Have stayed here before, it is nicely located, quiet, basic but nice, clean and friendly.
We do not eat breakfast, but where ever we stay, we buy breakfast, just drink the coffee and take a bacon sandwich / boiled egg to eat later, this it seems is no longer allowed, signs on every table state food must not be taken from dining room.
In future I will save the €7 each per day breakfast charge and just buy a coffee.
They do offer food, but it seems to be only very expensive＜€13/14)＞ burgers ordered from a local takeout.

Nothing fancy but exactly as advertised.. Great location and very competitive price.

Hotel is great location right in the middle of old town cleaned everyday with fresh towels
We had no view at all just a window looking at the hotel ventilation.
There was no coffee or tea facilities in the room. Only 1 plug to charge phone etc. no complimentary toiletries just a dispenser that did not work.
We also had no electricity for 4 hours we needed to be up by 6 to have a shower and get ready but we couldn't with the room Bern pitch black. We went to the reception 4 times complained they did nothing one lady who worked there told me to shut up and was very rude the whole hotel had lights on for example we asked next door if they had lights there was lights in the hallway etc.. this is basic necessity we didn't mind about the other facilities but this spoilt our last day there was no apology or nothing.
We would of gone here again if it wasn't for this such a shame really. Few tweaks to make the stay slot better

Small hotel. Very nice an polite staff. Rooms are good but basic. Location great right in the heart of the old town with access to plenty of shops , bars and restaurants .

Terrible stay. The noise levels were impossible to cope with.
Fully aware it was new years eve but when the hotel bar is blasting music outside at 3 o'clock in the afternoon with obviously no consideration for the rooms directly above. The only reaction from reception was a shrug of the shoulders. Late night revellers is one thing but this establishment needs to decide whether they are actually a hotel or disco tech.
We left a day early.

Basic, clean, decent-sized rooms with comfortable beds (twin room), staff were friendly and helpful. Aircon in room for both heating and cooling (no surcharge). WiFi is available in all areas of the hotel but we found the connection to be very poor in our 2nd floor room. Overall a good budget hotel in a great location.

The Hotel City Benidorm Olimpia is a place I recommend for its proximity to the beaches and various tourist attractions. The service is also very friendly. I would stay there again.
