station right next to the hotel, you can be in town within 5 minutes

Lovely place to stay near popular tourist attractions. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathroom is nice and has a bathtub and even a bidet

I had such a lovely stay at Sercotel Maya Alicante. The team was always friendly and welcoming, which made everything even more special

The bacon was particularly good, my son said he had never eaten such good bacon - used to the tough English varient! Anyway, I have no hesitation in giving this hotel a 10/10 and recommending this hotel as the ideal family hotel in Alacanta! My son and I will definitely be back but in the summer when we can use the swimming pool!

Just returned tonight from the city of Alicante where we stayed at Gran Sol affiliated by Melia, (we read the reviews before we traveled and our fears were gone as we arrived at the reception yesterday (this is a twenty storey plus 1970s tower) but the service and the room we stayed at made our city break most enjoyable

The room had a mini bar which was at a charge if used. Breakfast on the 2nd floor was very nice with a lot to choose from cold to hot food. The hotel was in the perfect spot for access to the shops and waterfront

We stayed here for 3 nights on a bed and breakfast basis on floor 11, stunning views over the marina. Room was small and noisy with the lift right beside us but you got use to it

Not so much of the advertised "Miralta experience" at the lounge in the winter, will need to come back check that out again in the summer. Thoroughly enjoyed the week-long stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent - close to the waterfront and right in the city center. The rooms were very nice and high quality, and it was quiet with no street noise at all

It was quite a noise but no problem when the balcony doors were closed and it was easy to sleep, which was good as the concert went on into the early hours

Right on Ramblas and on one of the nights we were there the carnival was on and a concert was held virtually in front of the hotel

This hotel has a good central location

The staff were very helpful whenever I needed assistance. I chose this hotel for its location near the train station and the tram, and it couldn’t have been more convenient. The breakfast add-on is inexpensive too

The hotel was clean and nice, greatly situated with all the facilities nearby. The only thing that bothered me is that the room was really small, like a closet, all the space was in the bathroom

Our first room was on the first floor, and the entire floor reeked of *********. The front desk kindly moved us to a higher floor room facing the main road, which was just as clean and tidy

Stayed in this hotel for 5 days and had a very good experience. The staff was polite and welcoming. The bathroom only had shower gel and water and a plastic cup for washing, but no toothbrush or toothpaste

This is a nice little hotel in a great location. We were able to walk to the port, old town etc. Street parking was easily available, not free but 1. 80E for two hours plus after 8pm to morning was free

It's not a five star hotel but I gave five stars because for the price it has almost everything you need. Our room was not huge but it was adequate. Comfortable bed, good shower, and very clean

It is easy to get here from Alicante airport whether by bus or taxi. We love the location as everything we need is walkable and it is very close to the centre of Alicante for cafes and shops

Close to all the sites in Old town as well as bars and restaurants but the location on Navàs means it’s quiet. Very accommodating team that looks after your every need

There were 4 of us staying there, good size living room & garden terrace area, beds are comfortable (but a couple of spare pillows would be nice) and apartment is in a good location it was clean & presentable, but a few things need addressing, there is a definite ant problem in the kitchen which needs sorting, they were all crawling along the bottom of the cupboards, the outside dining table needs...

The apartment is super comfortable and very large... central with bars, restaurant very close and the beach a few minutes walk... we will return

The location was very convenient, in the central of alicante, minutes away from the mercado and a 15 min walk from the beach. It would have been 4/5 but I had a strange experience with the service

Fantastic value for money! We were very satisfied with this accommodation and our expectations were definitely surpassed in every way! For such a good price we honestly didn't expect to have this level of service! Very clean, cosy room, friendly staff at the hotel, with daily cleaning service available as well, and the cleaning staff doing a very thorough and amazing job
