Hotel with good location. Spacious room and good breakfast with lots of choice . My recent stay there was no WiFi for 24 hours , everybody needs WiFi these days when travelling. Staff weren’t really bothered about this and offered no solution when I couldn’t get my phone to work . I wouldn’t stay again as I thought that the staff were unhelpful and overwhelmed/ unfriendly

The hotel is a franchise, so the decor is old; it just rebranded. The facilities inside are very basic. Plus, there are very few parking spaces, so we had to park on the street, which was inconvenient.

The room was very spacious, and there's a small gym and sauna. The front desk staff were super friendly, and the location is excellent – close to both the city center and the beach. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit dated.

Very nice stay and in close proximity to the beach. Would love to visit again. Very friendly staff who are very accommodating. There is a heated roof top pool. But they don’t advertise it well. Poor location and average level of services (whilst the room rate has nearly doubled in the last 7 years) ; the only advantage is the rooftop pool but considering the rates these days for the level of service and amenities (you have to beg to get a few coffee sachets in the room, no water bottle etc.), I won't go back.

We stayed here over the summer last year and we had a really nice time. The first time we were given a wheelchair friendly room and so we asked to changed which the staff happily accommodated. The breakfast was very poor. There was hardly anywhere to sit and the food was awful. The hot buffet was lukewarm and poorly stocked, no glasses for orange juice, coffee machines out of beans and overall a bad experience. Rooms felt quite basic, there wasn’t any way to cool them so we slept for three nights with the balcony door open.

While the room was impressively clean and featured a lovely balcony view, the sleeping arrangements were a major letdown. The "double bed" was actually two singles pushed together with 2 separate mattresses, and because they were on wheels, they constantly moved apart during the night!

I can only share my experiences of the restaurant, which was absolutely phenomenal. Excellent food and the service was brilliant, with reasonably priced meals in a pristine and relaxed environment. However, as I have some mobility issues, a handrail on the 3 steps and/or short steep slope necessary to get to the lift would have been a great help. Room is very nice, however if it faces the street you will hear cars, people and music at night. Very nice shower facilities. Service is very good, many breakfast options but just one coffee machine which can get busy. What a lovely stay in Alicante.Came here for 5 nights with my partner. Fantastic location close to local buses and trams, short walk from the beach and restaurants. Hotel was very clean with daily cleaning service, staff was friendly, breakfast had plenty of options although on one occasion we had to wait for available table but it didn’t take long. Would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic hotel. Clean and lovely rooms and breakfast. Very helpful to our deaf group.

Lovely city centre hotel in the heart of the city, ideal for shopping, the beach, castle. Rooms were immaculate, plenty of towels, large shower cubicle, well done to the cleaning staff. Helpful staff regarding check in process and any questions you might have about Alicante. The only minor problem that we had was with the cleaning trolly being wheeled past the bedroom door in the morning, very noisy...

Great spot right in the town and close to harbour and beach front. Clean and presentable room with excellent bathroom facilities, bed and balcony. Right on Ramblas and on one of the nights we were there the carnival was on and a concert was held virtually in front of the hotel. It was quite a noise but no problem when the balcony doors were closed and it was easy to sleep, which was good as the concert...

Great location, very clean. We had the executive room which says it comes with tea/coffee facilities but there wasn't much in the way of tea or coffee choices in the room and no milk provided. We had to buy our own milk.

This place is excellent the Team are amazing and Friendly The Hotel is in the centre and everything is within walking distance Highly recommended

I didn't know what to expect but I was impressed with this hotel. Clean. Large rooms with air con. Great location. Staff were excellent. 24 hour reception which helped as we arrived at 1am. Would absolutely come back for my next city visit and loads of great restaurants, shops and beach near by.

A great stay in a very well-located hotel! Well-connected, 5 minutes from the beach, a top-notch location. The receptionist was friendly. However, the room smells every day. It's like a sewer, and it's not very pleasant. There's only one small elevator for the entire hotel (6 floors), so don't be in a hurry going up or down: it stops at every stop! If you're unlucky, you have to wait for the next one...
