Hotel with good location. Spacious room and good breakfast with lots of choice . My recent stay there was no WiFi for 24 hours , everybody needs WiFi these days when travelling. Staff weren’t really bothered about this and offered no solution when I couldn’t get my phone to work . I wouldn’t stay again as I thought that the staff were unhelpful and overwhelmed/ unfriendly

The hotel is a franchise, so the decor is old; it just rebranded. The facilities inside are very basic. Plus, there are very few parking spaces, so we had to park on the street, which was inconvenient.

The room was very spacious, and there's a small gym and sauna. The front desk staff were super friendly, and the location is excellent – close to both the city center and the beach. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit dated.

Poor location and average level of services (whilst the room rate has nearly doubled in the last 7 years) ; the only advantage is the rooftop pool but considering the rates these days for the level of service and amenities (you have to beg to get a few coffee sachets in the room, no water bottle etc.), I won't go back.

The breakfast was very poor. There was hardly anywhere to sit and the food was awful. The hot buffet was lukewarm and poorly stocked, no glasses for orange juice, coffee machines out of beans and overall a bad experience. Rooms felt quite basic, there wasn’t any way to cool them so we slept for three nights with the balcony door open.

Great hotel close enough to all the amenities, very reasonable price, clean, friendly staff. It's not a five star hotel so don't expect it to be. Breakfast was included in our stay but I wouldn't pay extra for it as there are so many places close by to go with better views. We would stay there again

I can only share my experiences of the restaurant, which was absolutely phenomenal. Excellent food and the service was brilliant, with reasonably priced meals in a pristine and relaxed environment. The waitress Brook was very friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well catered for. Thank you very much 👍🏻 I highly recommend!

Room is very nice, however if it faces the street you will hear cars, people and music at night. Very nice shower facilities. Service is very good, many breakfast options but just one coffee machine which can get busy. We found a good deal for a three bedroom apartment and were very happy with our stay. The proximity next to Alicante airport makes it very convenient. What a lovely stay in Alicante.Came here for 5 nights with my partner. Fantastic location close to local buses and trams, short walk from the beach and restaurants. We stayed as a group of 11 friends from a zumba class with our instructor. Great location for us to do zumba on quiet beach or on tennis court. Rooms are clean, large and comfortable. Our first room was on the first floor, and the entire floor reeked of *********. The front desk kindly moved us to a higher floor room facing the main road, which was just as clean and tidy. This is a nice little hotel in a great location. We were able to walk to the port, old town etc. Lots of food options nearby. Street parking was easily available, not free but 1.80E for two hours plus after 8pm to morning was free.

Very nice stay and in close proximity to the beach. Would love to visit again. Very friendly staff who are very accommodating. There is a heated roof top pool. But they don’t advertise it well. Three days into our stay we realised the roof top pool is good for this winter-spring weather. Otherwise a pleasant stay!

Currently staying here and cannot fault the room. We are staying in the premier junior suite and it's just beautiful with a marina view. However I have one complaint! Lovely hotel right by the port. Our room was the junior suite and it had a magnificent view of the sea and the beach. Love this Location so Close to airport and at the Begining of the city. Very peaceful environment with private car park. With a Cafe below just makes it a very relaxing place from the noise of the city. Great for those who love a quite and relaxing time

it’s a nice hotel, the room wasn’t special but pretty big for the price. the pool is really nice and wasn’t full at all when we were there. you can get to the city center by bus and the beach is also really close! also i would recommend visiting the parc which is about a 10 minute walk and sooo nice
