Poor location and average level of services (whilst the room rate has nearly doubled in the last 7 years) ; the only advantage is the rooftop pool but considering the rates these days for the level of service and amenities (you have to beg to get a few coffee sachets in the room, no water bottle etc.), I won't go back.

The breakfast was very poor. There was hardly anywhere to sit and the food was awful. The hot buffet was lukewarm and poorly stocked, no glasses for orange juice, coffee machines out of beans and overall a bad experience. Rooms felt quite basic, there wasn’t any way to cool them so we slept for three nights with the balcony door open.

Hotel with good location. Spacious room and good breakfast with lots of choice . My recent stay there was no WiFi for 24 hours , everybody needs WiFi these days when travelling. The hotel is a franchise, so the decor is old; it just rebranded. The facilities inside are very basic. Plus, there are very few parking spaces, so we had to park on the street, which was inconvenient.

The room was very spacious, and there's a small gym and sauna. The front desk staff were super friendly, and the location is excellent – close to both the city center and the beach. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit dated.

The hotel facilities are great and very kid-friendly. There are two swimming pools and a water park for children. Both breakfast and dinner were quite good. It's definitely a worthwhile choice.

The hotel's dinner buffet was plentiful. There's free parking outside the hotel, and the pool has a kids' play area, so it seems very family-friendly. However, with so many children, it wasn't really suitable for us; it was too noisy.

Very nice stay and in close proximity to the beach. Would love to visit again. Very friendly staff who are very accommodating. There is a heated roof top pool. But they don’t advertise it well. Three days into our stay we realised the roof top pool is good for this winter-spring weather. Otherwise a pleasant stay!

Room was big, bright, and spotlessly clean, as indeed was the whole hotel. Excellent friendly staff, and excellent location. However, as I have some mobility issues, a handrail on the 3 steps and/or short steep slope necessary to get to the lift would have been a great help. However, this is a minor fault and doesn’t detract from my overall 5* marking.

Newly renovated hotel with huge garden and pool. The spa is fantastic (it has a super cold ice bath, 2 saunas and 2 pools) and the dinner is also great. The breakfast was also good - it could be even better if they offered fresh coffee too. We will be back, thank you!

Room is very nice, however if it faces the street you will hear cars, people and music at night. Very nice shower facilities. I can only share my experiences of the restaurant, which was absolutely phenomenal. Excellent food and the service was brilliant, with reasonably priced meals in a pristine and relaxed environment. Hotel was clean. Rooms were good. Parking was handy and free. 20-30 mins walk from he all main places. Hotel keeps security deposit in form of credit card too. Which was not normal . No other hotel kept the deposit.

Overall, it was not bad. We found their services were enough for travelling this city. One drawback is that this hotel is located in the end of city center and we need to walk 20 or 30 minutes to vibrant area.

Nothing too much to fault inside the hotel which was clean and comfortable, except maybe the limited dinner menu. Drinks very expensive. Car parking free but beware. We parked up 2 motorcycles in the motorcycle parking area and one of them was hit by a large van which rammed the back of it damaging the rear end. A bit far from the city center, but there are frequent bus connections to both the city and the airport. The hotel has no soundproofing, but it’s well maintained and clean. Overall, good value for money.

Great price, approx 1 hr walk from marina. Uber about E10, on main bus route. 15 mins from airport. Nice palm tree park about 15 mins walk. Has food available till 11pm. Only issue we had was the wetroom shower flooded a little. Overall really good experience.

Nice hotel staff Bad points : 14 mins drive from town centre you need bus or car to get there .
