Stayed with a group of friends early April. We had a pool view which was good those staying on the back did experience a bit of noise early morning due to people coming home from the bars. Hotel was clean, staff friendly.The hotel is in an ideal spot right at the end of Levante beach with easy access to bars and restaurants either on the strip or beach front.As we were there early April the air con wasn’t on and rooms were very warm as temperatures reached 26C while we were there.Breakfast was good with a good choice including Cava if you want to top up the alcohol from the night before .

Having stayed at this hotel 4 times, I am afraid this will be my last! Having travelled for a special occasion I emailed the hotel to let them know nothing was done! Wasn’t even acknowledged! On one particular night we asked for the receptionist to call us a taxi, we had a booking at a hard to get into restaurant in the old town, taxi didn’t appear. I asked the receptionist to call again, and she was too busy taking to her friend that she had admitted she had to forgot to call us one! For the price of this hotel, I would expect so much more! A lot nicer hotels in Benidorm I’m afraid.

Stayed here 29 th for five nights , Karen checked us in friendly as ever . Pool view gets sun all day, breakfast is great we had evening meal which was really nice , bar staff big smile on face when saw us , room really comfy, booked again for next year but hope to go back again later this year , there’s a Spanish family who have been going for years and remembers us and spoke which was really nice .

We are a group of friends who stay at Hotel Nereo every March for the festival. We find that Hotel Nereo suits us down to the ground. Friendly and efficient reception, great food in the friendly restaurant and entertainment every night in the cosy bar. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are clean. There is a heated outdoor pool which was well used during our stay. We are already booked for next year!!!

Just back from another great stay at the Nereo & already looking forward to returning. Everything about this hotel is perfect to us from it's location to staff, food & rooms. Everyone is friendly & helpfull. Special mention for room maid Liliana who is especially always happy & takes time to chat while she works. The hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere. One small niggle is they could do with getting proper lager glasses in the bar as the drink soon goes flat in the straight sided ones they have. Other than that would recommend the Nereo to anyone.

Spent 11 nights half board . Great outside swimming pool , solarium breakfast, great food , extremely clean great staff . Rooms are basic but functional. My regards to Juan my namesake in the restaurant

Hotel with a good location in Benidorm, many restaurants and shops in the area. The hotel is 5 minutes from the beach. The hotel has an older audience 70+

Pros:
Central location.
Large terrace to the room.
Well-kept room.

The overall impression of the breakfast is:
Selection 6 (1-spartan - 10 is overwhelming selection).
Quality 5 (1- terrible - 10 highest possible quality).
Value for money 5 (1- not worth - 10 absolutely worth the money).

Cons:
Small rooms.
Small toilets.
Old air conditioning, difficult to get heat.
Loud noise in the breakfast room.
Bed firmness 5 (Sinks right through 0 - lies on top of the mattress 10).

Value for money on the entire stay 4 (Throws money down the drain 0 - Break Even 5 - Highest profit 10).

Really nice hotel. Breakfast was superb...massive choice. Spotlessly clean. Entertainment in evening's was really good but not many guests seem to go to watch/listen which is a shame. Only downside for us was no kettle and no usb ports in rooms.

We love Servigroup hotels and stayed in Nereo twice now as well as the Rialto and we stayed in the Calypso!!!

We have stayed in the Don Pancho a couple of times aswell but its definitely better value for money with Servigroup.

Going forward we will only book a Servigroup hotel !!!

The rooms are basic so could do with a face lift. Please put a few microwaves in the dining room so guests can heat up their food. I know it's hard to keep such a large selection of food hot, so this would really help. The reception staff were amazing and so were the bar staff (apart from one male who was very unfriendly). He really should be retrained or reallocated to a position where he would not be in contact with the guests.
I was not happy with our first room and asked to be relocated, the wonderful gentleman (with glasses) did not hesitate and gave us another room with no fuss or hassle. He made our holiday so well done to him.
