If the housekeeping team pays a bit more attention to details like fresh towels, this hotel would easily provide an excellent experience

I reached the hotel around 12:00 PM and was told I would be given a room with a living room and lounge area, but strangely, I was informed that I would not have the right to use that space

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring the area

Aside from that, the room itself was comfortable and the rest of the stay went smoothly

What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of apology or accountability from the hotel. Even during check-out, there was no acknowledgment of the issues I had faced. Overall, I deeply regret choosing this hotel

The room was very spacious, and there's a small gym and sauna. The front desk staff were super friendly, and the location is excellent – close to both the city center and the beach

One of the best places I stayed in Alicante. I got an upgrade and the room I got was amazing for the price I paid. Independent living room/office, huge bed, water jets in the bathtub and a huge terrace. Check the images!

The hotel is a franchise, so the decor is old; it just rebranded. The facilities inside are very basic. Plus, there are very few parking spaces, so we had to park on the street, which was inconvenient.

We went for work, so I didn't use the facilities much, but overall everything was fine.

At the beginning of November, we even used the heated pool on the roof, and the temperature was very pleasant. We had half board and the food was amazing, qood quality with variety od seafood and fish at the dinner

The hotel facilities are great and very kid-friendly. There are two swimming pools and a water park for children. Both breakfast and dinner were quite good. It's definitely a worthwhile choice.

The hotel was perfect! Breakfast and dinner were just wow! The hotel has 1 big pool and 1 rooftop pool that is heated. 25 min away from center of Alicante by public transport. Everything was 10/10.

Location is nearby beach, centre of Allicante ,supermarkets and ample of restaurants! Parking available at hotel for 10 euro fee. Pool towels can be picked up at reception and pool has plenty of seating area

My daughter became unwell during our stay (due to travel - not the hotel) and the cleaners and housekeeping were so helpful in giving additional bedding and towels and reassured us that nothing was too much to ask for

Very nice stay and in close proximity to the beach. Very friendly staff who are very accommodating. There is a heated roof top pool. But they don’t advertise it well

Our room hadn’t been cleaned earlier, so she had to do it late at night, and she seemed upset, as if it were our fault

A hotel that delivers on all parts. Great breakfast, good facilities like pool, poolbar, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. The rooms were big, comfy bed and pillows, and a luxurious bathroom

Dinner in restaurant one evening. Nice bar area to sit and relax in. It would be good if the chairs at the side of the pool reclined fully so you could lie flat

There are two pools but it could get busy during peak times. We tried the food at the restaurants and the drinks too which were really nice. The hotel is in the centre of Alicante so it’s easy to walk everywhere

The hotel called ahead to confirm our bed requirements as we were arriving late, which was really appreciated- thank you Claudia! The bar has great sea views as does the (small) outdoor pools

We're booking again for Spring 2026 and this time I plan to use the Spa as well as the lovely outdoor pool!

What makes this hotel a standout is not just the excellent location and beautiful views, but, most importantly, the staff. During our stay, we felt thoroughly looked after and genuinely welcome by everyone

Breakfast was wonderful in hotel. The junior suite was brilliant and the aircon was wonderful. Brilliant night sleep and would go back again as transport from the hotel is only €1

Its been a wonderful experience in Daniya Alicante. The staff are very pleasant and ready to help at all times. Valentina was really helpful, she was all over the place ensuring our comfort at dinner times

The hotel would need to be refreshed. Room cleaning wasn’t always accurate with used towels not being changed few times so not an accident…Breakfasts is good and buffet for dinner average

The staff is professional, helpful and speaks English well. Rooms clean, well stocked. Cleaned daily and the cleaning ladies very nice not imposing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean. Great location with a bus stop right outside to take you to the centre or the old town. Room was great, comfy bed and good shower. Would definitely stay here again

Good place, actually only thing that brings the score down is the lack of isolation in the rooms. Especially the showers/toilets

If i lay in bed and have the shower door open it's like u have ur neighbour's inside ur room. And the breakfast is very basic but still OK

Bathroom was newly renovated, very nice shower. Aircon (for heating) worked very well. No fridge (just for those really wanting one) Location is good, 5min from Tram stops, 3min from the beach

