Poor location and average level of services (whilst the room rate has nearly doubled in the last 7 years) ; the only advantage is the rooftop pool but considering the rates these days for the level of service and amenities (you have to beg to get a few coffee sachets in the room, no water bottle etc.), I won't go back.

We stayed here over the summer last year and we had a really nice time. The first time we were given a wheelchair friendly room and so we asked to changed which the staff happily accommodated. The breakfast was very poor. There was hardly anywhere to sit and the food was awful. The hot buffet was lukewarm and poorly stocked, no glasses for orange juice, coffee machines out of beans and overall a bad experience. Rooms felt quite basic, there wasn’t any way to cool them so we slept for three nights with the balcony door open.

The hotel is a franchise, so the decor is old; it just rebranded. The facilities inside are very basic. Plus, there are very few parking spaces, so we had to park on the street, which was inconvenient.

Room was dated but the real issue is very poor maintenance, such as soap build up on bathtub, silicone joints on bidets gone, poorly solid shower heads, no electrical outlet near night table (only behind TV). Noise: you can hear ppl walking by hallway, doors opening and closing, ppl talking.. not such a quiet good night sleep here...

It’s very centrally located in Alicante which is good; it’s a bit old but has charm.  It’s good value for money. The breakfast was OK, sufficient.

Room was big, bright, and spotlessly clean, as indeed was the whole hotel. Excellent friendly staff, and excellent location. However, as I have some mobility issues, a handrail on the 3 steps and/or short steep slope necessary to get to the lift would have been a great help. However, this is a minor fault and doesn’t detract from my overall 5* marking.

Newly renovated hotel with huge garden and pool. The spa is fantastic (it has a super cold ice bath, 2 saunas and 2 pools) and the dinner is also great. The breakfast was also good - it could be even better if they offered fresh coffee too. We will be back, thank you!

The room was exactly as booked and shown in the pictures on the site. It was clean, reasonably spacious. A separate toilet and shower. Plenty of storage. Cleaned/refreshed daily. It was quiet both inside & outside.

First time in Alicante we weren’t sure what to expect but this hotel was great! The staff were so nice and the room was perfect. Also the bar upstairs had such fun drinks! Breakfast was great every morning, we especially loved the fancy Nespresso machines and the chocolate donuts hehe. Truly enjoy the stay in a well-maintained apartment with good amenities and in a good location. Double-glazing windows helped to dampen the street noise during busy period. Host is very responsive to questions.

The hotel is nicely finished, the service is ok. However, the hotel is located in an old tenement house, so outside noise can penetrate the room.

One of the best experiences! Very good location. Nice restaurant in the square just outdoor! In the heart of the city - easy to get to any points of interest. Very spacious room! They knew we were coming with a kid and they left a nice teddy bear for her waiting on the bed. 👌

Travelled solo, had a great experience in the city, what a beautiful place and the hotels location was perfect, staff very helpful and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

Very good central location. Overpriced for what it is but very convenient if you don't mind paying that bit extra. Rooms can be noisy at night. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Giving 5 stars here because we actually had to move room twice but it was dealt with efficiently and exceptionally well. Staff friendly, rooms lovely, breakfast lovely.

Breakfast buffet was amazing. Amazing staff . Receptionist very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole hotel is immaculately clean , rooms bright airy and modern , lovely bathroom. Easy access anywhere to surrounding bars & tapas.. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
