Very nice stay❤️❤️ with nice breakfast and swimming pool. Nice view from balcony ❤️
Aside from that, the room itself was comfortable and the rest of the stay went smoothly
If the housekeeping team pays a bit more attention to details like fresh towels, this hotel would easily provide an excellent experience
Common areas are well kept, and the hotel’s location by the sea is ideal — both central and tranquil. In short, a high-quality, well-managed hotel where The Level significantly enhances the experience
The towels in the bathroom had a noticeable tomato sauce–like smell, which was unexpected and a bit unpleasant. It seemed like they may not have been fully cleaned or properly replaced
Breakfast was super nice, many many options to choose, as a vegetarian also we had many good things to eat. Plus gluten free and other options available
Great business hotel. Incredible food, friendly staff and wonderful service levels
I was here for a week long meeting and can’t complain about anything. Close to the centre of things and very convenient
I was really happy that the water was refilled daily. The breakfast was also delicious, and it was a great bonus that kids ate for free. This hotel really made me fall in love with Alicante.
Great location in a quiet area of town. Pleasant walk into town centre which takes 5-10mins. Small cafes, restaurants and supermarket a short walk away
Rooms very clean. Never had breakfast at the hotel
I really enjoyed staying at the AC in Alicante. Beautiful room, very quiet both great windows and very quiet heating/AC. So glad I spent the €15 on breakfast. Great service and high quality food
Dinner in restaurant one evening. Nice bar area to sit and relax in. It would be good if the chairs at the side of the pool reclined fully so you could lie flat
Wish I had more time to enjoy the hot tub by the fitness center. Pool looked amazing but was too cold for me this time of the year
Very good hotel, very beautiful scenery, good environment, good hygiene, good service, very friendly waiters, recommended, I will choose this hotel next time.
We stayed here over the summer last year and we had a really nice time. The first time we were given a wheelchair friendly room and so we asked to changed which the staff happily accommodated
What makes this hotel a standout is not just the excellent location and beautiful views, but, most importantly, the staff. During our stay, we felt thoroughly looked after and genuinely welcome by everyone
Lovely super helpful, eveyone was great, cool place. Some loud music but thankfully didn’t last too long, gym was good 5th floor corridor carpet a bit tired but room spotless
We had a superb stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here! We experienced some issues with dinner on the first night and spoke to customer service and were impressed by how seriously it was handled
A special mention goes to Sandra, one of the waiting staff, during our first two nights. She was amazing, made a real effort to make us feel welcome, and added a warm, personal touch to our stay

The hotel is a franchise, so the decor is old; it just rebranded. The facilities inside are very basic. Plus, there are very few parking spaces, so we had to park on the street, which was inconvenient.
The room was very spacious, and there's a small gym and sauna. The front desk staff were super friendly, and the location is excellent – close to both the city center and the beach
Amazing stay and great location. Hotel staffs were very friendly and welcoming
The only downside is that the facilities are a bit dated
We went for work, so I didn't use the facilities much, but overall everything was fine.
Staff weren’t really bothered about this and offered no solution when I couldn’t get my phone to work. I wouldn’t stay again as I thought that the staff were unhelpful and overwhelmed/ unfriendly
I was running the marathon in Valencia and needed to keep my diet plain and clean, for anyone else doing something similar in the future I would say that the breakfast and the dinner are sufficient to correct carb load if that's what you need to do
The hotel facilities are great and very kid-friendly. There are two swimming pools and a water park for children. Both breakfast and dinner were quite good. It's definitely a worthwhile choice.
The hotel's dinner buffet was plentiful. There's free parking outside the hotel, and the pool has a kids' play area, so it seems very family-friendly
Location is nearby beach, centre of Allicante ,supermarkets and ample of restaurants! Parking available at hotel for 10 euro fee. Pool towels can be picked up at reception and pool has plenty of seating area
The hotel was perfect! Breakfast and dinner were just wow! The hotel has 1 big pool and 1 rooftop pool that is heated. 25 min away from center of Alicante by public transport. Everything was 10/10.
Very nice stay and in close proximity to the beach. Very friendly staff who are very accommodating. There is a heated roof top pool. But they don’t advertise it well
"
There was a popcorn cart in the lobby, but it was really dry and had zero salt. The beach right outside is ideal. Otherwise, very clean and nicely decorated!