Got the room towards the back (It has a large balcony, but the sea view is really just very partial) Still, the room, was spotless clean. Beds were ok comfy, not great, not terrible

The hotel features an intimate pool and an excellent rooftop with a stunning view of the castle. The Fondillon restaurant offers tasty food at reasonable prices. The breakfasts are varied and enjoyable

Quite pricey for Alicante but lovely room and fab roof top pool (heated) overlooking Santa Barbara castle. Minibar / fridge, kettle and coffeemaker, UK etc TV channels. Very nice staff (a special shout out to Cristina)

The hotel is very comfortably furnished and located right in the center of Alicante. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful

The staff was really attentive. The first day the shower faucet broke, but they fixed it quickly. The breakfast was good and varied enough

We must give a shout out to young lady who worked so well and was delightful even when I spilt beetroot smoothie. She made our breakfasts enjoyable and pleasant to be there

Room was a great size, with tea, coffee and mini bar provided. Reception staff helpful but we had to wait until 3 pm to check in. Location not great, residential area 45 minute walk into town

Lovley stay with confey beds and pillows. Friendly staff always happy to help. Also help me to surprise my partner with a small cake for his birthday on the balcony.

In terms of location, about a 30 minute walk from town centre, but very useful if coming from the airport as it's only 15/20 minutes away by car (taxis are relatively cheap from this location to the airport)

Pool towels are provided, and the staff are friendly, even offering free popcorn every day in the reception area, which adds a nice touch

Super beautiful hotel, nice rooftop pool. Really a 2-minute walk from the beach. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, so we didn't really go to the beach. The receptionist at check-in was less than ideal

She tried to push upgrades on us all. I had deliberately booked two separate beds, but she kept saying, "I have a double bed for you for so many euros

" There was a popcorn cart in the lobby, but it was really dry and had zero salt. The beach right outside is ideal. Otherwise, very clean and nicely decorated!

The breakfast area was small and unfortunately though it was not very busy other guests were engaged in video calls which were loud and very annoying we were on holiday and wanted a nice relaxing start to our days which we did not get

We did not use the rooftop plunge pool but it's a lovely feature. Overall I would recommend for the brilliant location but do feel the breakfast experience could be improved

Still, the whole process was done without a smile and with a rather strange, unhelpful attitude. It felt at first almost like a threat that I might not get my belongings back, which was very unpleasant

Lovely place to stay near popular tourist attractions. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathroom is nice and has a bathtub and even a bidet

Our main priority was location as we wanted to explore the castle, and we found that the start of the trail up was just about five minutes away, there was also a tram station nearby, we could easily walk from the beachside to the hotel, and there was a big shopping centre not too far away from the hotel

The hotel was clean and the bedroom comfortable - I didn’t want to get out of bed it was too comfy!! The food was good! Plenty of vegan options in the evening but not so much for breakfast although there was lots of fruit and toast which was great

Went with my two friends, we all got separate units. We didn’t golf at all, lounged by the pool and went to the beach. The rooms are well air conditioned and the views are amazing

Good rest! Two swimming pools, and picturesque nature that surrounds all buildings! Quite a large number of palm trees, different types of trees and bushes, which gives oxygen saturation to every breath of yours! The hotel is located further from the local traffic, where it gives a good rest for both body and soul! One moment, I would like a bigger gym, as well as baths, saunas are not enough

Positives: Rooms were spacious and clean. Pools were not crowded and in good repair. Breakfasts were enjoyable with a fair choice. Evening restaurant is reasonable for the odd visit

Although it is a few kilometers away from the city center, you can get a quieter environment and a larger room, free parking, a nice swimming pool and breakfast, and the guy at the front desk who speaks seven languages ​​is also very enthusiastic, recommended!

Swimming pool was WOW. Golf course very well kept. A nice chilled stay with beautiful surroundings. Reception staff excelled. Would definitely stay here again. Good location with a nice square across the road.

