We're just back from a 3 night stay at this hotel in the Old Town & would definitely return! It's away from the hussle & bustle but still plenty nearby, we walked into the New Town, used buses & taxi is around 9-11 euro. Room was basic but clean & fresh just what was required, we had a wee balcony, shower had plenty power, there's a fridge but no tea/coffee making facilities which I would of liked. We didn't eat there but set up for breakfast looked good, also didn't use pool but it looked small but enough & had a pool bar. Staff were very friendly & helpful

We stayed here was excellent room was small but perfect for what we needed it for the hotel was lovely clean and friendly staff. Only had breakfast once on our first day but had excellent selection of food. Very quiet area and would say only problem we had which had nothing to do with the hotel was the tranfer doesn't drop you off or pick you up from the hotel and they don't tell you so took us half hour to find it but its only a 5 minute walk round the corner.

We loved this simple hotel very close to the beach and in a quite part of Benidorm. We visited it in June. Parking outside on the street was free and in the evening we could always find parking.

Lovely hotel, reception was great they spoke English and were very helpful when we asked about restaurants in the area. Rooms were clean and beach was 5 minutes away, overall a great experience, we will be hoing back.

What a stunning tranquil hotel set a stumble from the beach. A stunning well fitted out hotel with modernist furniture clean friendly. Ideal space for conferences. Food was stocked with a variety of options absolutely top hotel.

El Palmeral is a great little hotel. It is spotlessly clean, with a lovely pool and modern furniture. There is a cafe with food options and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is in a nice area closer to the old town, which suited us. Would definitely recommend it!

We do a tour by car from the North to the South of Spain 🇪🇸, when we arrived in Benidorm city , this was the hotel 🏘️we liked best, although it was 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️, we were more satisfied with the 4 star hotel 1.2km away, the hotel staff 💁🏾‍♂️👩🏾‍💼are very attentive and speak softly, in the future if this hotel invests in a few things in the room, it can become a 4-star hotel.

The room is a bit old but clean, room 205 is located in a private corner with a balcony overlooking the sea 🌅, sleeping at night is not noisy, the area is quiet, breakfast is not too noisy, what I like most about breakfast is that there is 100% fresh squeezed orange juice, I will definitely come back in mid-autumn 2025, thank you to all of your kind service.

We arrived late at night to find no shops open nearby. The room was supposed to be self catering which was not. No fridge, toaster or Kettle. We went down to reception to ask for a kettle and had to buy water from them to boil in the kettle for a dink of coffee which I had taken in sachets, just as well. My husband went into the dining room to get cups and seen cockroaches running around the floor. We were facing tall buildings, hotels with no view and no sun on the balcony. The man when we arrived could not speak any English. This Hotel is NOT self catering.

Over priced, rude staff and fraudulent menu. the final price charged is different to the price state in the menu as illegally they add taxes and other charges. according to the Spanish law the menu has to show the final price.