Super beautiful hotel, nice rooftop pool. Really a 2-minute walk from the beach. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, so we didn't really go to the beach. The receptionist at check-in was less than ideal
She tried to push upgrades on us all. I had deliberately booked two separate beds, but she kept saying, "I have a double bed for you for so many euros
Great little hotel right in the heart of Alicante easy access to shops, bars, restaurants, the old town, beach and marina
Only con is the size of the rooms. They lack places to hang clothing out of to keep a bottle. The breakfast is really good and so is the location. If you have a car you need to park at the port parking 25$ a night
The room was spacious, bright, and always spotless ✨ I appreciated the daily refilled water, coffee and tea, and the surprisingly good vanity amenities
I came to this hotel for my anniversary with my partner and the service from the hotel staff was just amazing! The room was very nice and clean, the breakfast had a huge variety and was delicious, and the location was pretty central
Got a good price and wasn’t sure what to expect. Butnabsoutkey needn’t have worried. We thought location was great- if getting the bus from airport there is a stop right opposite. Good sized twin room on third floor
We were in a corner room and Non noise from other rooms. Some noise from outside as next to a busy road. Bathroom in good order and shower quite powerful. Didn’t have food so unable to comment on that
Great hotel close enough to all the amenities, very reasonable price, clean, friendly staff. It's not a five star hotel so don't expect it to be
Happily stored our bags for the day after checkout. Would stay again if visiting Alicante
Lovely hotel, very good and friendly stuff. Perfect location, we will come back
Only issue we encountered is the canteen staff did not speak English and with our full board chosen as an extra it was buffet at times and ordering from the menu and times, so with the language barrier it just made things abit difficult
Their outstanding service made a real difference and deserves special recognition! Additionally, the food was outstanding every day, both at breakfast and dinner. We are looking forward to our next visit already
Its been a wonderful experience in Daniya Alicante. The staff are very pleasant and ready to help at all times. Valentina was really helpful, she was all over the place ensuring our comfort at dinner times
I would like to highlight Valentina from the restaurant team. She was very kind, attentive, and professional, and her excellent service made my experience even better
My stay at Hotel Daniya in Spain was wonderful. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and always ready to help
If it had a buffet for all breakfast, lunch and dinner. This place would be perfect for a get away and stay. Even though the staff were polite and friendly
Still, the whole process was done without a smile and with a rather strange, unhelpful attitude. It felt at first almost like a threat that I might not get my belongings back, which was very unpleasant
Lovely place to stay near popular tourist attractions. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathroom is nice and has a bathtub and even a bidet
Our main priority was location as we wanted to explore the castle, and we found that the start of the trail up was just about five minutes away, there was also a tram station nearby, we could easily walk from the beachside to the hotel, and there was a big shopping centre not too far away from the hotel
The hotel was clean and the bedroom comfortable - I didn’t want to get out of bed it was too comfy!!
The food was good! Plenty of vegan options in the evening but not so much for breakfast although there was lots of fruit and toast which was great
What more can I say? I highly recommend this place
The room was spotless and very well looked after every day — you can really tell the staff care. And the breakfast was spectacular! So many delicious options and everything fresh and beautifully presented
It's very close to the beach. It's also only a five-minute walk from the old town. The rooftop pool offers a direct view of the castle. The fact that it even has its own parking lot is a big plus.
Amazing location, 3 mins away from the beach and the town center, amazing service and very clean. Will recommend!!
15am this room is disturbed by the emptying of the large bins across the road. Throughout the night motor bikes are moved into the parking lot also across the road
Hotel was very clean with daily cleaning service, staff was friendly, breakfast had plenty of options although on one occasion we had to wait for available table but it didn’t take long. Would absolutely stay here again!
I had a great stay at Odyssey Rooms Hotel. The location is unbeatable, very close to all the main attractions. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are large, spacious, and very clean
What a lovely stay in Alicante. Came here for 5 nights with my partner. Fantastic location close to local buses and trams, short walk from the beach and restaurants
Great place. Lovely 3 bedroom apartments. A bit far from the city so a car is essential
Service at the restaurant was a hit and miss with one arrogant male attendant we tried to avoid. Further the property is clean and parking garage is affordable and convenient indoors (payable) and outdoors (free)
Good rest! Two swimming pools, and picturesque nature that surrounds all buildings! Quite a large number of palm trees, different types of trees and bushes, which gives oxygen saturation to every breath of yours! The hotel is located further from the local traffic, where it gives a good rest for both body and soul!