The outdoor swimming pool was also closed during our stay, so swimming outside was not possible. If you want to use the indoor pool, you have to pay extra even if you are a hotel guest

Room is very nice, however if it faces the street you will hear cars, people and music at night. Service is very good, many breakfast options but just one coffee machine which can get busy

The woman at the reception with glasses was not very friendly and came across as quite condescending, which did not make us feel very welcome. The rooms themselves are quite old and clearly in need of renovation

Considering the price and the restrictions, there are definitely better options to stay in Alicante. Overall, the hotel was acceptable, but with these issues I would personally choose another place next time

Such lack of trust results in a -1 star rating from me. They claim it’s a standard procedure but I’m a frequent hotel guest and not a youngster anymore and that’s the first time I see such nonsense rule

It's very close to the beach. It's also only a five-minute walk from the old town. The rooftop pool offers a direct view of the castle. The fact that it even has its own parking lot is a big plus.

I had a great stay at Odyssey Rooms Hotel. The location is unbeatable, very close to all the main attractions. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are large, spacious, and very clean

Hotel was very clean with daily cleaning service, staff was friendly, breakfast had plenty of options although on one occasion we had to wait for available table but it didn’t take long. Would absolutely stay here again!

What a lovely stay in Alicante. Came here for 5 nights with my partner. Fantastic location close to local buses and trams, short walk from the beach and restaurants

After a long trip we wanted to take a shower and lay down but it was not possible, yet housekeeping is cleaning the rooms even if no green tag is hanged on the door so maybe they could focus on cleaning the rooms that people checking into, better than cleaning rooms of guests that are already in, since they didn’t even ask for this? :) still 5/5 i recommend

Beautiful view for the sea, tennis court available, easy to go to the city (by one bus, bus stop close to the hotel). We asked for ice cubes to take to room and iron, it was given to us without a problem

The only few things that we didn’t like is the lunch cost more than in the fancy restaurants in the city center, bathtub doesn’t have plunger to lock it so technically u can’t take a bath

No idea why this hotel is only 3 stars - from the last detail and design to the wonderful service and truly amazing breakfast, this hotel is probably the best place to stay if you want to be a 2 minute walk from the beach

This is key if you stay here in December/winter. Many places will have old windows and will be very cold. Mine still smells like a new one. With luxurious spa like soap, shampoo, towels. Location is just at the beach

Beautiful outside area with garden and pool. My daughter was also thrilled as they have an accessible room and she uses a wheelchair

My wife and I have just stayed here for 4 nights from 26th Feb. Small bus ride into Alicante. Rooms were very good, clean, comfortable and great value. We had no issues with road noise and all the staff were excellent

A small minor issue was, I think the room used to be a twin and is now a double, but the bedside cabinets were fixed and were a little too far from one side of the bed. I am sure they we be fixing this soon

I will say that it all looked good and was well maintained and clean. The restaurant area was simple but functional. The only real issue I had was with the evening meal the main courses were not labelled

I will say though on our first night I asked what was Gluten free, and was informed after they check that none of the main courses were GF. The chef cooked me something extra

We stayed at Hotel Boutique Calas de Alicante for 7 nights over Christmas. We arrived around 02-00 and we greeted and made very welcome by the night receptionist

Good Valencian staff, English speaking, helpful to our disabled guests from England. New hotel in very central Alicante. Good bathrooms and fittings. Could do with proper shower floor mats and bedside rugs.

Our first room was on the first floor, and the entire floor reeked of *********. The front desk kindly moved us to a higher floor room facing the main road, which was just as clean and tidy

Stayed in this hotel for 5 days and had a very good experience. The staff was polite and welcoming. The bathroom only had shower gel and water and a plastic cup for washing, but no toothbrush or toothpaste

This is a nice little hotel in a great location. We were able to walk to the port, old town etc. Street parking was easily available, not free but 1. 80E for two hours plus after 8pm to morning was free

It's not a five star hotel but I gave five stars because for the price it has almost everything you need. Our room was not huge but it was adequate. Comfortable bed, good shower, and very clean

It's hardly a full-service hotel but some of its features are. There are ladies super embracing tidiness. Clean rooms and neat looking furniture. Large bathroom with huge whirlpool bath and shower area

The perfect location, it’s right next the Alicante Market. Staff are very friendly! My room was perfect and I highly recommend it. The only small issue was that the walls were very thins but besides I enjoyed my stay!

We stayed there for a couple of days. The staff is very friendly and will help you with whatever you need (calling a taxi, printing stuff, tips etc). We had great AC and the room was very comfortable
