Magic Tropical Splash in Cala de Finestrat

James Taylor When we first got to the hotel we got our room straight away but put us on the 9th floor when we had 2 young children witch was unideal but manageable but then when we got to the pool there was no signage of were the deep end of the pool was so my youngest Nearly drowns and then was told to buy floats for her as we did and then they have a no floats in the pool policy witch is prothetic expecially for the children who are not strong at swimming then on the 3rd day in to the holiday there was a drinking man who was been abusive to guests and staff and police was called but instead of just resolving the situation the police brutally beat the man in the reception and terrified my children and to top it off the medics joined in and posited to stamp on the guests head this lasted about 20 minutes before the police took the guest away then on a night the next door to our apartment was blasting music and singing horribly I my add till 4-5 in the morning and keeping my kids up so they could not enjoy the full experience as they was to tired to enjoy the holiday I did tell the reception and security but they did not speak a word of English at all so I had to use a translator on my phone but each night they same people was loud and keep us up I asked to speak to a manager they said they would ring me but never did till I had enough and said I want something done about it but instead of moving the people who caused the problem they moved us to another room on the other side of the building and took use ages to move our belongings witch again we missed entertainment and on the night they did upgrade our package tho but was pointless cause we only had a night left at the hotel then to top it all off we payed for us to have our pictures took with the parrots and was told they would sent us the pictures through wattsapp I give them my number and I had there’s so I waited all day yesterday for the pictures took be sent but still nothing so I messaged about them today and still no response when I payed 20 euros for the pictures also there was old ish male bar man every time I went to the Barr and made a drink order he pretended he could not understand me then ignored me but when my partner went up he certainly understood her every time when she speaks English just like me and pronounces her words exactly like I do maybe cause she was a woman it just seems like a joke but apart from that the hotel was nice and the food was good I can say the hotel was always clean and smelling good and the slides was good for me and my oldest and the snacks was perfect for my children and drinks but the adult drinks they put far to much spirits in the drinks that makes them taste over powering expecially if ur not a big drinker and only like one or 2 but only cause my experience was not that great don’t mean it’s not a good place to go Rooms: 3/5 | Service: 3/5 | Location: 3/5 Rooms Rooms was good for the price Nearby activities Not much for the kids to do Sa