One moment, I would like a bigger gym, as well as baths, saunas are not enough
The site is clean and set in well tended gardens. Negatives:
Room kitchen is not very well equipped, making family meals was tricky. Overall:
Very happy with our stay at El Plantio and will look to book there again
Positives:
Rooms were spacious and clean. Pools were not crowded and in good repair. Breakfasts were enjoyable with a fair choice. Evening restaurant is reasonable for the odd visit
Worth noting that you will need transport if staying there as it is not on a bus route and is about a 10 min journey to the next town or Alicante

He noticed that I did not speak Spanish and, without me addressing him in English, he kindly switched to English. This thoughtful gesture was very much appreciated and exceeded my expectations
My partner and I visited the hotel with a day pass to experience the facilities. Unfortunately, there was an event on the day we attended, which meant there were quite a few children around
However, the hotel itself was excellent. The staff were very polite and attentive, and I would like to highlight the service provided by a waiter named Adrian
Lunch options are good however if you don't want fish options you'll need to plan ahead with the staff for buffet service
Swimming pool was WOW. Golf course very well kept. A nice chilled stay with beautiful surroundings. Reception staff excelled. Would definitely stay here again. Good location with a nice square across the road.
Pleasant room with a good view, only stayed one night but all good.

It's right in the heart of Alicante city. The staff are really friendly and happy to help plan trips and provide good advice on possible places to go for food and the sights (based on your interests)
Hotel was clean and room was comfortable and perfect for our 4 night stay. The breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Staff were friendly and helpful
The location is perfect to explore Alicante. Very close to the central market and the old town. Extremely comfortable bed, superking size too
There was a great choice of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and the promenade and beach were just 10 minutes walk away
We enjoyed excellent service, good location and clean facilities. The breakfast buffet was very good and some items changed daily. Our room was spacious, quiet and the A/C and wifi worked like a charm
Great location, really nice breakfast. Warm showers and good air conditioning. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms. Car park close by slightly discounted. Cannot ask for anymore.
The staff is professional, helpful and speaks English well. Rooms clean, well stocked. Cleaned daily and the cleaning ladies very nice not imposing. I highly recommend this hotel.
Very clean. Great location with a bus stop right outside to take you to the centre or the old town. Room was great, comfy bed and good shower. Would definitely stay here again
VERY NICE CLEAN HOTEL.
BUS STOP OUT SIDE THE FRONT DOOR AND TRAM STOPS 5 MINS WALK GOING INTO ALACANTE FOR THE PRICE OF 1.45 EURO'S .YOU HAVE TO TRY THE THE GOOD BURGER TOO WHICH IS 50 YARDS UP THE STREET
Good place, actually only thing that brings the score down is the lack of isolation in the rooms. Especially the showers/toilets
The hotel was clean and comfortable and had everything you need. All the staff were very helpful. A cafe / bar was open until 11 pm every evening. Very close to the sandy beach and plenty of places to eat nearby
If i lay in bed and have the shower door open it's like u have ur neighbour's inside ur room. And the breakfast is very basic but still OK
We stayed in a room that you had to take the elevator up two floors, then take stairs up to our floor - a little odd and harder with 100lbs of suitcases to carry. But the service was very courteous and helpful
The hotel features an intimate pool and an excellent rooftop with a stunning view of the castle. The Fondillon restaurant offers tasty food at reasonable prices. The breakfasts are varied and enjoyable
Only thing missing for me was a bar. Apparently there's one up top but closed when we went. The cosy library would be perfect spot for one. Parking in basement tight but great to have one in such a central location
Hospes Amérigo – A Perfect Blend of Elegance and Comfort
What a cool yet elegant 5-star hotel in a fabulous location! The facilities are first-class, including excellent restaurants and a stylish rooftop bar
The hotel is just 300 meters from a beautiful beach and only 15 minutes from the airport — incredibly convenient. Every member of staff was attentive and welcoming, making our stay truly special
We ate at two of the recommendations and they were fabulous. Perhaps the guide makes one less adventurous, but when every other storefront is a restaurant, it’s helpful to pare down options
The views from room 1803 (superior room with views) in fact that room has city, castle Santa Barbara , marina, and sea views along the coastline, the hotel is city based but one hundred metres from the sea and the esplanade which is lined with some wonderful restaurants and bars Palmitos is worth a visit, the hotel is within walking distance of the colourful floral old town, the castle (although we...
Just returned tonight from the city of Alicante where we stayed at Gran Sol affiliated by Melia, (we read the reviews before we traveled and our fears were gone as we arrived at the reception yesterday (this is a twenty storey plus 1970s tower) but the service and the room we stayed at made our city break most enjoyable
The room had a mini bar which was at a charge if used. Breakfast on the 2nd floor was very nice with a lot to choose from cold to hot food. The hotel was in the perfect spot for access to the shops and waterfront
Had a 3 night stay at this hotel. The location is really great and central to everything. The superior room was spacious and had a separate lounge area but could do with renovating
We stayed here for 3 nights on a bed and breakfast basis on floor 11, stunning views over the marina. Room was small and noisy with the lift right beside us but you got use to it
The beds were comfortable and we slept really well. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly
Great hotel with a luxerious feeling. Everything you need and good service. A little far out of the cetre. Recommended if you have transport, like a car or bike.
We had one evening meal whilst there and whilst it was a bit expensive it was beautiful and very tasty. Location we caught no 2 bus a 5 min walk away to city. Be aware the no 2 is different buses going out and coming in
Regarding cleanliness, although the room was cleaned every day, we noticed visible black mold buildup in the shower (as shown in the photo), and some of the mold was coming off during showering
Lovely hotel in residential part of Alicante
The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom lovely and beds comfortable
We had Breakfast which was plentiful and many different things to choose
We must give a shout out to young lady who worked so well and was delightful even when I spilt beetroot smoothie. She made our breakfasts enjoyable and pleasant to be there
There are many cafés and restaurants nearby, including several affordable options, which is perfect for a relaxed evening without needing to travel into the city
Not so much of the advertised "Miralta experience" at the lounge in the winter, will need to come back check that out again in the summer. Thoroughly enjoyed the week-long stay
It's a bit hard to find, but everything else was excellent.
I’ve stayed in most of the hotels in Alicante and I can safely say this was a great experience- the team on the front desk couldn’t do enough for us, I was so delighted when they delivered up a special gift for my birthday to our suite
Special mention must be made of the bellhops; they guided me to the parking lot and to my car – thank you so much! One of them was even learning Chinese on Duolingo, so cute! The hotel's rooftop bar offers a fantastic view of the square
Just returned from a fantastic 4 day trip to Alicante staying at the Eurostars
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent - close to the waterfront and right in the city center. The rooms were very nice and high quality, and it was quiet with no street noise at all
Helpful staff regarding check in process and any questions you might have about Alicante. The only minor problem that we had was with the cleaning trolly being wheeled past the bedroom door in the morning, very noisy
Right on Ramblas and on one of the nights we were there the carnival was on and a concert was held virtually in front of the hotel
No parking but they have a discounted deal with a local underground parking at € 10
Lovely city centre hotel in the heart of the city, ideal for shopping, the beach, castle. Rooms were immaculate, plenty of towels, large shower cubicle, well done to the cleaning staff
It was quite a noise but no problem when the balcony doors were closed and it was easy to sleep, which was good as the concert went on into the early hours
This place is excellent the Team are amazing and Friendly
The Hotel is in the centre and everything is within walking distance
Highly recommended
It was by far the worst hotel of our trip in Spain. The beds were hard solid, there was no European plugs for charging our devices, the room was extremely hot without AC. It looked and smelled the old property
Overall, the room was clean, and the hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes from the city centre. However, there was no air conditioning control, and the soundproofing was poor
Noise: you can hear ppl walking by hallway, doors opening and closing, ppl talking. not such a quiet good night sleep here. Onsite paid parking is available, you may be lucky to find street parking
The staff were very helpful whenever I needed assistance. I chose this hotel for its location near the train station and the tram, and it couldn’t have been more convenient. The breakfast add-on is inexpensive too
Wonderful location, clean rooms, kindly stuff. The breakfast is included and it's not bad. The hotel is placed really close to the train station, the centre and the beach as well
